Abstract

Working capital management is needed to find out the optimal amount of working capital needed by the company. The company's operational activities affect the income to be obtained by the company. The company's ability to generate profits over a certain period is called profitability. This can be used to assess the company's ability to use working capital effectively to generate a certain expected level of profit. As an investor, profitability is a benchmark for assessing the success of a company in running its business and can also be used as a benchmark in assessing the prospect of return from the capital to be invested. Manufacturing company is a company engaged in the manufacture of products. The urgency of this research is there as consideration for potential investors to invest in manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 periods, totaling 181 companies. The number of samples was determined using a purposive sampling method and focused on the consumer goods sector with a total of 30 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed that cash turnover and inventory turnover had a positive and insignificant effect on profitability in manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. Accounts receivable turnover has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability in manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector. Working capital management (cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventory) has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability in manufacturing companies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Buru Regency, as well as to find out the factors that can hinder and support the improvement of the performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Buru Regency. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data collection from informants was carried out. Data analysis is preceded by collecting and collecting data or information in the field, after which it is classified according to the type and group, then the analysis is carried out or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of South Buru Regency. The performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of South Buru Regency is good but not optimal. The Supporting Factors for the Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of South Buru Regency, namely an organizational culture that is running well, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of rewards in the form of bonuses for employee performance, lack of personnel, quality of human resources that are still lacking, still limited availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as difficulties in reaching the affected areas to carry out disaster management due to the geographical conditions of the affected areas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of public service policies at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Maluku Regency based on the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 90 of 2018, knowing the obstacles in implementing these public service policies, and knowing the solutions to overcome them. This research is descriptive by using a qualitative approach so that to support this research activity, data is collected from informants. Data analysis is preceded by collecting and collecting data or information in the field, after that it is classified according to the type and group, then it is analyzed or interpreted qualitatively. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the implementation of public service policies at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Maluku Regency based on the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 90 of 2018 has not been carried out optimally, this is due to obstacles in the limitations of facilities and infrastructure and limitations of Human Resources both in quantity and quality. Solutions to overcome obstacles in implementing public service policies at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Maluku Regency include: providing clear information on service standards; improve the Online Service Delivery System; adjustment of facilities, infrastructure and service facilities; and improve the competence of service implementers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of internal communication consisting of vertical communication and horizontal communication both simultaneously and partially on the effectiveness of the work at the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency, as well as identify obstacles in carrying out internal communication in the Procurement Section of Goods and Services. Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency. This research is descriptive by using a quantitative approach so that to support this research activity, the main data collection is carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis of this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Vertical Communication and Horizontal Communication simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Effectiveness of employees. Partially, only vertical communication has a significant effect on employee work effectiveness, while horizontal communication does not have a significant effect. Barriers to internal communication in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency include: technical barriers, semantic barriers, and human barriers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service at the Inamosol District Office and the level of community satisfaction, as well as to examine the relationship between service quality conditions at the Inamosol District Office and the level of community satisfaction. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative associative using a questionnaire that has been tested to be valid and reliable. To test the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, the Product Moment correlation was used. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the quality of service at the Inamosol District Office, West Seram Regency is classified as moderate or quite good. The level of community satisfaction with service quality at the Inamosol District Office is moderate or the community is quite satisfied with the services at the Inamosol District Office, West Seram Regency. It is proven that there is a relationship between service quality conditions at the Inamosol District Office and the level of community satisfaction. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.501, which means that there is a fairly strong positive relationship. It means that to increase community satisfaction, the service quality of the Inamosol District Office also needs to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of office facilities and work discipline on the performance of employees in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This research is descriptive by using a quantitative approach so that to support this research activity, the main data collection is carried out with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis of this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that office facilities have an effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between office facilities and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency. This means that the better office facilities coupled with the better work discipline of employees, the better the performance of employees in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency, and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and human resource development, either simultaneously or partially on the work motivation of employees at the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency. This research is descriptive by using a quantitative approach so that to support this research activity, the main data collection is carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis of this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that simultaneously or partially leadership and human resource development affect the work motivation of employees in the Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of South Buru Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of motivation and performance of the employees of the Education and Culture Office of West Seram Regency, to find out and analyze how much influence work motivation from external and internal aspects has on the performance of the employees of the West Seram Regency Education and Culture Office. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Office of West Seram Regency, totaling 42 employees, but only 30 samples were taken. Descriptive analysis of the research data uses the frequency value and the average score, while the hypothesis testing tool uses multiple linear regression Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that The condition of motivation and performance of the employees of the Department of Education and Culture of West Seram Regency is categorized as high but not yet optimal. Work motivation from external and internal aspects on the performance of the Education and Culture Office of West Seram Regency shows that there is a positive and significant influence with a contribution of 18.5%, which means that 81.5% of the performance of the West Seram Regency Education and Culture Office's employees is affected. by factors other than employee motivation. Abstract

Network capability is an effort for companies to obtain information and resources, as well as complement and collaborate with partners so as to gain greater knowledge and capabilities. Network capabilities provide opportunities for MSMEs to carry out the learning process, transfer knowledge and technology, and increase organizational capacity for sustainable organizational development. The role of the network is very important in MSMEs, through the network small companies can gain access to certain resources, share risks and production costs, accelerate learning, gain speed to market, achieve flexibility and understand competitive advantage. Network capabilities have a close relationship with innovation, through innovation and collaboration with other companies, organizations or companies can adapt to a competitive business environment. The increasingly competitive business environment is today as a result of globalization, so MSMEs need to find ways to ensure their sustainability more than ever. The purpose of this research is to study the potential of network capabilities, and identify the impact of innovation on company performance. This research is expected to be a reference for those who wish to conduct research on the development and improvement of company performance. The findings in this study are companies need to pay attention to network capabilities and innovation can contribute to increasing competitiveness by creating something new.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public service at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency, and to find out the obstacles and steps to optimize public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency. This research is a combination of quantitative descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were all service users of the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency who needed public services. The data analysis of this study used the frequency value and the average score. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the level of public service at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency is in the B- or Good category with a note. This assessment is reviewed from 6 aspects, namely service policy, HR professionalism, infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and complaints, and service innovation. The obstacles in public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency, namely: The condition of employees who are generally still high school educated, lack of technological knowledge in employees due to lack of training, and limited facilities and infrastructure. The steps to optimize public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency are to cultivate excellent service, increase supporting facilities, increase HR professionalism, and evaluate the results of satisfaction assessments with services.
