The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of village financial management in one of the sub-districts, North Gorontalo Regency based on Permendagri number 20 of 2018. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative with an interactive analysis model consisting of three components of analysis namely: 1) Data reduction; 2) Presentation Data; 3) Data Verification and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the study show that with village financial analysis based on Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 through (a) Planning Aspects are in accordance with Permendagri but there are still deficiencies in apparatus that have not complied with the provisions and the impact is delays in the planning process (b) Implementation Aspects are in accordance with Permendagri and the weakness is the understanding of the apparatus that is still lacking, causing delays in the implementation process, (c) For the Administrative aspect it is considered good because it is in accordance with the instructions and technical requirements requested (d) The Reporting Aspect is considered good but the drawback is the slowness of the apparatus on duty late in providing reporting to the North Gorontao Regency government, and (e) The aspect regarding the coverage response is considered good because it has been adjusted to the instructions and technical requirements required by the regulation of the minister of home affairs in financial accountability.

The purpose of this research is to find out consumer responses and analyze the influence of social media marketing and lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, and 100 customers are used as a sample using the sample methodnon probability sampling procedureaccidental sampling. The research results show that social media marketing and lifestyle variables simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The benefits for writers, academic environment companies are as learning, references and strategies in decision making.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pustarhut Kota Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pustarhut Kota Bogor. Analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi olah data SmartPls 4. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini mengambil 50 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan google formulir. Hasil R-Suare Disiplin Kerja dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 3.86% sedangkan variabel Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja sebesar 7.89%, Path Coeficient melalui nilai Thitung dan P Values tiga jalur memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang nilai Thitung > 1.96 dan p values < 0.005, Pengaruh tidak langsung Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh signifikan, menunjukan bahwa dimana nilai Thitung 3.716 > 1.96 dan Nilai P Values 0.000 < 0.005.

The rapid development of technology in economics and business is changing the patterns and lifestyles of consumptive humans towards the use of online shopping applications, shopping services via the internet that are easy and practical of course make consumers become accustomed to and continue to use them from the many online shopping applications of course each customer has his own experience in using related applications, this research also combines neuromarketing science. The study aims to obtain customer assessments of the use of the blibli.com online application by combining neuromarketing theory according to Hausel's theory. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection techniques and is processed through Microsoft Excel and SPSS applications. The results showed that marketplace consumers according to Hausel's Limbic Type are Connoisseurs, Hedonists and Harmonists, while Blibli's Limbic Map is balance. The domain name, Blibli.com, has a positive and significant effect on consumer preferences in the Blibli.com market place, although other variables do not have a significant effect, but overall the components have a positive effect on the total Y. The research explains that consumer preferences for the Blibli.com market place or e-commerce get a percentage of 77.7%.

The aim of the research is to find analysis and influence between training, motivation, work environment and performance and can be used as a reference for further research. The chosen method is multiple linear regression analysis. The total sample of the entire work is 49 people. The results of the study simultaneously all variables affect employee performance. Partially, training and environmental variables have an effect on employee performance, while motivational variables have no effect on employee performance. Motivational training and work environment each have an important role in improving employee performance.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalis pengaruh antara perceived value terhadap minat gen z berkunjung kembali ke Museum Kereta Api Kota Sawahlunto. Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian assosiatif kausal dengan metode survei, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder, dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 86 responden yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner serta sudah teruji normalitas dan reliabilitanya. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel perceived value secara keseluruhan dikategorikan baik dengan persentase 48,8%,variabel minat berkunjung kembali secara keseluruhan dikategorikan baik dengan persentase 55,8%. Kemudian setelah kedua varibel tersebut dianalisis dan diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh perceived value terhadap minat gen z berkunjung kembali sebesar 48,8%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penolakan terhadap perubahan/atau hal yang baru terhadap karyawan dengan reaksi negatif (menolak) dan reaksi positip (menerima), hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kesuksesan/kegagalan organisasi. Perubahan diperlukan guna menjaga organisasi tetap terstruktur, meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan, mensukseskan organisasi, fleksibel dalam menghadapi perubahan, serta merubah pola perilaku yang lebih baik lagi. Dengan hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa perubahan yang dilakukan oleh sebuah organisasi mampu membuat organisasi tersebut bertahan. Metode yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan mengkombinasikan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini, sebuah organisasi yang melakukan perubahan, membuat organisasi tersebut dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya. Semua perubahan yang terjadi pada sebuah organisasi membuahkan hasil berupa peningkatan efektivitas organisasi guna meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi saat menyesuaikan diri pada setiap perubahan melalui kebaruan Agent of Change yangberetika dengan pengelolaan resistensi perubahan 6 pendekatan yang dimiliki.

Indonesia is a country with a large number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sectors. MSMEs must apply creativity and innovation in order to face increasingly competitive levels of business competition. Understanding and awareness of the importance of creativity and innovation among MSMEs is still low. Understanding the differences between creativity and innovation is still felt to be ambiguous and wrong. The application of the concepts of creativity and innovation is still considered unimportant, considering that many business people want to succeed in their business instantly, without thinking too much, which can drain their mind and energy. The research explores the differences between creativity and innovation, the concept of the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs, and the results of research on the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs comprehensively examine these things as has never been done before. The aim of the research is to explore the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs. The method used is library research, using critical analysis techniques. The results of research exploring the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs show that there are 14 differences between creativity and innovation. The importance of creativity and innovation is: (1) creativity and innovation have been accepted in the fields of business/business and management, and can only be achieved through creative and innovative solutions; (2) creativity and innovation in business are two things that business people need to have and develop for success; and (3) creativity and innovation are so important in the business world, that it is necessary to optimize creative and innovative abilities and ideas. Research studies on the importance of creativity and innovation in MSMEs include: the importance of creativity and innovation, the role of creativity and innovation, the impact of creativity and innovation, and the influence of creativity and innovation. The research on the importance of creativity and innovation examines the following 12 things: (1) entrepreneurship (ability, competence, intention, spirit and entrepreneurial mindset); (2) business success/success; (3) continuity/sustainability of business; (4) business development/progress; (5) increasing competitiveness/competitive advantage; (6) buying interest; (7) purchasing decisions; (8) increasing consumer purchasing power; (9) consumer satisfaction; (10) increasing the value of products/services; (11) increase in sales volume/income turnover; and (12) business/marketing performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji citra merk, promosi, kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yellow chiken. Teknik sampling menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif verifikatif, linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Penilaian konsumen terhadap citra merek, kegiatan promosi, kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian dengan kategori baik. (2) Citra merek, promosi, dan kualitas produk baik secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Yellow Chicken. Untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian diyellow chicke dapat dilakukan dengan cara menggali ciri khas produk, memperhatikan kualitas bahan baku utama yang digunakan dan perlu menentukan kegiatan promosi yang tepat.
