Abstract

This research was conducted on the community in Nagari Sungai Tanang District of Banuhampu Agam Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of accountability on financial management of village fund allocations, village policies and village institutions on community welfare. This type of research is quantitative penenlitian. The object of this research is Nagari Sungai Tanang. Sampling method used is stratified random sampling and data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, realibility and hypothesis testing with F test and t test. The result of the research with the t-test of accountability management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is 0,034 <0,05 so it shows that accountability of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) influence posistif to welfare of society, while tsign of village policy equal to 0,000 <0,05 so indicate that policy villages have a positive effect on the welfare of the community, and the institutional tsign of the village with the amount of 0.001 <0.05 indicating that the village institutions have a positive effect on the welfare of the community.

Abstract

The goal in this study to determine a general overview of the work ability, work dicipline and employeesperformance, in addition to knowing about the effect of work ability and work dicipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Research using explanatory research with a quantitative approach and data collection through a questionnaire. The sample used by 35 employees remain at the Badan Kepegawian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis by observing the classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis. The results show that the employability and dicipline affect the performance of employees is 82,3%. While the remaining 17,7% variable employee performance will be affected by any variables as: wages, job security, working conditions, achievements, training, work experience and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of lecturers at Batanghari University, Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach with the form of correlational research which explains the relationship of each independent variable with the dependent variable, either individually or collectively, and makes predictions for the dependent variable on each independent variable. With the regression equation Y = 3,120 + 0.453 X1 + 0.494 X2 + 0.010 X3 From the above equation, it can be seen that if the leadership style can be more effective by one unit, the lecturer performance will increase by 0.453; Likewise with the organizational climate, if the organizational climate is better by one unit, the lecturer's performance will increase by 0.494, something that is not much different from motivation, namely if the motivation is increased by one unit, the performance will increase by 0.010. This means that leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have a positive correlation with lecturer performance. Therefore, it is expected that these three components (X1, X2 and X3) can be optimally improved. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that the value of F count is 33.110 at the level of freedom of 95 and α = 5% greater than F table 2.02439. or sig F 0.000 <0.05, this means that simultaneously or collectively, leadership style, organizational climate and motivation have a significant effect on lecturer performance at the University of Batanghari Jambi.

Abstract

Unqualified opinion (WTP) is a statement given oleh independent auditor. Such statement is proclaimed in froud manner and should  be known by public. However, a sound statement given by the auditor does not necessarily mean that the organization is free from corruption, fraud or deceit. The purpose of this research is to examine the significance level of independence, working experience, objectivity and integrity to the audit quality, both partially and jointly. Survey with questionnaire was used during this research. collecting data through questionnaireson the interval auditor in national Banks headquartered in west Java.The sampling technique used purposive sampling approach. Samples were deployed in this study were 100 questionnaires in seven Bank is headquartered in West Java. Data analysis was performed by multiple regression model  This study reveals that independent, working experience, objectivity and joint integrity affect audit quality. This study also reveals that partially, working experience and integrity have significance affect on audit quality, while independence and objectivity have little significance on the audit quality.

Abstract

Gold is one of the most popular commodities and investment alternatives. Gold prices are thought to be influenced by several other factors such as the US Dollar, oil price, inflation rate, and stock exchange so that gold price modeling is not only influenced by its own value. This research was conducted to determine the best forecasting model and to find out what factors influence the price of gold. This research modeled the price of gold in a multivariate and reviewed the univariate modeling that will be used as a comparison model of multivariate modeling. Univariate modeling is done using ARIMA model where the modeling results state that gold price fluctuations as white noise. Multivariate gold price modeling is done using Vector Error Correction Model with gold, oil, US Dollar and Dow Jones indices, and inflation rate as predictors. The results showed that the VECM model has been able to model the gold price well and all the factors studied influenced the gold price. The US dollar and oil prices are negatively correlated with gold prices, while the inflation rate is positively correlated with gold prices. The Dow Jones index was positively correlated with gold prices in just two periods.

