Abstract

Medan is the third-largest city in Indonesia, so Medan has various kinds of relics used as tourist attractions. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a fall in the number of tourist visits and the lack of promotional facilities for potential tourists who will visit. The important circumstances of the conditions that encourage the development of City Tourism Empowerment in the Era of Society 5.0 based on Virtual Reality as one of the researchers' efforts in developing new tourism concepts during a pandemic by using the research method used are the combination method. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to determine the public's perception of VR technology for tourism, especially designing Virtual Reality 3600, using the 6-stage MDCL design model in building VR applications. It was determining the correct hotspot, switching interfaces, and display flow that made it easy. The application results were then tested as VR-based tourism content in Medan city tourism to get a response time value of <1 second and a UAT value of 94% from 20 users from 18-50 years of age.

Abstract

Setiap tahun, CV. Anugerah Wangi melakukan pemilihan sales terbaik untuk memotivasi para sales dalam memberikan pelayanan dan peningkatan penjualan sepeda motor. Proses pemilihan sales terbaik masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengumpulkan data seluruh sales dalam 1 tahun. Pekerjaan ini tentu tidak efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, perhitungan yang dilakukan juga menjadi sulit karena mencakup banyak kriteria penilaian. Karena itulah perlu dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan sales terbaik pada CV. Anugerah Wangi yang dapat memudahkan pimpinan untuk melakukan proses perhitungan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Sales Terbaik dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Rank Order Centroid (ROC) dan Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Penggabungan metode ROC dan ARAS dapat mengoptimalkan terhadap pembobotan dalam setiap kriteria yang digunakan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sales terbaik yaitu, jumlah penjualan (C1), penilaian pelayanan (C2), jumlah penjualan (C3), masa bekerja (C4) dan kedisiplinan (C5). Dari penelitian ini, dilakukan uji coba terhadap 23 data sales yang kemudian dilakukan perhitungan sehingga mendapatkan hasil rangking teratas yang menjadi sales terbaik yaitu Faizur Rohman dengan nilai 0,916. Abstract Every year, CV. Anugerah Wangi selects the best sales to motivate sales in providing services and increasing motorcycle sales. The process of selecting the best sales is still done manually by collecting data on all sales in 1 year. This work is certainly not effective and efficient. In addition, the calculations made also become difficult because it includes many assessment criteria. That why it is necessary to make a decision support system in selecting the best sales for CV. Anugerah Wangi. So, it can make it easier for leaders to carry out the calculation process. The Best Sales Selection Decision Support System was made using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) methods. The combination of ROC and ARAS methods can optimize the weighting in each of the criteria used. The criteria used in the selection of the best sales are the number of sales (C1), service assessment (C2), number of sales (C3), years of service (C4), and discipline (C5). From this study, a trial was carried out on 23 sales data which was then calculated so that the top-ranking results were the best sales, namely Faizur Rohman with a value of 0.916.

Abstract

Membuang sampah sembarangan akan berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan seperti pencemaran lingkungan, mengakibatkan banjir serta dampak bagi kesehatan, oleh karena itu kesadaran membuang sampah beserta memilah pada tempatnya merupakan sikap yang perlu ditanamkan pada setiap masing individu. Berdasarkan survey siswa/siswi tunarungu SLBN Banjar dapat disimpulkan masih belum paham tentang pengelolaan sampah dan kurang peduli dalam membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Penyelesaian terhadap permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan pembelajaran pengelolaan sampah melalui pengembangan game edukasi bahasa isyarat menggunakan pendekatan siklus pengembangan game. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah game dengan fitur level menggunakan bahasa isyarat yaitu Level1 mengenal jenis sampah, Level2 Memilah sampah, dan Level3 recycle sampah, sedangkan fitur tambahannya Splashscreen, menu utama, pengenalan sampah, belajar SIBI, Info games. Hasil pengujian Blackbox mendapatkan hasil valid dan pengujian usability Nielsen berdasarkan aspek Learnability 80%(Baik), Efficiency 73%(Baik), Memorability 73.33%(Baik), Error 79%(Baik), Satisfaction 82.67%(Sangat Baik) sehingga rata-rata nilai pengujian usability Nielsen sebesar 77% dikategorikan baik. Abstract Careless disposal of garbage has negative effects on the environment., such as environmental pollution, resulting in flooding and impacts on health. Therefore, the awareness of disposing of waste and sorting it in its place is an attitude that must be applied to every individual. The problem is that the deaf students of SLBN Banjar can be concluded that they still do not understand waste management and are less concerned about disposing of waste in its place. The solution to this problem is to apply waste management learning through sign language educational games using a game development cycle approach. The result of this development is a game with level features using sign language, namely Level1 recognizes the type of waste, Level2 sorts waste, and Level3 recycles waste, while the additional features are Splashscreen, main menu, the introduction of waste, learning SIBI, Info games. The results of the Blackbox test get valid results and Nielsen's usability test based on aspects of Learnability 80% (Good), Efficiency 73% (Good), Memorability 73.33% (Good), Error 79% (Good), Satisfaction 82.67% (Very Good) so that the average Nielsen's average usability test score of 77% is categorized as good.

