Abstract

The research examines the influence of three organizational pressures (such as, government, customer and rivals) on performance associated with environment and operations. These three organizational forces are analyzed by adopting green supply chain management (GSCM), considering the senior management and examining social capital in the supply chain between buyers and sellers. Information was obtained by an email questionnaire from buying companies in Indonesian manufacturing sector. The analysis was based on structural equation modeling (SEM) and applied on 250 available responses from Indonesian manufacturing sector to evaluate our hypotheses. Our findings demonstrated that almost all hypotheses are accepted. Our research expands the GSCM literature by incorporating significant and latest concepts into the GSCM theory, and at the same time offering implications for policy making through empirical evidence.

Abstract

Abstract- Information inaccuracy can adversely affect supply chain performances by lack of inventories, delay in delivery times, lost sales and decreased customer satisfaction. The article deals with the little-studied scientific problem of the psychological aspect of digital enterprise management in the fuel and energy complex and its high-tech enterprises. The purpose of this study, described in the article, is to develop the approaches to the use of digital enterprise personnel psychological management, which allows it to become value-oriented, adaptive to virtual technologies, psychologically resistant to changes and effective in supply chain management. The study used the methods of situational, structural and dynamic analysis, which provided the opportunity to study the psychology of digital enterprise management, to trace its changes in time, space and in close relationship with other phenomena. They used the systematic approach during the evaluation of digital enterprise management psychology. The study allowed to obtain scientific and practical results and conclusions. It noted that despite the revolutionary development of information technologies at digital enterprises and the increasing use of the virtual environment during the work with information, a person remains the main subject of activity. His subconscious is the deep layers of human existence, more and more involved in the processes of digitalization. However, this should not happen spontaneously. The subconscious mind can be edited by the employee himself and, with the help of special methods and techniques, be maintained at enterprises via psychological management in such a way that the digitalization processes do not conflict with the main value orientations of an individual, society and a state. The use of value-oriented psychology of management at digital enterprises of the fuel and energy sector will increase their stability, will enrich the culture of digital production and will improve the key performance of supply chain indicators significantly through the use of a psychological factor.

Abstract

The study is intended to carry out to examine the mediating effect of the key supplier relationship management (KSRM) practices in the relationship between the supply chain orientation (SCO) and the organizational buying effectiveness (OBE). The study has used the SEM-PLS as a statistical tool to analyses the data. The findings of the study indicate that the value creation for customers is influenced through these dimensions of OBE in the following aspects: Value-oriented Purchasing: there is need for the purchasing managers to focus on the downstream supply chain side (customer) other than the upstream side during the procurement activities. Lateral involvement: specific knowledge is possessed by the employees of different departments related to the nature of products, which are purchased. Therefore, a deep insight is offered by them in the process of purchasing reflecting the qualities of products to be valuable for the customers. Information Sharing in Purchasing: distinct information is possessed by different employees on customer value. Purchasing effectiveness can be improved through sharing of information. The study which is among the pioneering studies in the issue will be helpful for the policy makers and researchers in understanding the issues related to key supplier relationship management (KSRM), supply chain orientation (SCO) and the organizational buying effectiveness.

Abstract

Abstract— The paper presents the results of a study devoted to the analysis of the criteria for the success of graduates in information management of educational system for supply chain. The relevance of the study is dictated by the increased interest of universities to the success of their graduates, which is associated not only with positions in the prestigious world ranking of QS Top universities, but also with problems of managing the competitiveness of universities and communications with potential consumers of educational services. The proper supply chain in educational system needs proper information, so lack of information integration makes difficulties in high schools, universities and careers. The study used such methods of data collection as a content analysis of scientific publications, a survey of respondents, and statistical data analysis implemented in the SPSS statistical package were used as data analysis. Results: analysis of survey data allowed us to describe a multi-level image of a successful graduate, formed in the minds of respondents, in the context of personal qualities, approaches to building a career, rating of personalities of successful people, time of interest in the profession, job characteristics of a university graduate in the first year. For the first time, the work presents a comparative description of the image of a successful university graduate and a rating of successful personalities in the context of senior students 'and students' points of view. Practical significance: the results are of interest for departments and structural divisions of universities, working with high school students and their parents, in the context of building communication, building a dialogue for directional impact and developing advertising materials. The results of the study allow to determine the successful graduates based on the supply chain, information about which should be broadcast in the content of the university (on the website, in groups of social networks, Indoor- and print advertising).

Abstract

This paper attempts to provide quantitative and statistically significant evidence on the multiplex nature of a multi-tier supply network. The unique primary data consisted of component-level supply networks is analyzed to examine the interrelationships among their architectural properties based on various network tie types. All the supply network partners’ bidirectional responses stretching from an OEM to its raw materials suppliers are collected and treated as directed-valued in the analysis. Our findings collectively show that different types of supply network ties across multiple tiers of supply chain partners shape different supply network architectures.

Abstract

Abstract- This study discusses the occurrence of turnover intentions that are influenced by productive behavior of employees and moderated by the supply chain strategy of Islamic microfinance institutions, namely Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil (BMT). What distinguishes it from previous studies is that the quality culture is attempted to moderate the influence of employee’s productive behavior on turnover intentions. In addition, this study also analyzes separately between the dimensions that exist in employee’s productive behavior variables as independent variables that affect turnover intentions. By using 100 samples determined by the Census (Saturated Sampling) method, the research was analyzed quantitatively, whilst the data was processed by using Partial Least Square (SMART-PLS Software) application. The finding of the study failed to prove that the productive behavior, supply chain strategy, and the culture quality of the employees are the moderating variables affecting the turnover intentions, except one dimension of the work stress which had a significant effect on them.

Abstract

In the field of technological advance, when everyone talks about "the Internet of things, and so it is expected that there is something and everything in the relationship, money should not be left. The currency of the papers is a thing of the past, since the virtual currencies are beginning to take control and Bitcoin is ready to achieve this performance. Not only does it revolutionize the way it is paid, but it also potentially affects the USD as the USD, which is already a challenge for the challenges of the EURO or the Chinese Renminbi Yuan (CNY). The increase in crypto currencies will give a new dimension to this challenge for the Ringgit (MYR) in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to understand the many factors that are gaining momentum in Bitcoin (BTC) in several areas of global finance and how confusing it can be, including the financial system of the major fiduciary currencies, which is mainly MYRs. The most important variables examined are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Technology, Bitcoin Economy and Bitcoin as currency. Furthermore, the study would propose a framework that would become the foundation for the furthering of upcoming explorations. Finally, this study would act as a stepping ground for making effective contributions towards understanding the best possible way to plan for the success of retail market in Malaysia.