Abstract

fistly, this research to analyse how ti conduct organizational culture and employee performance. Second how the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. The methodology is descriptive quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi. PT Angkasa PurA II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport in Jambi is subsidiary, which is engganged ini air transport services. The business priorities of the company are safety and comfort.  Analysis on the research of respondents on score of organizational culture where indicators promoting organizational missions and motivational of higher while in teh discipline in which indicator score variables work with either is score 258 This can be interpreted as employees working in earnest. Simple regression equation model is Y = 5,295 + 0,713 X + e. Test results of ttest is  tcount > ttable,  in meaning the organizational culture has effect on  performance employee.  Conclusion, organizational culture and performance employee in good condition. So that organizational culture has effect significant to  performance employee on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha. Suggestion that head manager of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) should directly control his subordinate work directly.

Abstract

The preparation of planning and budgeting documents greatly contributes to the achievement of regional performance. Consistency in planning and budgeting is an indicator in assessing the performance of local governments. The object of this research is educational affairs. Education affairs are given top priority for the local government of Kota Solok. It is intended that the budget for education affairs reaches more than 20% of the total regional expenditure budget. Types of data are secondary data and primary data. Secondary data are RPJMD, RKPD, KUA, PPAS and APBD and LAKIP while primary data is neglecting to interview members of the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD), BAPPEDA and OPD who are responsible for Educational Affairs. Assessment of the consistency of planning and budgeting uses the Planning and Budgeting Consolidated Matrix (MKPP) and the causes of inconsistency are interviews with informants who understand and know this. The results of this research consistency of planning and budgeting for educational affairs is very good. The causes of inconsistency in planning and budgeting documents are that the proposed Special Allocation Fund (DAK) was not approved by the Central Government, the intervention of the Government and Members of the Council, the existence of regulations from the Central Government. Analysis of the achievement of the performance of education affairs in the City of Solok shows that in general the achievement of the indicators of education affairs has not been achieved because the achievement of indicators according to each year is.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of public sector employees in the city of Jambi. The sample in this study is employees who work in the public sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analytical tool in this study is using Component Based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study will explain whether there is an influence from the main variables studied, namely the leadership, organizational culture and employee performance..

Abstract

specific and detailed objectives of this study are another way to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and Good Corporate Governance on employee performance at K.H. Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal Jambi Hospital. The method used is quantitative research with the design of the research used is survey research for descriptive and expansive purposes. The population of 342 employees and the technique of withdrawal of samples on a non probability. The sample in this study was taken 10% of the population, resulting in a sample of 34 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) partially obtained calculations and discussions that the cultural variables of the organization (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) where the calculation results showed a t count of 3,349 > t table of 1,697 to H0 rejected and H1 accepted and for good corporate governance variables (X2) shows there is a significant influence on employee performance (Y), obtained calculation t count of 2,067 > t table 1,697 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted , and 2) simultaneously organizational culture (X1) and good corporate governance (X2), a significant impact on employee performance (Y), obtained a calculation of F count of 7,643 > F table 3.30 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceleration of poverty alleviation through investment, projects, and foreign debt from the United States, the Netherlands, China and Japan on Indonesian Poverty in 2010-2020. The technique used in the study used panel data regression. The data used in the study of poverty variables, investment variables, projects, foreign debt. Data analysis was taken from the Central Statistics Agency in 2010-2020. Based on the Chow Test and the Hausman Test, this analysis was chosen to be the Fixed Effect Model and has passed the assumptions of the classical test. The results show that investment and projects have a significant negative effect on poverty and foreign debt has no significant effect on society, which means investment, projects, poverty in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study, the implications of this study are that the central government, local governments, Bank Indonesia and related institutions increase investment and foreign projects by establishing good relations with friendly countries, facilitating investment licensing in Indonesia, good foreign debt by prioritizing growth.
