Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Department, Cost and Quality on Student Decisions to enter Kujuruan Middle School (SMK). This research is descriptive quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 110 people from students of SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari. The analysis used is multiple regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and determination test (R2). The results showed that the most dominant independent variable or a positive influence was the Cost variable (X2) with tcount (10,969)> t table (1,65936). For F Test it is known that Fcount = 101.212> Ftable = 2.69 This means that together the Department, Cost and Quality influence the Student's Decision to enter SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari because the calculated f value of 101.212 is greater than the f table 2.69 (101.212 > 2.69). While seen from the coefficient of determination. Department, Cost and Quality influence the Decision of Students to enter SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari by 73.4% and the remaining 2.66% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study is entitled the effect of competence on employee motivation Office of jambi province relationship. This study uses path analysis and t test in testing. Competence has a partial effect on motivation (Y). The effect of competence on motivation is 4.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The test of significance of influence of Leader Behavior variable (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) as independent variable, and Work Achievement (Y) as the dependent variable is done T Test and F Test. The result of hypothesis testing on the effect of Leader Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic is 2,139 > from the t table number 2,05183 and the significance level of (α) 0.05 (5%) it can be seen that this Leader Behavior has influence on Job Performance. The result of hypothesis testing on the basis of the variable Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic amounted to -1.728 and with a significant level of 5% obtained t table 2.05183 it can be seen that the value of t arithmetic of -1.728 > from number t table 2.05183 and number of significance of 0.05 (5%) it is known that this Master's Commitment has an effect on Work Achievement. The result of hypothesis test on Lead Behavior variable and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement showed that F value obtained by F value 2,372 with significance level 0,05 value f table 3,34 this mean that F count (2.372 > F table (3,34) thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that Leader Behavior (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on Work Achievement at MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict Adjusted R Square is 0,86. So it can be concluded the percentage of influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan of 0.86% and 91.4% in influencing other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that selection has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of training variables on employee performance that the t count is 2.089> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that training has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the selection and training variables on employee performance shows that the F value obtained F count 15.956 with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05), the value of F table of 3.11 means that F count (15.995) > F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is a comparative study between the integration of cattle with independent patterns (Case Study at PT. Batang Sawit Palm Integration with Petajen villagers). The purpose of this research is (1) to find out the cost component of the integration of cattle production patterns at PT Batang Batang Hari Integration with the independent pattern of the Petajen village community. (2) to find out the basic cost of beef cattle production in the integration pattern in PT Batang Hari Cow Integration with the independent pattern of the Petajen village community. (3) to find out the level of value added of cattle integration business pattern in PT Batang Hari Cow Integration with the independent pattern of Petajen village community. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, by looking for a comparison (comparative) between cattle business integration patterns in PT Batang Batang Hari Integration with independent patterns of Petajen village community. From the research results obtained the results of the level of value added (added value) in every sale of one cow in the integration pattern of Rp. 3,187,500, while the level of value added in each sale of one cow in the independent pattern is Rp.1,146,000. The level of value added (value added) in the integration pattern is greater than the level of value added in the independent pattern.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial feasibility of Wireles Internet at Multinet Aircom Muara Bulian in Muara Bulian. Using the analysis of investment criteria Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) and Payback Pariod. Results of the calculation of Internet business eligibility criteria wireles on Multinet Aircom in Muara Bulian obtained the calculation result of Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 106,357,720,-indicating that the Internet business investment wireles on Multinet Aircom in Muara Bulian give a profit of Rp. 106,357,720,-results Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) obtained by 2.1 > 1, this indicates that for each current value of the expenditure of Rp. 1,-will provide benefits amounting to Rp. 2.1. The result of Internal Rte Of Return (IRR) calculation obtained by 22% greater than the prevailing interest rate of 12% it shows that wireles internet business is feasible to run because IRR is greater than the prevailing bank interest rate. The result of calculation of return on investment (Payback Pariod) in Internet business Wireles indicates that the business is gaining a return on investment for 2 years 9 months 28 days means in that period the cost of investment incurred can be returned, so the faster the period of refund of investment costs, then the effort is carried out better.

