Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of office facilities and work disciplineindividually or jointly on employee performance at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency. The research population is employees at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency, which was recorded in 2021 as many as 23 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that:1) office facilities had a positive effect of 0.498 and significant on employee performance at theBalocci District Office, Pangkep Regency; 2) work discipline has apositive effect of 0.452 and is significant on employee performance at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency; 3) Office facilities and work discipline have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Balocci District Office, Pangkep Regency with a contribution of 36.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangk ep Regency, the obstacles and efforts tak en by the Lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkep Regency. Respondents in this study were 48 people consisting of all staff of Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangk ep Regency plus community leaders consisting of traditional leaders, religious leaders, youth leaders, educators and women leaders, RWand RT heads as well as chairmen and members of LPM. descriptive analysis technique method supported by quantitative data. The results showed that 1. The role of the lurah in community empowerment as a motivator, facilitator and motivator in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci Distr ict, Pangkep Regency as a whole with an average score of 2.92 or was in the good category. 2. Obstacles faced by the lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangk ep Regency, include: a). Lack of community participation in community empowerment; b) Lack of public k nowledgeabout the importance of community empowerment; c) Lack of community cooperation. 3. Efforts tak en by the lurah in community empowerment in Balocci Baru Village, Balocci District, Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of education, training and work experience on the professionalism of investigators at the General Crime Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a sample size of 61 investigators and assistant investigators at the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially the variables of education and work experience have a significant effect, while training has no effect on the professionalism of investigators at the South Sulawesi Regional Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate. and simultaneously the variables of education, training and work experience jointly influence the professionalism of investigators at the South Sulawesi Regional Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the implementation of the policy for issuing sailing approval letters at the Jeneponto Class III Port Organizing Office. The population in this study were the parties involved in the issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter, consisting of all employees at the Jeneponto Class III Port Organizing Office, totaling 18 people and port service users, totaling 15 agents. The data analysis carried out was frequency distribution. The research results show that: a. Communication is good in terms of 1) Intensity of socialization of regulations for issuing sailing approval letters, 2) Consistency in policy orders for issuing sailing approval letters and 3) Clarity of communication between officers and port service users; b. Resources are good in terms of: 1) the ability and availability of human resources implementing the policy for issuing sailing approval letters, 2) the facilities needed to support the implementation of the policy for issuing sailing approval letters: c. Attitude (disposition) is good in terms of: 1) attitude of officers and port service users, 2) response of officers and 3) discipline of officers; d. The bureaucratic structure is good in terms of: 1) implementation of SOPs, 2) division of tasks, and 3) coordination of officers

Abstract

This research was conducted in Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency with the aim of finding out the role of education and training for village financial statements based on Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards.This study shows that education and training play an important role in the understanding and management of village financial statements. Informants with Master's and Bachelor's education backgrounds have an easier time understanding village financial statements, while those with a high school education background have difficulties. The training has been proven to improve the ability of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, and Heads of Financial Affairs to prepare reports, manage finances, and use systems such as the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES), which plays a role in maintaining transparency and stability of village finances.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) and Human Resource Competency (HR) on the quality of financial report presentation at Pt. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sulawesi.This type of research is quantitative research and is classified as population research using a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a population size of 51 strategic employees of the company PT PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Expense Management Center Distribution Unit (P3B) who use ERP.The research results show that Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) has no and no significant effect on the quality of financial report presentation. Human Resource Competency has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial report presentation. There is an influence of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Human Resources Competency which simultaneously influence the quality of financial report presentation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Budget Deficit, Rupiah Exchange Rate, and Foreign Exchange Reserves on Indonesia's economic growth (GDP). The type of data used is the time series from 2014-2023. Secondary data is in the form of Budget Deficit (Rupiah), GDP based on constant 2010 prices, Rupiah exchange rate (against the US Dollar) and Foreign Exchange Reserves (Billions of Rupiah). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the Budget Deficit has a negative but not significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth during the 2014-2023 period. The Rupiah Exchange Rate (Kurs) has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth during the 2014-2023 period. This shows that the increase in the US Dollar exchange rate resulted in an increase in Indonesia's Economic Growth. Foreign Exchange Reserves have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth during the 2014-2023 period. This shows that the increase in foreign exchange reserves resulted in an increase in Indonesia's economic growth (GDP) during the 2014-2023 period.

Abstract

To know and analyze the effect of job involvement, incentives and motivation on the performance of employees at Head Office Duampanuain Pinrang. This research is expected to provide inputs and additional information in making decisions related to the development of institutions, especially in improving the performance of employees. Data used in this study are primary data that the questionnaire answers of respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 30. The sample in this research is 30 respondents, employees at the Head Office Duampanuain Pinrang. According to the results of analysis showed that all independent variables in the model (simultaneous) effect on employee performance, job involvement variables, incentives and motivation together (simultaneously) has a significant influence on the performance of employees at Head Office Duampanuain Pinrang district .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ATM card and mobile banking product quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BTN Makassar Branch Office. Service quality is measured using the SERVQUAL model, which consists of five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance. The respondents in this study amounted to 100 individuals, selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), and hypothesis testing to evaluate the variables' influence. The results show that the quality of ATM card and mobile banking products, both simultaneously and partially, significantly affects customer satisfaction. This study concludes that the quality of ATM card and mobile banking products at Bank BTN plays an essential role in improving customer satisfaction. It is recommended that Bank BTN enhances service accessibility, educates customers on digital features, and continuously innovates to improve the quality of products and services.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the influence of competence, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Puncak Jaya Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This research uses a quantitative methodology using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of the three independent variables (competence, motivation and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance). Information was collected by sending questionnaires to staff, while assessing the validity and reliability of the tools used. Statistical software was used for data analysis to evaluate the developed hypotheses. Multiple linear regression analysis assesses the influence of each independent variable on employee performance, while the F test tests the joint influence of these three variables on employee performance. The results of the analysis show that competence greatly influences employee performance, this shows that increasing individual abilities can improve the quality of work. Therefore, the main focus of the organization should be on employee development and training. On the other hand, motivation does not have much of an impact on performance, but it is still important for organizations to uphold employee morale. Work discipline is proven to have the greatest and most important influence on employee performance, this shows that employees with a strong sense of discipline often show superior work performance. It is recommended that organizations foster a culture of discipline to increase employee efficiency and productivity. In general, competence, motivation and work discipline together improve employee performance at the Puncak Jaya Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency.
