Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internships and student motivation on interest in agribusiness entrepreneurship among students of Madrasah Aliyah Darul Fallah Ciampea, Bogor. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a questionnaire as an instrument, involving 31 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 26 with validity, reliability, correlation, and multiple linear regression tests. The test results showed that internships had a positive and significant effect on interest in agribusiness entrepreneurship (H1 was accepted), as well as student motivation (H2 was accepted). Simultaneously, these two variables also had a positive and significant effect on interest in agribusiness entrepreneurship (H3 was accepted). The coefficient of determination value of 70.6% indicates that internships and student motivation contribute greatly to interest in agribusiness entrepreneurship, while 29.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The conclusion shows that there is a very strong, positive, and significant relationship between internships, motivation, and interest in agribusiness entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Insurance hold a crucial role in protecting against unexpected financial risks, but insurance faces profitability challenges that could potentially trigger financial distress. This study aims to analyze financial distress using the Grover method and to determine the influence of the Grover method's financial ratios are Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTTA), Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets (EBITTA), and Return on Assets (ROA) on financial distress. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method to analyze 9 insurance companies listed on IDX that experienced losses and drastic profit declines during 2018-2023. Secondary data were processed using Excel and SPSS 20 with the data analysis technique is Grover's method, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test. The results show that average G-Score of ABDA, ASJT, LPGI, AHAP, ASBI, ASMI, BHAT, MREI, VINS falls within the safe zone, but BHAT is indicated potencial bankrupt on 2022-2023.The variables WCTTA and EBITTA have a significant positive effect on financial ditress, while ROA has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Further research is recommended to expand the sample, variables, and study period for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Examining how factors like school climate and intrinsic motivation affect educators' productivity at Mi Al-Husna Ciledug is the primary goal of this research. Incorporating a descriptive approach into the quantitative methodology, the study utilized a saturated sample technique to recruit 61 educators for the sample. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the data received from the surveys. The study found that teachers' performance is positively and significantly impacted by their work environment and work motivation, and that these factors act in tandem. Schools should therefore ensure that teachers are working in an ideal setting and that they are adequately motivated to do their jobs well

Abstract

Problem-based learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve students' problem-solving and critical thinking skills. In the context of Business Mathematics, PBL offers a way to connect mathematical theory with real-world applications relevant to the business world. This study aims to explore the application of problem-based learning in Business Mathematics courses and analyze its impact on students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities. The results show that PBL can improve students' learning motivation and understanding of mathematical concepts often considered difficult, such as financial analysis, interest calculation, and optimization. This study also provides recommendations for the development of problem-based learning methods in Business Mathematics education

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability (return on assets), liquidity, leverage, Maintaining customer loyalty requires excellent service and attractive pricing strategies. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and price discounts on customer satisfaction at Dithafacial Salon Bojonggede, focusing specifically on the “Jumat Berkah” (Blessed Friday) promotional program. The research employed a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests to assess the effect of each variable. The results indicate that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Price discounts also show a positive influence, although not as strong as service quality. Simultaneously, both variables affect customer satisfaction. It can be concluded that the success of promotional programs such as “Jumat Berkah” depends not only on the discounts offered but also heavily on the consistency and professionalism of the services provided. Reliable and high-quality service remains the key factor in encouraging repeat visits and building customer loyalty.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia's digital economy has created challenges for tax collection, prompting new regulations. This study explores the on-the-ground effectiveness of these digital tax rules. A qualitative case study was conducted in Greater Jakarta, using interviews and observations with e-commerce actors and tax consultants. Data were analyzed thematically. The implementation is hampered by regulatory complexity, low tax literacy, and technological limitations. Perceptions of fairness strongly influence voluntary compliance, while tax consultants act as essential intermediaries who bridge the gap between regulators and taxpayers. The study advocates for simplified regulations, improved taxpayer education, and robust infrastructure support to enhance compliance and foster a more effective digital taxation system.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of machinery, equipment, and building values on the allocation of maintenance expenditures in work units within the Ministry of Education and Culture (period 2016-2019). The present study utilizes secondary data, in the form of financial reports, namely the Balance Sheets for the 2016 to 2018 Fiscal Years and the Budget Realization Reports for the 2017 to 2019 Fiscal Years, sourced from the Ministry of Finance website. The Ministry of Education and Culture comprises 96 work units within its purview. The data analysis techniques employed in this study encompass descriptive analysis, data quality testing, and hypothesis testing. The data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that the value of machinery and building equipment exerts a significant and positive influence on the allocation of maintenance spending in work units within the Ministry of Education and Culture during the period 2016-2019.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of the increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) rates from 11% to 12% on the purchasing power of the Indonesian people. Using a quantitative-descriptive approach, this study observes how these policies affect consumption patterns, inflation, and general public welfare. The results of the study show that the low-income group is the most affected by this policy. The government has made efforts to reduce the negative impact by providing subsidies and other fiscal incentives. However, this analysis shows that these measures are still not fully effective

Abstract

Mathematics is an essential foundation for modern economic analysis. Through a mathematical approach, the relationships between economic variables can be explained quantitatively and logically. This study aims to examine the application of mathematics in economics, particularly in the context of microeconomics and macroeconomics. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with a literature review approach from various academic sources. The results of the study indicate that the application of mathematics helps economists analyze market behavior, predict economic changes, and formulate more rational policies. Mathematical models such as the demand-supply function, elasticity analysis, and the Solow growth model are concrete examples of how mathematics strengthens economic science
