Abstract

This study summarizes a sample of the managers of the Iraqi cellular communications company with 84 employees. The company is a service organization responsible for providing integrated telecommunications services. As a management system that uses human, technical, material and financial resources, its size and value increase in line with technical progress. The demand for telecommunication services is increasing for several factors, the most important being the only means available to the majority and to the increase in population. The aim of this study is to develop and test a empirical model to link knowledge management processes and customer relationship management to the quality of services along supply chain. The problem of the study was formed through many mental and practical inquiries represented in the negotiation of the customer's knowledge and behavior, the importance of the horizon of customer relationship management, the level of its importance and its impact on the quality of services, the concept of quality of service, the level of its importance, the types of knowledge processes and their importance in the studied companies and their impact on Quality of services along supply chain. These questions were investigated later. The new study aimed at determining the relationship between the changes in the study in the company that was examined and the ability to apply it in all its parts and its ability to develop and use it to serve the customers in the examined organization. The study used the survey as a tool to collect the information that was diverted to be transferred because of statistical tools that were examined for results. The results and recommendations highlighted the reality and facts of the variables that the study addressed from the mental point of view and applied in the company's exams.

Abstract

Abstract: Supply chain management practices (SCMP) have progressively emerged as a contingent factor in improving sustainable performance in universities. More and more organisations including the manufacturing and service sectors are making use of SCM to improve their performance. This study aims to develop an effective instrument to measure SCM practices with reliable predictors to enhance product quality and business performance in education industries in Malaysia. The study measures administrative staffs response and perceptions regarding SCM practices and its impact on performance in their universities. One hundred and thirty responses were received and the data was analysed using SPSS. The validity and reliability of the instruments used in determining SCM practices were tested using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and Cronbachs alpha. Twenty seven items from five competencies comprising: supplier partnership, customer partnership, information sharing, information technology and innovation competencies were designated for the initial instrument. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) revealed that five factor-structures of the instrument of education SCM practices explained 68.76% of the variance in the pattern of relationships among the items. All five factors had high reliabilities at or above of Cronbachs .80. Twenty two items remained in the final questionnaire after deleting five items which cross-loaded on multiple factors. The fiver-factor structure of the education SC practice instrument was confirmed through this study. Thus, practitioners may use such instruments in order to gain a better understanding of the level of contribution of the stated factors towards SCM practices to determine overall university performance and key competencies.

Abstract

The system of relations between the consumer and the seller has many factors that shape the dynamics of the market of goods and services based on the supply chain strategy. Supply chains satisfy customers by striving for delivering the right products to the right place at the right time, at the right quality and at the right quantity within an increasingly faster pace and lower cost. Theories of social entropy consider the system of social relations from the standpoint of the equilibrium of systems and their disproportion. The equilibrium state of the market of goods and services is possible only in theory. Market failures in every way prevent the emergence of an equilibrium state. Promotion of goods in modern conditions is considered the norm. However, advertising is increasingly faced with negative reviews of consumers of goods and services in the media space. A large number of advertising destroys this system, on the one hand, and on the other, transforms the sphere of information content in the media.

Abstract

Tough competition for one of the unique resources the companies strive for is a set of stable communications with their suppliers who act as stakeholders for the business in the supply chain management strategy. Thus, there is a link between the resource concept of competitiveness and the concept of stakeholder management. Such an approach makes it necessary to develop a distribution model between stakeholders of limited funds to pay for them, ensuring their satisfaction and stable participation in the exchange process. This requires clear definitions of financial flows in logistics and supply chain management. The paper presents a model for determining the significance of relations with the insurance company’s shareholders. The first hypothesis concerns the possibility to describe the relative importance of the resource supplied by each stakeholder, and its place in the ranked series. At the same time, the authors propose such a series both for a developing regional company and for a developed federal insurer. Such a series should correspond to the ranked series of growth rates of payment for each resource acquired from the corresponding stakeholder. The second hypothesis is that these series of relative position of indicators growth rates corresponding the significance series of a particular resource can serve as a standard for monitoring the insurer's stable relations with stakeholders. The degree of discrepancy between the actual indicators included in the series and the standard ones can be used as a measurement of the risk to insurance reserves sufficiency of an insurance company due to unreliable communications with stakeholders and problems in accessing required resources. Regular monitoring the accordance with the standard balance of the main indicators of insurance activities ensures guaranteed compliance with regulatory requirements, the fulfillment of insurance commitments to policyholders, profitability of investors' capital, and meeting their commitments to intermediaries, staff and management.

Abstract

The number of e-commerce (online) businesses is increasing in Malaysia, providing opportunities for digital business platforms to generate billions of ringgit in revenue. However, the businesses do not pay tax due to the absence of an efficient tax structure for this kind of supply chain management. The government will be looking at ways to tax individuals engaged in e-commerce (online) businesses to address its lost opportunity for revenue from a fast-growing segment of the economy. In addition, clearer guidelines are needed when there is a mixed supply chain operating within a holding company structure when it involves online business transactions. To combat such tax non-compliance by online businesses, it is essential to understand the levels of tax morale of these online businesses. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to unveil the level of tax morale of online businesses and to generate a tax morale framework for online businesses. Using a qualitative research methodology, the result of this study found four major levels of tax morale that are ‘input’, ‘process’, ‘output’ and ‘outcome’. The ‘input’ level consists of tax knowledge, tax obligations and self-awareness. The ‘process’ level consists of the necessity to follow the business law and tax law, as well as the tax enforcement implemented by the tax authority. The ‘output’ level consists of the online business owners’ trust towards the tax authority and government. Efficient correlation among the ‘input’, ‘process’ and ‘output’ levels of their tax morale will provide an effective ‘outcome’ in terms of voluntary tax payment to the tax authority that will bring benefit to the community in general. Based on the results obtained regarding the levels of tax morale of the online businesses, this research has developed the tax morale framework for online businesses.

Abstract

Some of literature shows that the SCM model is effective enough in evaluating and measuring whether the enterprise is went well, efficient and effective. Nevertheless, the available literature is still quite limited in offering perspective in integrating various methods in evaluating and the measurement of SC performance easily and simply. The SCOR model as one of approach in measuring the SC performance, operationally still need to be integrated with another approach. This was intended to reveal the clarity of the target and the result of measurement in more effectively, comprehensively, and accountably. In this study, it would be conduct a measurement of SC performance of iron sheet factory enterprise within using the SCOR model through the hirarchial integration based measurement system with traffic light system. The result of this study suggests that such integration can provide solutions for management of evaluation and measurement of enterprise's performance in a more effectively, comprehensively, accountably and integrated.

Abstract

Abstract- The purpose of this research is to find out the basic system in the supply chain, and the dynamic system of the brown sugar supply chain in Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a combination of explanatory research and causal research and uses a system dynamics approach by considering the GAP between supply and demand for local markets. Data analysis was performed using a dynamic system simulation using the powers program with a validation test through the calculation of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The final results show that the basic system of brown sugar agroindustry supply chain in the Banyuwagi Regency can be identified as actors, activities, and outputs. Until 2019, the demand for meeting local brown sugar needs is greater than the supply of brown sugar in the Banyuwangi Regency. To accelerate the fulfillment of local needs for brown sugar, it is necessary to increase the productivity of the sap juice subsystem as the main raw material for the brown sugar agroindustry subsystem in the Banyuwangi Regency.