Abstract

Sistem tanda tangan digital telah banyak dimanfaatkan terutama untuk kegiatan persetujuan dokumen selama pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor dari dimensi sustainability yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan dalam menggunakan sistem tanda tangan digital berdasarkan metode pendekatan AHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP karena metode ini mampu menyelesaikan persoalan dalam suatu kerangka berpikir yang terorganisir sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan secara efektif dan akurat terhadap suatu persoalan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sub-kriteria continuous improvement dari dimensi ekonomi menjadi prioritas utama yang menjadi penunjang dalam keberlanjutan bisnis penyedia tanda tangan digital. Selanjutnya, melakukan analisis pemilihan platform tanda tangan digital antara PrivyID, DigiSign, dan Manual Input. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terhadap tiga alternatif menghasilkan platform DigiSign yang paling unggul dibandingkan dengan platform PrivyID dan Manual Input. Hasil tersebut sejalan dengan komitmen dari platform DigiSign yang memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna agar dapat memeriksa dokumen yang tertunda dengan cepat, menandatangani dokumen dengan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi dan enkripsi berstandar Internasional, serta dapat melacak status dokumen dengan mudah. Sedangkan tanda tangan elektronik yang dilakukan dengan cara Manual Input memiliki kelemahan yang sangat kritikal, dimana tanda tangan elektronik tersebut tidak terenkripsi sehingga tidak mampu untuk melindungi dokumen dari pencurian data identitas atau entitas perusahaan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Abstract The digital signature system has been widely used, especially for document approval activities during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the factors of the sustainability dimension that affect sustainability in using a digital signature system based on the AHP approach. This study uses the AHP method because this method is able to solve problems in an organized framework so that it can take a decisions effectively and accurately on a research problem. The results of this study indicate that the sub-criteria for continuous improvement from the economic dimension is the main priority that supports the sustainability of the digital signature provider business. Furthermore, analyze the selection of digital signature platforms between PrivyID, DigiSign, and Manual Input. Based on the results of the calculation of the three alternatives, the DigiSign platform is the most superior compared to the PrivyID platform and Manual Input. This results are in line with the commitment of the DigiSign platform which makes it easy for users to quickly check pending documents, sign the documents with a high level of security and International standard encryption, and easy to tracking the document status. Meanwhile, electronic signatures made by Manual Input have a very critical weakness, where the electronic signature is not encrypted so it is unable to protect documents from theft of identity data or corporate entities by irresponsible parties.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor tercapainya kesejahteraan masyarakat yaitu rendahnya tingkat penduduk miskin. Pemerintah berperan penting dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dan pengentasan kemiskinan. Seleksi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah salah satu masalah yang memerlukan keputusan yang tepat agar bantuan disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan tepat sesuai target. Oleh karena itu, dibangun sistem decision support menggunakan metode Promethee. Data penelitian berupa 220 data sampel keluarga dan melibatkan 15 kriteria dalam mengevaluasi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat bersumber pada Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Sistem yang telah dibangun memberikan output berupa urutan prioritas kesejahteraan masyarakat yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah atau pihak terkait dalam penyaluran bantuan agar tepat sasaran Abstract One of the factors in achieving community welfare is the low poverty level. The government has an essential duty in the welfare of society and alleviating poverty. The evaluation of the welfare level is one of the problems that require the right decision so that the social assistance provided to people in need can be right on target. The study aims to deploy a system that utilizes the Promethee method for decision-makers. There is 220 family as the sample data evaluated involves 15 criteria for assessing the community welfare level sourced from the National Socio-Economic Survey by the Statistics of East Kalimantan Province. The decision support system built was able to result in priority order of community welfare level so that it could be a consideration or reference to the government or related agencies in distributing aid to make it right on target.

