Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of services to political parties and mass organizations at the National Unity and Political Agency of West Seram Regency, as well as to find out the obstacles and policies in achieving service effectiveness to political parties and mass organizations at the National Unity and Political Agency of Seram Regency. West. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the questionnaire were processed descriptively using the frequency score, while the interviews were analyzed qualitatively to complete the results of the questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that services to political parties and mass organizations at the National and Political Unity Agency of West Seram Regency are in the quite effective category. One of the obstacles in achieving service effectiveness for political parties and mass organizations is that the apparatus resources both in terms of quality and quantity are still very limited. So that the policy that should be taken by the National Unity and Political Agency of Seram Regency is to increase the professionalism of the government apparatus in carrying out public service tasks, as well as improving the facilities and infrastructure of the apparatus.

Abstract

Intense competition in various automotive businesses requires proper HR management that support employee performance. One of the automotive companies is located in the South Tangerang area. The main objective of this research was to determine the effect of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at an automotive company in South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative research in causal associative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 65 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive, quantitative data analysis and also using the SPSS Version 26 application. The results obtained from data processing stated that all of the instrument tests were declared valid because the value of r hitung > rtable, and also declared reliable because the CronbachAlpha value > Standard Cronbach Alpha. In the classical assumption test, it states that the dependent variable and the independent variable are declared normally distributed because the significance value is > 0.050, there is no multicollinearity obtained from the tolerance value of the variable < 1 while the VIF value < 10,this regression model has no autocorrelation which is indicated by a value of 1.948, and there is no heteroscedasticity disorder because the dots do not form a pattern. Quantitative analysis states that linear regression analysis X1 has a significant effect on Y, X2 has a significant effect on Y, while X1 and X2 simultaneously have a significant effect on Y. While X1 and X2 have a significanteffect on Y by 42.3%. Hypothesis test obtained value of F hitung > F tabel or (42.345 > 2.750). This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at the automotive company in South Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and determine the effect of supervision and enforcement on parking compliance on the Makassar City road. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially and simultaneously prove that supervision and enforcement have a positive and significant effect on parking compliance on Makassar City roads. This means that to increase the compliance of parking users on the road, monitoring and enforcement also need to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the level of education and work experience affect employee performance at PT Indah Logistik Cargo Cabang Makassar. The analytical method used is the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), data analysis techniques (multiple regression equations and descriptive analysis), hypothesis testing (coefficient of determination (R²), simultaneous F test and partial t test), and classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results showed that the level of education had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously the level of education and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Management Strategy of MiratiDewaningsihTuasikal in the Implementation of the Functions of the Regional People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD-RI) in Ambon City. The data collection technique used was an in-depth interview with the help of an interview guide. Document tracing is carried out directly while observing, reading, understanding concepts, to obtain secondary data on work reports, statutory regulations, decrees, and brochures related to the problem at hand. The data from this study were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that, MiratiDewaningsihTuasikal's Management Strategy in the Implementation of the RI DPD Functions in Ambon City which includes aspects of: a) planning (planing), b) organizing (organizing), c) implementation (actuating), and d) monitoring (controlling) ) went well where it was able to meet public expectations.

Abstract

The Influence of Religiosity Factors on Customers' Decisions to Save at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Makassar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of religiosity on the decision to save at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Makassar. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and the analysis using simple regression and use an SPSS application assistance. The results of the analysis, that the religiosity factor has a positive and significant effect on the decision to save at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education and training and role clarity partially and simultaneously on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government. The population in this study amounted to 28 treasurers at the Makassar City government consisting of 13 people in Tamalate District and 15 people in Makassar District, so this study used a sampling design method with a population study approach or a census study with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that: 1) The results of multipleregression analysis showed that the variables of education and training had a positive and significant effect of 0.510 on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that the role clarity variable has a positive and significant effect of 0.422 on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in MakassarCity Government. 3) The results of multiple regression analysis show that training and role clarity have a simultaneous positive and significant effect of 81.3% on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of office facilities and work discipline on employee performance in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the South Buru Regency Regional Secretariat, both partially and simultaneously. This research is descriptive in nature using a quantitative approach so as to support this research activity. The data analysis method used in this research is the linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect, namely 0.402, on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect, namely amounting to 0.584 on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar. 3) Competence and work motivation have a positive and significant joint effect of 0.527 on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat dan keamanan terhadap minat nasabah pensiun dalam menggunakan Movin pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Cabang Makassar secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh nasabah PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Cabang Makassar sebanyak 8.877 orang. Mengingat besarnya jumlah nasabah maka teknik pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat dan keamanan Papua berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minatnasabah pensiun dalam menggunakan Movin pada PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Cabang Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness, determine the supporting and inhibiting factors and the efforts made to increase the effectiveness of implementing the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency. The population in this study was the people of Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency, consisting of the village head, all village officials, the RK head, the RT head, and 35 community leaders. In this research, a total sampling technique was used so that the number of samples was the same as the population. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that: 1) The effectiveness of implementing the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency is on average 2.80 or is in the effective category; 2) Factors that support the implementation of the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu TellueVillage, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency consist of: a) Bhabinkamtibmas controls the area of its duties; 2) Availability of supporting facilities and facilities; 3) Community support, while the factors that hinder the implementation of the duties and functions of Bhabinkamtibmas in Bulu Tellue Village, Tondong Tallasa District, Pangkep Regency
