Abstract

This study raised concerns about the influence of the promotion mix and physical evidence that will have an impact on visitor decisions. This research was conducted in the exact scope of the Muara Jambi Temple. The visitor's decision is one of the main problems that are always faced by various tourist attractions. Therefore, it is important for tourist attractions to increase promotion and physical evidence to provide what visitors want. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix, physical evidence, and visitor decisions on the Muara Jambi Temple, to determine the effect of the promotional mix and physical evidence on simultaneous visitor decisions on the Muara Jambi Temple, and to determine the effect of the promotional mix and physical evidence on visitor's decision partially at the Muara Jambi Temple. To check the problem above the survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the visitors of the temple. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and verifiatively. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression with proof of hypothesis by F statistical tests and t statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the statistical test F variable promotional mix (X1) has an influence on visitor decisions, while the physical evidence variable (X2) has no influence on visitor decisions

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research that is research using data expressed in numerical form on parts and phenomena and their relationships. This research usually aims to develop and use mathematical models, theories or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. This research is a survey and interview directly to the owners of coconut and areca nut business and records everything that the writer needs in connection with the problem of the writer. In this study using data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis. Qualitative data is data in the form of not numbers but with words that can be used to describe, complete and explain and strengthen quantitative data directly in the field. (Sugiyono, 2011: 23). production costs are all costs associated with the goods produced, wherein there are elements of raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. Based on the time period, production can be divided into short-term and long-term. In the short term the company during its production period can add one factor of production while other factors of production are considered constant. This means that some factors of production cannot be added. Whereas in the long run, companies can change or add to all factors of production they use. The initial investment of a coconut plantation business is Rp.37,004,000 which is calculated before the production period of 7 (seven) years and the initial investment of areca nut plantation is Rp.34,750,000 which is calculated before the production period for 4 (four) years, for production costs in one the coconut plantation business year is obtained at Rp.5,600,000 and the production cost of the areca nut business in one year is Rp.108,200,000, the comparison between the coconut plantation business income and the areca nut business revenue is obtained for the income of the coconut plantation business income for one year of Rp. .14,400,000 and the results of areca nut business revenue for one year amounted to Rp. 110,200,000 So, it can be concluded that the biggest income is in the nut business compared to the coconut business.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determinate the effect of role ambiguity and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank 9 Jambi Branch of Muara Bulian. The sample on this research is consist of done by using the method of judgement sampling is by taking a sample selected by as much as 41 respondent on Bank ( Jambi Branch of Muara Bulian and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20.0. The result of this research is Y = 1,539 + 0,330. X1+ 0,491. X2. This showed that role ambiguity and job satisfaction has a positive effect and significant to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Work Motivation, (X2) Career Development on (Y) Job Promotion Di Polsek Bajubang Kabupaten Batanghari.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 31 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows. Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation is 10,032 and ttable value is 1.69913 because tcount is smaller than ttable so it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Career Development, the value of tcount is 5,977 and the value of t table is 1,69913 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 19,379 and Ftable value of 3.93 because the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 551, it can be concluded that the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1 ), Career Development (X2) on Performance (Y) of 55.1% and 44.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Every investor will pay attention to return and risk in investing in portfolios. In portfolio investment, this is known as the principle of high return high risk. To see this return and risk, 4 (four) models are known, namely 1) Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) with beta factors (market risk), 2) French Fama models with beta, size and value factors, 3) Carhart model with factors beta, size, value and momentum, 4) the Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) model in this study, in addition to factors such as the model above, macro economic factors include economic growth, inflation, interest rates, the rupiah exchange rate against US dollars and the money supply. Models 1, 2 and 3 analyze from the fundamental side of the company while models 4 analyze from the macroeconomic side. Based on the theory of Ying (1966), Tauchen & Pitts (1983), Blume (1994), Lee & Swaminathan (2000), Gervais (2001) and Kaniel (2003) that the total trading volume affects the movement of stock indexes, stock prices and affects the magnitude of the level return and investment risk, then in this study the researchers added the total volume of activity factor as an effort to overcome the weaknesses found in the Carhart model where in calculations using the three sequential sort method, this model has not been able to record a holding period (the length of shares in the hands of investors) which in this study. The model with the addition of the total volume activity variable as a five factor pricing model is a model of the researcher's development. From the test results it can be concluded that the development model turned out to be better precision in estimating return and risk and its accuracy is more accurate than existing models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the influence of store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the syariah syariah mini market 212 Jambi branch. Survey research using a questionnaire instrument, a sample of 70 respondents with nonprobability sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the characteristics of respondents were dominated by women, aged 20 to 29 years, the last education occupations were dominated by students. Simultaneously store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so also partially store atmosphere variables, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Development Index is used to measure how much impact arises from efforts to increase the ability of basic human capital. Human Development is a component of development through empowerment of the population that focuses on increasing the human base, judging from the population of Batang Hari Regency which is fluctuating and has the potential for human resources ready to be empowered. The implementation of regional autonomy gives flexibility to the Regional Government of Batang Hari Regency to carry out regional development more independently. Besides that what needs to be considered is the growth of the poor population, in Batanghari District the development of the poor population has also fluctuated, where in 2019 there was a decrease of 26.53% from the previous year. To measure poverty, BPS uses the concept of ability to meet basic needs approach. This is done in Batang Hari Regency, using data from 2011 - 2019. The type of data used in this study is Time Series data, which is the type of data consisting of variables collected according to the order of time within a certain timeframe, while the analytical methods used in This research is a quantitative method. Quantitative analysis is used to determine the Effect of Poverty Rate and Population Number on the human development index (HDI) in Batang Hari District 2011-2019. To analyze the influence of data analysis, this is done by using multiple linear regression models using Eviews program version 9.0. poverty level and Population simultaneously or together have a very significant effect on the Human Development Index in Batang Hari District 2011-2019. In this study the R2 value is 0.975311 which means a set of dependent variables (Poverty Rate and Population Number) in the model can explain the Independent variable by 97.53%. While the rest is explained by other variables outside the model that are not examined. Human Development Index (HDI) of Batang Hari 2011-2019 is 32.58 assuming other variables (Poverty Rate and Population Growth Rate are fixed or 0) From the equation it is known that poverty variable shows a coefficient of 0.03 meaning that if there is an increase in poverty level of 1 unit it will increase the HDI by 0.03% with the assumption that the Population Variable is 0. Whereas for the Total Population from the data processing, the result is 0.00013, meaning that every 1 person increase will increase the Human Development Index (HDI) by 0.00013%.