Abstract

Pacitan district has a high potential for landslides. Landslide is a hydrometeorological disaster that causes loss of life, property loss, and environmental damage. Disaster preparedness is very necessary for the wider community in dealing with landslide emergency response situations. Applications to determine the level of vulnerability to landslides are very useful to minimize the impact and losses on the Pacitan community. This study aims to make an application for assessing the level of landslide susceptibility using the analytical hierarchy process and natural break based on the factors that cause landslides in the sub-district or village of Pacitan district. The factors that cause landslides in Pacitan district consist of weather, history of landslides, land slope, and history of earthquakes. The results of the AHP and natural break classifications are visualized in the form of a spatial map into 3 categories, namely high, medium and low vulnerability levels. The results of the AHP classification and natural break in the 2016-2020 data have a good average GVF value of 0.77. This shows that in general, the results of the 2016-2020 data classification are correct. Mobile device-based applications provide convenience for the public in accessing information as an effort to improve landslide disaster preparedness.

Abstract

Indihome is a product of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia as an internet service provider or internet service provider (ISP) in Indonesia. Every product or service offered to the public certainly has its advantages and disadvantages, as well as Indihome. From the advantages and disadvantages of Indihome services, we can do a technique, namely sentiment analysis. In this study, sentiment analysis was carried out regarding public responses or reviews about IndiHome services on Twitter social media. This study uses a comparison of TF-IDF and Word2Vec feature extraction, and the classification method used is the nave Bayes classifier. The accuracy results obtained in this study were 96% using the TF-IDF feature extraction and testing was carried out using an unseen data test that was selected randomly resulting in an accuracy of 92%. While the accuracy value obtained by using the Word2Vec feature extraction is 60% by testing using unseen test data that was selected randomly resulting in an accuracy value of 44%.

Abstract

The thesis is one of the scientific works based on the conclusions of field research or observations compiled and developed by students as well as research carried out according to the topic containing the study program which is carried out as a final project compiled in the last stage of formal study. A large number of theses, of course, will be sought in looking for categories of thesis topics, or the titles raised have different relevance. However, the student thesis can be by topics that are almost relevant to other topics so that it can make it easier to find topics that are relevant to the group. One of the uses of techniques in machine learning is to find text processing (Text Mining). In-text mining, there is a method that can be used, namely the Clustering method. Clustering processing techniques can group objects into the number of clusters formed. In addition, there are several methods used in clustering processing. This study aims to compare 2 cluster algorithms, namely the K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms to obtain an appropriate evaluation in the case of thesis grouping so that the relevant topics in the formed groups have better accuracy. The evaluation stage used is the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) evaluation which is one of the testing techniques on the cluster. In addition, another indicator for comparison is the computation time of the two algorithms. According to the DBI value test carried out on algorithm 2, the K-Medoids algorithm is superior to K-Means, where the average DBI value produced by K-Medoids is 1,56 while K-Means is 2,79. In addition, the computational time required in classifying documents is also a reference. In testing the computational time required to group 50 documents, K-Means is superior to K-Medoids. K-Means has an average computation time for grouping documents, which is 1 second, while K-Medoids provide a computation time of 26,7778 seconds.

Abstract

The X-ray image is a medical examination procedure that uses electromagnetic wave radiation to get a picture of the inside of the body. However, in the process, there is noise that appears due to the exposure factor. This research builds a system to improve the X-ray image with noise by using Gaussian Filter and Histogram Equalization. In this study, in order to see the optimization of image enhancement, the two methods were combined. The data used are 60 x-ray images that have noise and each has an original image without noise as a comparison image to get system accuracy using PSNR and SSIM. Gaussian Filter method is used to reduce noise by determining the size of the kernel matrix and the standard deviation used. Histogram Equalization method is used to even out the value of the gray level of the image. Based on the test results from the combination of the two methods, the larger the size of the kernel matrix used, the faster the duration of time needed to repair the image. The PSNR value and accuracy obtained in the X-ray image repair are 31 dB and 71% on a 3x3 kernel matrix with an average time duration of 9 seconds, 32 dB and 77% on a 5x5 kernel matrix with an average duration of 9 seconds, 32 dB and 78% on a 7x7 kernel matrix with an average time duration of 8 seconds

Abstract

As one of the leading commodities of the Indonesian economy, the ever-increasing production of palm oil has created intense competition among palm oil (CPO) producers. This causes CPO producers to increase their palm oil production without compromising the quality of the palm oil produced. CPO producers are required to be able to objectively determine the quality of superior and precise oil palm varieties in order to produce high economic value palm oil. Therefore, a model is needed to determine the quality of oil palm from several existing varieties. The Naive Bayes Classifier method in this study was used to classify the quality of oil palm based on predetermined variables using a data set of 28 oil palm varieties. Method testing is done by using a confusion matrix and K-fold cross-validation scheme. This study shows a reasonably high accuracy value of 64.25% and a low error rate of 35.7%, indicating that the Naive Bayes Classifier can classify the quality of oil palm varieties quite well.
