This research intends to reveal the differences between two different kinds of corporation (PT and CV) from the tax imposition aspects. Those are the Income Tax, Land and Building, and Value added tax. The financial report data of the company used to support this research and it comes from one financial report data so that we can see a clear differences in the amount of financial report between PT and CV.From this research, it can be concluded that there will be different imposition of taxation if the type of the corporation is different too. The difference is only at the moment when the company expending money to the owner, that used for salary or dividend. Although the taxation differences only come from the income tax, but those differences can be used as consideration when we want to determine the type of the corporation.Key words : the differences between PT and CV from taxation aspects

The year 2010 is the year in which the stock market is experiencing a positive development after the financial crisis in 2008, and this research will examine several indicators of macroeconomic phenomena such as the composite stock price Index fluctuation (IHSG ) which is considered to represent market conditions, inflation rates, interest rates on Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) and the exchange rate USD/CHF terhadp return mutual fund shares in Indonesia 2000-2014 period. Analysis techniques used in this research was inferensial by the method of multiple regression to predict how far the influence of variables independent of the dependent variable. Before that first test will be done Best Linear Unbiased Estimators (BLUE) to avoid deviation of classical assumptions.The results showed fluctuations in JCI, inflation rates, interest rates and exchange rates to SBI INR/USD affect return mutual fund shares in Indonesia, where the most significant influence is shown by the exchange rate USD/USD.Keywords: JCI, inflation, exchange rates, SBI INR/USD, stock mutual fund return.

The purpose of this study is to know how big the influence of Brand Image of car purchase decision on Toyota Yaris PT. Agung Toyota Jambi. The method used in this study is simple regression methods to see the influence of the Brand Image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision and use the correlation coefficient to see how much influence brand image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision on PT. Agung Toyota Jambi. Based on the analysis known that the influence of the Brand Image of Toyota Yaris car purchase decision seen from the values of r = 0,166. In addition, based on the calculated correlation coefficient demonstrate the value of r square = 0,155 shows that for 40,8% purchasing decision of Toyota Yaris are influenced by Brand Image while the remaining 59,2% influenced by other factors is not examined. This research aims to know the influence between the cash turnover, inventory turnover, and turnover accounts receivable against the Return on Asset (ROA) either partially or simultaneously on a PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk period of Success and to knowing the magnitude of influence between the cash turnover, inventory turnover, and turnover accounts receivable against the Return on Asset (ROA) either partially or simultaneously on a PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Successful period. With linear regression equation enggumakan, double and test hypotheses as well as the determinant of the coefficient of t and F test then obtained simultaneous results that there is significant influence between the cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover against the Return On Assets (ROA) on PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Success period, this is evidenced by the value count > F table F and significant > 0.05. Partially, there is no significant influence between the cash turnover against the Return On Assets (ROA) on PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Success period, there were no significant effects between inventory turnover against the Return On Assets ( ROA) on PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Successful period and there were no significant effects between turnaround receivable against the Return On Assets (ROA) on PT Indofood Successful Prosperous Tbk period 2008-this 2015hal evidenced by each value t calculate < t table and significance > 0.05. This study aimed to determine the effect of either simultaneously or partially, as well as where the most dominant variable affecting employee performance PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Kayu Aro. Referring to the results of calculations where t count> t table or 3.476> 2.110, meaning that there is a significant relationship between work motivation to productivity. Variable performance of turns obtained tcount 3.573 with 0.002 significance level (α = 0.05> 0.002). Referring to the above calculation, can be determined as follows: where t count> t table or 3.573> 2.110, meaning that there is a significant relationship between performance of the Work Productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro.Large Influence Work Motivation to Work Productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro is of 41.5%, while the contribution of performance variables affect the labor productivity amounted to 42.9%. Large Work Motivation and Performance influence on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro together amounted to 47.8% while the remaining 52.2% can be explained by other causes.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, Work Productivity

This study aims to analyse the efforts made the Government District/Town in Jambi province in an attempt to increase revenue of the original area (PAD) in order to increase the ratio of the independence area for fiscal year 2015. These studies are qualitative and quantitative by using the related literature and data Report realization of Budget the county or city within Jambi province fiscal year 2015.Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained conclusions that the ratio of independence County or city within Jambi province are still very small with an overall average of 8.83% just so is need for efforts of local governments to increase the PAD in order to increase the ratio of independence. As for the effort to be made to increase the number of PAD that is by calculating the potential of existing PAD then conducted analysis with micro and macro base it can be done working with related institutions of study so that potential data obtained more accurate PAD. Other efforts is to improve the system of revenue management areas include (1) the expansion of the base of acceptance, (2) control over the revenue leakage, (3) improved the efficiency of the administration of revenue and (4) transparency and accountability. The main goal for investors was the company's performance in boosting the stock price, the stock price is an important indicator that must be considered by the company's management and investors to evaluate the success rate or the health of the company in the market capital. The data used are the highlights of finance PT Gudang Garam Tbk 2004-2013. The variables of this research consists of the return on equity (X 1), earnings per share (X 2), and net profit margin (X 3) as the independent variable and the dependent variable as a stock price. The results of this research is the third independent variable influences the stock price significantly to together and partially does not have a significant influence on the price of the stock, it is evident from the results of the R square just 77.2% of the variation stock prices can be explained by variation in Return on Equity, Earnings Per share and Net Profit Margin, while 12.8% the rest is explained by factors outside of research.

This study uses primary data obtained by distributing question naires to visitors Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari. The population of this study amounted to 1,029 people with a total sample of 92 respondents. The analytical tool used is the Likert scale and scale range. From the research shows the condition of Office Facilities in the Regional Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari is known as an average index value of 3.63 or categorized as Good, because the Regional Library and Archives Service has training facilities for visitors. From the research shows that Service Quality in the Regional Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari is known as the average index value of 3.62 is in the Good category, because the Regional Library and Archives Service Provides polite and attentive service to visitors. From the study shows the Standard Operating Procedure at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari District, it is known that the average index value of 3.61 is in the Good category, because the Regional Library and Archives Service has procedures that are in accordance with the applicable legal basis. From the research shows that the visitors' satisfaction at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari is known as the average index value of 3.68 is in the Good category, because the visitors of the Regional Library and Archives Service are satisfied with the real, trusted, responsive, polite and confident services give it

Based on F statiscal test, prove EPS, PER, DAR and ROE simultaneously have the significant effect on the prices of the stock of the sampled PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk period 2005-2015, but based on the result of the t statistical test, proved that the variable EPS and PER variable partially has significant effect, while the variable DAR and ROE has no effect on the prices of the stock of the sampled PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk period 2006-2015.Keyword: earning per share, price earning ratio, debt to asset ratio, return on equity
