Abstract

Covid-19 appeared in the Province of Bali from the beginning of 2020, causing the community to try to make adaptations. The purpose of this study is to determine the adaptation of product supply strategies during the pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data has been collected, it is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, data obtained that there was an adaptation of the product supply strategy at the Sukawati Art Market in terms of products offered during the pandemic, in terms of sales techniques and in terms of follow-up when sales were completed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how economic literacy influences consumer purchasing power at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. Using a random sampling technique, 98 people participated in the survey. Tests and Questionnaires form the data collection methodology. This research is a quantitative research because it uses a linear regression technique for data analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that economic literature has a negative effect on consumer purchasing power at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. Number -t count -t table (-9.638 < -1.985), and a significance of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) are factors that prevent Ho from being rejected. The results of the analysis show that the R Square is around 0.492 and the economic growth rate for consumer demand is 49.2%, with the addition of complementary factors.

Abstract

Consumption behavior of students can be influenced by internal factors and external factors. There are several internal factors, one of which is self-efficacy, while external factors include the intensity of social media use. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence self-efficacy and intensity of social media use on the consumption behavior of SMAN 3 Palangka Raya students. Data for the three variables (self-efficacy, intensity of use of social media, and consumption behavior) were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of SMAN 3 Palangka Raya. The population of this study was 1635 students, while the sample was 509 students. Sampling technique using random sampling technique method. The results of this study indicate that consumption behavior can be influenced by self-efficacy and the intensity of using social media partially or simultaneously. The results also show that the contribution of the intensity of social media use is greater than self-efficacy

Abstract

The entrepreneurial spirit must be cultivated from an early age. Through art and skills in entrepreneurship, they are able to create business opportunities for themselves and society. Creating creative and innovative business fields is able to grow the wheels of the family, community and state economy. Entrepreneurship learning in theory and practice can be started in a school environment. Through the application of theory towards real practice, the entrepreneurial spirit is increasingly active, developing and even advancing. In the college environment, the application of an entrepreneurial spirit is realized through student cooperatives. Through student cooperatives, it is hoped that qualified entrepreneurial spirits will grow. Good and professional management and management will be able to develop a healthy student cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student perceptions of online learning in class X SMA Negeri 2 Bondowoso. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with data collection methods used, namely questionnaires, interviews, and documents. The subjects in this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Bondowoso. The results of the research show that students' perceptions of online learning vary in terms of learning processes indicators and support. Students are less interested in learning online because they cannot interact smoothly with the teacher. In addition, students find it difficult to understand the material and do assignments because the assignments given are disproportionate. However, students can work on assignments independently. On the support indicator, some students receive support from related parties, including schools, government, and student guardians.

Abstract

The problem of limited tax consultants in Indonesia is indirectly related to educational institutions or universities that bring accounting students to work as tax consultants. Therefore, this study examines the influence of tax motivation and knowledge on career choices as tax consultants, and the understanding of tringa as a moderating variable. The data used in this study was primary data covering 181 respondents of accounting students of Tamansiswa University throughout Indonesia using questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that tax motivation and knowledge positively affect the career selection of tax consultants. Understanding Tringa can strengthen the influence of tax motivation and knowledge on the career choice of a tax consultant

Abstract

The abstract version of the English is written using the English version of the British in past tense and appropriate sentences. The result and conclusions are written in the form of the present tense. Abstracts are expected to be more communicative and not monotonous. A simple sentence is English contains a minimum of subject and predicate elements. Economic literacy is the ability to use basic economic concepts and critical thinking in making decisions (Solihat & Arnasik, 2018). Therefore, economic literacy is one of the skills that must be possessed because economic literacy is a useful tool for changing behavior from unintelligent to intelligent. Like how to save, invest, protect and make ends meet (Sina Garlans, 2012). In the development of the ability to economics also continues to grow. One of them is the emergence of digitalization in economic activities. So it is important to have economic literacy needed in the modern era of the 21st century (Anggreini & Waspada, 2020), namely digital economic literacy, especially for high school students who are among the highest internet users in Indonesia. Because it is hoped that they can take a positive impact from the existence of the digital economy, and avoid digital crime. Therefore researchers conduct research and development using the Borg and gall procedural model, to produce products, namely digital media which are learning media that apply the use of technology, information, and communication to convey information (Jannah Noer Rahmawati & Atmojo Widianto Ragil, 2022), by loading digital economic material to increase students' economic literacy. The results showed that digital media is feasible to use in the very valid category with a combined validation result of 87.5%, consisting of 97% from media experts, 81% from material experts, and 86% from audiance validation. As well as being able to increase students' economic literacy with an n-gain test result of 0.68 which is in the moderate or quite effective category

Abstract

Education in entrepreneurship is a method of instilling and reinforcing entrepreneurial mindsets and routines. The teaching factory concept is a comprehensive approach to education. It is predicted that students would be better prepared for entrepreneurial endeavors if they are exposed to factory learning in the classroom. Abstract

21st century learning requires teachers to be able to create students who are knowledgeable, pious, and have character to be ready to face various educational challenges in the industrial revolution era. Economics teachers as an integral part of other subject teachers have a sense of professional responsibility and moral responsibility in preparing the nation's young generation. The analysis of students often has difficulty understanding macro and micro economic concepts that have not been answered by teachers in learning. So we need smart solutions to overcome them through changing the mindset of teachers in facing the challenges of teaching to be creative and willing to be good facilitators for students. The fusion of information technology applications in society needs to be revitalized in economic learning that is more effective, efficient and efficacy through strengthening economics teachers. Based on the urgency and conceptual ideas, the researcher intends to provide training for economics teachers in East Java on constructivist learning in economics learning to be able to improve students' critical thinking. This research was carried out using a participatory approach through the participation of teachers in seminar activities and continued with practical activities for training in constructivistic economic learning models and methods. The goal is to build critical thinking towards 21st century economic learning which is prepared independently by economics teachers. The results of the study indicate that the activities of developing constructivist-based economic learning models and methods have been proven to improve teacher understanding and skills as a form of developing strategies to build critical thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic achievement, family socioeconomic status, and interest in entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial readiness of class XII students in the field of Business Management at SMK Negeri 1 Lumajang. This research includes ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. Questionnaire data collection methods and documentation. The population and sample are 132 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis test using IBM SPSS version 20 for windows. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, it can be concluded: 1) Learning achievement has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest with a significance value of 0.476 (> 0.05). (2) Family socio-economic status has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship with a significance value of 0.008 (<0.05). (3) Learning achievement on entrepreneurship readiness has no significant effect with a significance value of 0.694 (> 0.05). (4) Family socio-economic status on entrepreneurship readiness has no significant effect with a significance value of 0.810 (> 0.005). (5) Entrepreneurial interest has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.005). (6) Learning achievement on entrepreneurship readiness through interest in entrepreneurship indirectly has a significant negative effect on student entrepreneurship readiness of -0.016 (<0.005). (7) Family socio-economic status on entrepreneurship readiness through entrepreneurial interest has a direct and significant negative effect on student entrepreneurship readiness of -0.107 (<0.005).
