International Journal of Supply Chain Management (IJSCM) is a peer-reviewed indexed journal, ISSN: 2050-7399 (Online), 2051-3771 (Print), that publishes original, high quality, supply chain management empirical research that will have a significant impact on SCM theory and practice. Manuscripts accepted for publication in IJSCM must have clear implications for Supply chain managers based on one or more of a variety of rigorous research methodologies. IJSCM also publishes insightful meta-analyses of the SCM literature, conceptual/theoretical studies with clear implications for practice, comments on past articles, studies concerning the SCM field itself, and other such matters relevant to SCM.

Consumers concern on health and environment has been remarkable increasing recently. With vaguer product status especially on its impact on human body and health, consumers shifted to a more health option in which products that were produced from natural ingredients. Understanding the consumers concern for their health and wellbeing should be the guideline for marketers in strategizing the marketing tactics. Besides the growing emphasis on external appearance, consumers concerned on health and the environment has appeared as a recent consumer drives. This study aims to investigate the consumers perspective in relation to consumers perceived value and personal values when it comes to their decision to repurchase the same brand of natural beauty products. 300 questionnaires were distributed among the users of natural skin care products with 226 were returned and usable. The study findings indicated that functional value contributed the highest with = 0.398 and p = 0.00, followed by environment consciousness, with = 0.293 and p = 0.000 and health consciousness = 0.264 and p = 0.00. Practically, the findings helped marketers to be creative when promoting the beauty products by emphasizing on ecological beauty or product safety to feed into the womens attitude toward natural beauty products. Having a thoughtful mind on the factors that driven the intention of these women consumers will aid in designing a message with better persuasion.

Abstract This paper presents a framework for implementing ISO 9000 total quality culture for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The understanding and practices level, as well as the relationship with organizational performance also presented. The preliminary data were collected through questionnaire approach, and respondent selection is based on simple random sampling methodology. A total of 73 (87.6%) valid data were analyzed. The result indicate 20% of the respondents do not understand or unsure about ISO 9000. From descriptive analysis and correlation coefficient testing, the study found the average level of understanding and practice levels is moderate. The coefficient correlation (r) indicates a strong relationship between the level of understanding and the level of practice for ISO 9000with r = .804, n = 73 (p.001). The study also disclosed that it is a significant correlation exists between the level of understanding QMS ISO 9000 and the level of practice, the value of r = 0.789 (p0.001). Finally, the study shows strong significant relationships between the level of understanding and practice of the achievement performance of UUM on the value of r =.796, (p .001). As a conclusion the awareness training is an essential to ensure the effectiveness of ISO 9000 Quality Management System(QMS) and total quality culture implementation.

Previous researches have validated that students intention to continue use MOOCs was mainly determined by Usefulness and Enjoyment. This paper takes a different approach from previous studies and postulates that relationship between Usefulness and Enjoyment on MOOCs Continuance Intention are moderated by Internet Self-efficacy. Partial Least Square Path Modelling (PLS-PM) approach has been employed to analyse the data collected. Using online survey data from 251 students registered with Malaysia MOOCs program, the results revealed that Internet Self-efficacy moderates the relationship between Enjoyment and MOOCs Continuance Intention. However, the moderating effect of Internet Self-efficacy showed insignificant result on the path between Usefulness and MOOCs Continuance Intention.

Travellers today tend to believe more on peer reviews in selecting tourism products and services instead of information provided by the businesses. With the rise of communication technologies such as Web 2.0, there is pool of opinions on hotels, tourism destinations, and even travel services that are expressed from the perspective of consumer consumption in the internet. As online review becomes an important source for travellers to evaluate the quality of hospitality services, only hoteliers that take advantage of online review are able to attract the attention of travellers that utilize the digital channel for information searching. The increment of hotels and rooms in Malaysia has somehow exceed the increment of tourist arrivals in the recent years. Hoteliers are worried that the supply would go beyond the demand in the future with the continuous growth of hotels but average occupancy rate remains at 62 to 63 percent. Thus, this study aims to examine the causal relationship between the attributes of the online consumer reviews and the online hotel booking intention specifically in Malaysia context. 200 survey responses were collected from local travellers that have at least once booked hotel through online method. The results show that usefulness (t = 3.478, p 0.01), valence (t = 2.462, p 0.05), and timeliness (t = 2.145, p 0.05) of the online consumer review significantly affect the online hotel booking intention in Malaysia. This findings provide an insight to hoteliers on how to manage and improve the online consumer reviews that are accessible.

Acceleration growth in the telecommunication technology especially in mobile devices has resulted to greater new opportunities to the marketing strategies. It thus has led to the current study on the purchase intention of consumers from Melaka towards mobile advertising. A survey was conducted with a set of self-administered questionnaire. A total of 250 respondents was recruited using convenience sampling. The results show that three out of five independent variables examined, namely credibility, irritation and incentive are significant. Informativeness and entertainment were found to have no impact on purchase intention. The regression model is able to explain 73.6% of the variation in consumers purchase intention. This study is able to provide information in relation to factors influencing purchase intention of consumer which has laid a basis in helping the mobile advertisers to develop better strategy of their advertisement.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate factors that may affect farmers performance in the buyer-seller relationship within the agribusiness supply chain. Those factors include benevolence, structural formalization and contract completeness, dependency, and power. The author investigates how the five variables may impact cooperativeness and performance. The respondents for this study are a hundred farmers from Cianjur, Gunung Halu, and Garut. The primary data then analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results show that dependency influence performance through power and cooperativeness, meanwhile benevolence influences performance through cooperativeness.