Abstract

This reseach was  to analyse how the effect of motivation and dicipline on job performance . How to as well as a condition of motivation, dicipline and job performance at the Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area.The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is job performance at Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area. The method for analysis is analysis multifly regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and F_tes so t_test. The object of this research is the Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area. This office is a branch of Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area, which is the task of collect tax on earth and buildings and other taxes in the Muaro Jambi area.Analysis on the research of respondents felt a high motivation and work discipline in the performance of tasks provided by the superiors. In the statement of respondents the indicator comes and home work on time shows the hihest score, which is a score of 280 verry high categories. Multiple linear regression equations are Y = 8,266 + 0.243X1 + 0.740X2 + E. Independent variables (motivation and work discipline) simultaneously have significant effect on the dependent variables (performance of members). While partial motivation affects performance and variable work discipline affects of the performance. Conclusion that the motivation and discipline have significant effect on performance and have a positive relationship in Tax Management and Restrition of Muaro  Jambi Area.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information related to the Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance. Quality of Work Life is a problem that can not be underestimated, because it will affect the Employee Performance in achieving organizational goals. Achievement of organizational goals tends to decline is allegedly associated with work morale that is also unstable. This research is aimed to find out how big influence of Quality of Work Life to Employee Performance at Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Batang Hari Regency either arsial or simultaneously. The method used in this study is descriptive and verifikatif with independent variables (Work Life Quality) and the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The unit of analysis of this study is all employees of the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Batang Hari Regency, the sample in this study amounted to 38 employees, taken with the technique of withdrawal Proportional random sampling. Test data analysis using Path Analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows program. The Application of Quality of Work Life has been very well implemented, Morale looks increasing in both criteria and Employee Performance is included in the criteria very well. The results showed that the Quality of Work Life directly affects Employee Performance of 8.5%.

Abstract

Earnings management as a phenomenon is influenced by various kinds of factors that are the drivers of the emergence of this phenomenon. Information asymmetry and firm size are believed to influence earnings management. Several studies on the effect of information asymmetry and firm size on earnings management have been carried out. However, the results obtained still show inconsistencies, especially the size of the company. In this study, earnings management was measured by The modified Jones Model to calculate discretionary accruals. Information asymmetry is measured using bid-ask and the size of the company is measured using total assets. The study population consisted of 4 companies and the observation period starting in 2013-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data and sample selection using the purposive sampling method. Based on the results of the purposive sampling obtained 4 companies in the cigarette sector that met the sample criteria. The analytical method used is a multiple linear analysis method to test the effect of information asymmetry and firm size on earnings management. Statistical analysis is used, namely 1. Testing classic assumptions, which consist of normality test, heterocedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. 2. Testing the hypothesis, which consists of a test of the coefficient of determination (R2), partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis in this research, it can be concluded partially that information asymmetry has a positive and significant effect on earnings management, while firm size has a positive and significant effect on earnings management. As well as simultaneous testing, it was concluded that information asymmetry and company size had a positive and significant effect on earnings management in 4 (four) companies, Cigarette Industry Sub-Sector Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). From the results of testing the coefficient of determination or (R Square) from the results of the second regression the independent variable (Information Asymmetry and Company Size) on Earnings Management is 99.0%, so based on the research results 99.0% (100-99.0) and the rest 1,0% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study.

Abstract

One of the targets of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the general hospital of bulian estuary, namely increasing the level of patient satisfaction so that this becomes one of the indicators for measuring service quality. One of the main elements supporting the level of patient satisfaction is patients with their resources. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of care in obstetrics and gynecology at the general hospital of bulian estuary. Respondents were patients with obstetrics and gynecology at 75 general hospitals in the bulian estuary servants. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires, observation, documentation. To test the hypothesis, the technique used is path analysis. Research results: (1) the quality of services in obstetrics and gynecology is very good, (2) the level of patient satisfaction with obstetrics and gynecology is very good. Advice for obstetrics and gynecology public hospitals in bulian estuary servans must improve service quality and maintain then maintain existing quality must be done, so that customers or users of the hospital do not feel disappointed and the service users do not move elsewhere.
