Abstract

Abstract— Professional competencies required in the field of logistics and supply chain management (SCM) are in the process of continuous development since the modern business environment creates a high demand for them. This study was aimed at assessing the state of training systems’ development and the capabilities for their future improvement in terms of creating conditions for effective SCM by skilled labor. In order to achieve the research objective, a comparative analysis of national higher training and logistics systems was performed on the example of Russia and Germany. During the investigation, statistical information, world ratings, and various publications in the public domain were used. These data allowed examining the relationship between the academic environment and SCM practice. Thus, a conclusion was made that a low level of interaction with industrial partners slows down innovation and creates obstacles for managers’ effective preparation. The gap between business and training is the main reason for insufficient qualification of SCM personnel and, as a result, poor logistic performance.

Abstract

Abstract— This paper discusses the methodology of research and development costs analysis through the supply chain management. Peculiarities of costs formation at early stages of development life cycle are defined, aims and tasks of analysis, method of cost budget analysis in terms of responsibility centers, individual projects and cost items are disclosed. The supply chain management discipline suggests that information sharing is paramount when attempting to achieve cost reductions and quality improvements. Factors have been identified and impact of such factors on costs assessed. Special attention is devoted to the ratio between costs and results and to the ratio between costs and work duration. The analysis of plan and fact costs of separate projects is carried out in supply chain process and by examples of projects creation is considered. Besides that, the algorithm of average costs estimation through the determination of dependence between costs and work duration are presented by formula. The research identifies a theoretical model that can be used to explain the relationships and themes associated with supply chain costing and strategic decision making. Evidence suggests that there is some movement to implement managerial accounting techniques within these two industries to capture supply chain costing information. The results of this study allow to make decisions by supply chain managers for increasing of research and development work efficiency and for cost reduction.

This research is an Explanatory study with quantitative methods that are descriptive to explain the research in-depth. Samples were conducted as many as 431 respondents from the city of Bandung aged 17-30 years who already have a KTP and have the right to vote with the help of the SPSS software. The results of the study found that an increase in the Party socialization process on Brand Equity, in this case, is Party Knowledge (party awareness and party association), and party perceived quality would increase the voting intention of young constituents in the city of Bandung. Abstract

The aim of this study was to build a price model for premium and medium rice in South Sumatra Province, being a major centre for production in Indonesia. This was estimated using the ARCH/GARCH model, based on the weekly data obtained between March 2016 and July 2019. The results showed the occurrence of price volatility for premium and medium variety, despite the polity implementation by government. Therefore, the best volatility model was identified, termed TGARCH (1,1), with a threshold of 1, characterized by futuristic price predictability. In addition, the estimations provide an overview, and also serve as a material for policy evaluation, in order to enhance effectivity and promote the actualization of goals.