Abstract

This study examines whether there are differences in the prices of Top Ten shares of the Banking Company with the largest assets in Indonesia in three periods, namely the share price before Indonesia contracted Covid 19, the share price at the time of the announcement of the first case of Covid 19 in Indonesia and the Post-3 Month Share Price announcement of the Covid 19 case in Indonesia. Processed by means of the Paired Sample T test analysis results show that during the study period there were significant differences between the stock prices in the three periods.

Service quality including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility had a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants for candidates for civil servants. Efforts to improve service quality can be improved through service provision by referring to the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible, where assurance and empathy can be used as efforts to improve the quality of services that are more optimal. Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze consumers ' perception of Yamaha Fino Motor purchase in PD dealers. Panca Motor Kota Jambi. Research methods used using descriptive analysis and data types are processed from primary data that is deployed on Yamaha Fino motorcycle users. Population and samples amounted to 101 people and were obtained from the number of motorcycles sales in 2018 with sample withdrawals using the census method. The theoretical approach used is the consumer perception theory of Yamaha Fino motor products. Indicators of consumer perception used consist of selection perception, organizing perception and achievement accomplishment. The results showed that consumer perception in Yamaha Fino motorcycle purchases was influenced by the organizing indicators perception with an average score of 408. Consumer perception in the purchase of Yamaha Fino motorcycles was influenced by family stimuli, the environment and the highest because of the promotion carried out by the motor dealers very well with a score of 443.
