Biometrics is the study of patterns of characteristics to recognize or identify humans based on one or more parts of the human body, both chemical, physical, and behavioral characteristics, such as faces, fingerprints, sounds, hand geometry, or iris. Nowadays technology has developed using sound to be used as an application that facilitates humans. Voice identification process is very necessary to know the accuracy of the sound based on the characteristics possessed, because some humans have similarities in saying. In this study aims to determine the sound pattern based on speech. The method used for voice identification using the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) feature extraction method, is a feature extraction method that approaches the human hearing system and is able to recognize speech patterns.

Information is the king pin in business. Companies challenge their self to get an actual and factual information to be exist and win the tender. Companies are forced to use an up-to-date technology to produce the information needed. Especially in custom furniture company that has a long business process. It starts from measuring, modelling, budgeting, quotation, re-measuring, quality control, budget realization, until invoice printing. All of those processes must be organized in 1 management, so the custom furniture company can provide the actual and factual information for their customers. CV. Bali Interio is one of the company run in custom furniture business. This company has problems in their business process, it starts from the unorganized documents, slow processing documents que, messing measuring schedule, online buyer that doesn’t have an online media to buy, and the customers who want to monitor their order online. Based on the problems, it can be concluded that CV. Bali Interio needs a computerized system to solve the problems so it can give the best information needed for company or customer.

Micro-sleep (MS) is a short sleep condition ranging from 1 to 30 seconds, where people who experience this condition fail to respond to motor sensors and become unconscious. Micro-sleep often occurs as a result of lack of sleep, but not always micro-sleep is caused by lack of sleep, some cases explain that micro-sleep sufferers are also experienced by those who do during monotonous work. Micro-sleep becomes very important when this condition involves dangerous conditions. Even though it's only a few seconds, of course this is very dangerous, and may be one of the main causes of accidents. By utilizing sensor technology, we can do realtime monitoring of the data of the owner, so that a tool that can detect the condition of the driver who has micro-sleep can be developed. With this information the micro-sleep detector will make a warning to the driver. This is expected to reduce the number of accidents caused by micro-sleep.

Electricity is the source of the needs of people all over the world with electricity all human work will be easy, the main thing is electricity is a source of lighting without electricity, so there will not be an era and technology, but the use of electricity by many people who do not care about the electricity impact is a lot short circuit and fire because many electricity users do not know the current of electric current in their homes. Thus the author makes a tool that can measure the voltage used. Tools made using ACS712 and Arduino Uno sensors and Ethernet shield. The sensor will read the power supply voltage and then process it to Arduino Uno and Ethernet shield. After processing via Arduino, the ACS712 sensor readings will be displayed on the web page.

Multimedia development as one field of application in audio-visual technology seemed never to be separated from human needs of customers who desire a new innovation in every design and user friendly of an application. Build a complex software system design models require systematic for analysis and design. By using the language of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) a job can be easily designed, because UML is a visual modeling notation and semantics and object-oriented analysis and design. The requirement applications that can help candidate of Hajj and Umroh to learn the background of the application design learning the rituals of Hajj and Umrah this multimedia based. The design of the rituals of Hajj and Umroh application-based multimedia is created using Adobe Flash Professional software and Adobe Audition CS 6 CS 6 as the supporting software. This application can be integrated with android software which uses methods of UCD (User Centered Design) from the research that has been done.

Currently PT. Rivet Jaya Lubuklinggau conducts the processing of LPG Gas sales data processing is still done with a manual system, the data processing process is still carried out with Microsoft Excel application tools to generate recapitulation (summary content or final summary report) of sales data such as the total sales amount. This study uses data collection methods by observing PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau, interview with the head of PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau and literature on books related to the author's title. The results of the research are the Dashboard Application for Monitoring the Sales of LPG Gas at PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau, the application was built with the PHP programming language with MySQL as an application database and web-based application interfaces. It can be concluded that the application that has been built can do sales data collection and can display details of the overall sales data that will be used as a tool for PT. Kelingi Jaya Lubuklinggau to conduct monitoring.

The method used by collecting existing data and analyzing problems in the collection and adjustment of Paper International Conference. The transfer of management from SMK(SMK) in 2017 by the East Java Provincial Government has an impact on many things. One of them is the need for media for communication. Information technology (IT) infrastructure in Vocational Schools is a connecting between Vocational Schools and the East Java Provincial Education Office. IT facilities can streamline and streamline communication between the Office of Education and Vocational Schools in various regions. To find out the state of IT infrastructure in Vocational Schools in Madiun Regency, there is a need to measure the maturity level of IT infrastructure in SMK. One popular IT governance evaluation framework used is COBIT. With the COBIT framework guidelines can assess current conditions, as well as expectations of what will be achieved. The results of the gap will be used as a basis for recommendations for improvements to what stages have not been in line with expectations. The results of the maturity level of management of IT infrastructure in Vocational High Schools at each school on average at AI3 sub domain are at level 2, while AI5 sub domains are at level 1. As for the situation in AI3 sub domains, there are still some who care about the importance of IT infrastructure policy, responsibility for infrastructure management is still limited to individual intuition, as well as the absence of measurement of the results of the objectives whether it has been achieved. While AI5 sub domain is management has begun to identify procedures for collaboration with IT infrastructure suppliers, there are standard criteria for the selection of IT infrastructure suppliers, and there are fundamental objectives for IT infrastructure supplier contract management.

Electronic phone credit (pulsa) sales at this time showed an outstanding increase, because of the needs of phone credit usage every day by the society that has now became a need. Phone credit business will never stop because human always communicate with one another. To ensure the availability of the product in the phone credit server, the phone credit server manager routinely, in a particular period, inventorize the purchase of phone credit products. From the exploration above, the market conditions in a business are always changing, In a business. Process prediction is important for every business person in decision-making. Then, there is a need to build a prediction system that could predict phone credit transactions in the next period. Results or output of this system is predictive value of transactions in the next period with average error value of 4% using β1=0,5 and β2=0,2. Therefore, it can be used as a reference for the management in the decision-making.
