Abstract

Abstract— Recently, digital, information and telecommunications resources have become widespread in Russia, and the processes of supply chain in various spheres of society are being actively digitized after the covid-19 spread. As of today, there is a successful experience in the development and subsequent use of various electronic platforms, systems and services, such as SIS of HCS (in the field of housing and communal services), UMIAS (healthcare), Public Services (provision of public services), UIS (procurement), etc. The existence of such software products affects effectively the performance of functions by public authorities, allows optimizing the work, and also provides access to the necessary information. Based on this, we can say that digital technologies cover most areas of the country’s life. However, these areas of activity are usually not related to production. This situation is developing not only in Russia, but also in the global economy as a whole. It is easy to implement digital technologies in the service sector. This is largely due to low-cost investments that pay off quickly and make services more affordable. This is not the case with production, where the introduction of digital technologies will require changing the technology or even the organizational mechanism of production functioning. Moreover, it does not depend on which sector of the economy will be affected by the introduction of digital supply chain management (DSCM). The tasks of digital technologies in production should be a significant increase in labor productivity, the use of modern technologies that allow competing in the world market of goods. In addition, digital technologies in the manufacturing sector of the economy are designed to facilitate production management, correct management decisions, and obtaining detailed, necessary information about production processes.

Abstract

Currently, the British automotive industry still has its own benefits within economic situations. As an instance, its automotive infrastructure field is still driving the world. In the case of automotive innovation and framework, the UK also has the ability to drive and collect. According to data from the “European Automobile Association and the British Automobile Manufacturers and Traders Association”, the production of British cars in 2012 was 1.58 million, an increase of 7.7% compared to 2011, while automobile production has maintained steady growth. In 2012, 2.5 million units were supplied. During the same period, German car production declined by 8.1 percent and Spain by 16.6 percent. France lost another 12.3 percent. By 2013, the annual offer for British cars reached 1.6 million units, which has returned to levels well before the financial crisis. The overall development from the Supply Chain to the Extended Supply Chain has been carried out by various enterprises for some time. As one of the largest and dominant organisations in the world, the automotive industry can greatly influence the development of a better society. Although another combination has emerged in the field of original supply chain management, no reviewing department can fully cover the front-line research of the automotive industry. To fill this gap, this research considers the sustainable management of supply chain in the automotive industry, which was adopted around 1995 and 2017. Therefore, the research has performed a persuasive bias analysis and studied the material and their contents. According to the “Icam DEFinition for Function Modeling (IDEF0)”, content analysis is categorised according to several key business structures, which is a common way of separating business structures. The survey provides useful principles for building the automotive supply chain of the surveyor and combines robustly-distributed research theft clauses and recommendations for future investigations. Keywords: sustainable SCM, Automotive Industry, Green SCM, Electric Vehicles

Abstract

Abstract. Because of lacking specific relationships and criteria for steel structures with bending frames and braces along with the uneven bearing system in Iranian regulations, the need to study the behavior of such structures has been considered by researchers. In this paper, with three-dimensional modeling of steel structures with six types of plans, each of which indicates a degree of asymmetry of the load-bearing system, a total of 18 models of structures under two types of linear dynamic loading and overload were studied. It is indicated that with increasing unevenness of the load-bearing system, the rotation of the structures also increases. This increase is up to 18 times more for short-term structures and up to five times more than for parallel structures than parallel structures. The discrepancy causes unexpected results. Increasing the height of the structure reduces the rotation in the diaphragm. There is no difference between the rotation of the diaphragms in terms of elastic and inelastic, while the load in the other direction of these changes for the inelastic state is sometimes up to more than 50 times the elastic state.

Abstract

As the organic food is rising in demand, there are several issues associated with its supply chain capabilities that deserve attention. These include the inadequate supply and increasing cost of rice production. The farmers play a significant role to ensure that the supply of organic products meets the demand of the market, hence understanding the motivation for their practices is crucial. This study explores the driving factors for farmers in sustainable paddy farming in Malaysia. The research is exploratory in nature, using interview and observation approaches. Three sustainability factors are focused in this study; namely the economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The results indicate that early exposure and knowledge, education and experience in sustainable agriculture are the driving force behind shifting attitudes towards sustainable agriculture and sustaining practices. The results of this study are expected to give awareness and motivate the farmers to embark on the alternative practices to sustainable rice cultivation, and also potentially help to optimize the abandoned land for productive farming in the rural areas

Abstract

Nowadays, Nowadays, Indonesian Logistics Service Providers (LSP) need to improve their performance to enable them competing with foreign logistics service providers with particular reference to cope with the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of innovative logistics service capability (INOV) on LSP’s performance (PERFORM) and competitiveness (COMP). The research model was developed based on previous theories and researches. This research constituted a causal research. It used questioners in collecting data from respondents by applying probability sampling with sample size consist of 280 logistics service providers (LSP) in Jakarta (Jabodetabek Region). The model was examined through structural equation modeling (LISREL). In the research was also conducted investigation about role of LSP’s competitiveness (COMP) in mediating the effect of innovative logistics service capability (INOV) on firm performance (PERFORM).
