Abstract

This simultaneous study on hadith al-Fithr aims to determine the quality and to know the meaning of that hadith. The hadith to be examined is that hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah which was taken out by al-Bukhari inwhere its chain of narrators are five narrators. In a partial analysis of the results shows that all existing transmitters of the hadith are fully qualified, thiqah, and all transmitters of the respective meet with a narrator's status as a teacher. Matan hadith is apparently not shadh, meaning does not conflict with the arguments naqli both the Qur'an and Hadith with a higher quality linkage. Matan hadith is also not affected by illat, meaning does not conflict with the arguments aqli, either with a healthy mind, senses, history, and science. In simultaneous analysis, it is found that first, the hadith is not able to improve its quality, because it has quality, sahih. Second, these traditions have four shahid, who can increase the degree-quantity. The original tradition of degree was ahad- gharib increased to ahad-mashhur. The conclusion, quality of the hadith of al-Fithr is sahih-mashhur, sahih in quality and mashhur in quantity. The meaning content is that the prophet Muhammad saw teaches a good-active innate pontential of human being.

Abstract

Islamic reform movement with all its pattern, whether conservative, reformist, secular, and the fundamentalists have serious implications on the creation of educational reform. Of reform in the education sector would require a strategy and a container for the achievement of reform in Islamic education. This article investigates the weakness and lameness of Islamic education system which has been implemented is caused by several factors , such as an unpreparedness of the Islamic world in preparing the process of precipitation as an alternative system of Islamic education that is dynamic and adaptable toward the demands of the new world, and the inability of the Islamic world in reading and anticipating the world development .

Abstract

A stronger aspirations for autonomy and decentralization of education can not be separated from the reality of the two conceptual weaknesses in organizing the national education; (1) the national education policy is central and uniform, in which turns ignoring the diversity in accordance with the reality of economy, culture of Indonesian society, (2) national education policy orientation is to achieve the certain targets, such as curriculum targets, in which turn disregarding the effective learning process that is able to reach all areas and students’ potency. This article shows the decentralization of education that significantly contributes the development of Islamic education. With an autonomy of school educational institutions, developing the Islamic education through curriculum development to promote the inculcation of Islamic values to students.

Abstract

The fundamental principle of Islam that is closely linked to the role of Islamic education to face the challenges of pluralism and multiculturalism is that Islam is a universal religion, that teaches to negate the coercion in religion. Islam, a doctrine that is widely open to being proven its truth. Islam affirms the natural diversity of human life. Islam has also a history that is very clearly associated with the compound life. Relate to the Islamic education in Indonesia that basically refers to the values of pluralism in the Qur'an and Hadith, this article offers an alternative learning that can be done in Islamic education.

Abstract

Public relations (PR) in an educational institution has an important role in addition to the positive image of the institution as well as the massive media publicity. Radio and television are a media community that continues to develop according to the needs of the times. This paper describes how the use of radio and television as one of a medium of public relations education institutions associated with the policies within requirements of establishment, management, funding, and material. With some of those provisions, the role and utilization of radio and television can be maximized.

Abstract

Behaviorism learning theory has a doctrine that human or animal psychology can be accurately studied only through the examination and analysis of objectively observable and quantifiable behavioral events, in contrast with subjective mental states. In this theory have characteristic at reinforcement on individual behavior, the actualization of reinforcement in behaviorism often use the model of reward and punishment method to give reinforcer on student behavior. The issues were I write in this article, many teachers mistook in use the practice of reward and punishment at reinforcement. Many teachers interpret on the reinforcement practice often by punishment (negative reinforce). The truth reinforcement isn't rewarding and punishment, but it’s the shape to make behavior on a student without the violence. Such, many educators regard as the punishment in learning is still the effective method. The enforcement of the shape the student behavior not must by punishment and reward, but use the continuous stimulus.

Abstract

Modern technology causes narrowing job opportunities. Condition today, requires creative individuals. Facts show the Prophet as a figure who successfully breaks through the world of work in the midst of all limited. theory of needs was initiated by David McClelland contains three requirements, (the Need for Achievement / N-Ach), (the Need for Affiliation / N-affil) (the Need for Power / N-Pow). Associated with sira Nabawiyah: 1) How the values of N-Ach, N-affil and N-Paw in sirah nabawiyah ?; 2) How is the manifestation of the values of N-Ach, N-affil and N-Pow 'Nabawiyah' in the present context ?; 3) How does character education values of N-Ach, N-affil and N-Pow 'Nabawiyah' in the present context? The results of research were obtained: 1) The values of N-Ach in sirah nabawiyah include prophetic morals at the level of the pre , processes and post-employment; N-affil include prophetic character in the context of a social conscience, obey the norm and give priority to cooperation; whereas N-Pow include related prophetic morals personality and leadership; 2) In the present context, the value of N-Ach, N-affil and N-Pow 'Nabawiyah' includes ethos pious, scientific ethos, ethics and ethos amaliah akhlakiah; 3) Education character N-Ach, N-affil and N-Pow 'Nabawiyah' in the present context is held through educational methods prophetic in three stages: Moral Feeling, Knowing and Moral Moral Moral Doing-Being; with accompanying educational principle in the form of reward-punishment, harmonious relations, interest-talent, edu-tainment, democratization and tiered.

Abstract

The motivation of teachers in improving student learning creativity. The teacher how you can generate a potential student- to foster a strong sense of encouragement that would give effect to the spirit of learning. Motivation can be summed up in outline arise because of two factors, namely; factors intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factor is faker than in human beings, which can be the attitude, personality, experience, knowledge, ideas. Extrinsic factors are factors outside of man, these factors form a superior style of leadership, encouragement or guidance of someone, the development of the situation and so on. Abstract

In general, the pesantren boarding school specializing handle prioritize the education of children to read and write the Koran, which is the core element kiai, Mrs. housekeeper, teacher council, students, mosque, hostel, and learning curriculum Koran has become a sub-culture of its own. Abstract

The situation of progress of development in various sectors of life urged the madrasa to improve the quality of education are developed. The programs intelligently based on contemporary needs, demands to be realized, so that the existence of madrassas can be functional in answering daily reality, both in the context of developing science and technology, create jobs or in an attempt to foster a critical attitude, dynamic and be autonomous Madrasah need to be developed to meet three demands minimal in improving the quality of madrasah, namely: (1) how to make the madrassa as a vehicle for fostering the spirit or practice of Islamic life, (2) how to strengthen the presence of the madrassa so equally with the school system, (3) how the madrassa able to respond to future demands science and technology in order to anticipate future developments and globalisasi Madrasah era in the context of preparing learners face of changing global age, it becomes important role.
