Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance at PT. Narmada Awet Muda. The type of research used is associative-causal. Data collection method involves a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21. The sampling method employs proportionate random sampling, resulting in a sample size of 80 individuals from a total population of 399. The analysis results indicate that: Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research recommends that the company provides training to enhance intellectual stimulation for employees, listens to the ideas and suggestions of employees, treats all employees equally, acknowledges and rewards employees for their work, encourages employee participation in organizational meetings, and motivates employees to improve time efficiency in completing tasks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya hidup dalam memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan penggunaan pembelian produk iPhone di Kalangan Gen-Z Kota Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk di Kota Mataram yang termasuk dalam generasi Z yaitu generasi kelahiran tahun 1996-2012 yang menggunakan iPhone, sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pengguna iPhone dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26.0 for Windows, dimana dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi causal step ,uji sobel, uji signifikansi (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap gaya hidup, citra merek memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh gaya hidup. This research aims to determine lifestyle in mediating the influence of brand image on the decision to purchase iPhone products among Gen-Z in Mataram City. The population in this study were residents in the city of Mataram who belonged to generation Z, namely the generation born in 1996-2012 who used iPhones, while the sample from this study was 100 iPhone users using purposive sampling techniques. This type of research is associative research. Data processing in this study used SPSS 26.0 for Windows, which tested the validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, causal step regression tests, Sobel tests, significance tests (t tests) and coefficient of determination tests (R2) were carried out. Based on the research results, it shows that: Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant influence on lifestyle, Brand image has a positive and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions which is mediated by lifestyle.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial character, the use of digital marketing and e-commerce on improving marketing performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Buleleng Regency. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to owners of culinary MSMEs operating in the area. The collected data was analyzed using statistical regression techniques to determine the relationship and impact of the variables studied. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of the role of entrepreneurial character, digital marketing and e-commerce in improving the marketing performance of culinary MSMEs in Buleleng. The practical implications of the findings of this research can provide guidance for business actors to optimize their entrepreneurial character, increase the use of digital marketing, and integrate e-commerce as a strategy to improve marketing performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can become the basis for government policies and strategies for developing MSMEs in the culinary sector to encourage local economic growth

Abstract

This research aims to test the Initial Public Offering (IPO) Underpricing and Stock Performance on the Stock Listing Board of Technology Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this study is comparative research. The data collection method used is a survey sample with secondary data sources in the form of quantitative data processed using a paired sample t-test to test the difference in stock returns 5 days and 1 year after the IPO on the main listing board and using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to test the difference in stock returns 5 days and 1 year after the IPO on the development, acceleration, and new economy listing boards with a sample of 27 technology sector companies. The research results indicate differences in stock returns 5 days after IPO on the main and development listing boards, while no differences were found on the acceleration and new economy listing boards. Furthermore, there were no differences in stock returns 1 year after IPO on the main, development, acceleration, and new economy listing boards. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Initial Public Offering (IPO) Underpricing dan Kinerja Saham Terhadap Papan Pencatatan Saham Pada Perusahaan Sektor Teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel survey dengan sumber data sekunder berupa data kuantitatif yang diolah menggunakan uji paired sample t-test untuk menguji perbedaan return saham 5 hari dan 1 tahun setelah IPO pada papan pencatatan utama dan menggunakan uji  wilcoxon signed ranks test untuk menguji perbedaan return saham 5 hari dan 1 tahun setelah IPO pada papan pencatatan pengembangan, akselarasi dan ekonomi baru dengan sampel sebanyak 27 perusahaan sektor teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan return saham 5 hari setelah IPO pada papan pencatatan utama dan pengembangan, sedangkan pada papan pencatatan akselarasi dan ekonomi baru tidak terdapat perbedaan return saham 5 hari setelah IPO dan tidak terdapat perbedaan return saham 1 tahun setelah IPO pada papan pencatatan utama, pengembangan, akselarasi dan ekonomi baru

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the moderating effect of dividend policy on the influence of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Equity (ROE) on the share prices of LQ45 Index companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is causal associative research (cause and effect) with a data collection method, namely a sample survey. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria to obtain a sample of 15 companies with a research period from 2018-2022. The data analysis method used to solve the problems in this research is panel data regression analysis with the help of the EViews 12 program. The results of the research show that Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and not significant effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) is unable to moderate the influence of Current Ratio (CR) on stock prices, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) is able to moderate the influence of Debt on Equity Ratio (DER) on share prices, and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) are unable to moderate the influence of Return On Equity (ROE) on share prices.

Meanwhile, Return On Asset shows that it has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. For further research, it is hoped that researchers can expand the scope of research objects to the company sectors on the Indonesian Stock Exchange so that they can add more diverse research variables.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to enhance employee performance by investigating efficient human resource management (HR) tactics within the dynamic framework of the worldwide corporate environment. This study employs a case study methodology and qualitative techniques. The population of the research includes all employees in the specific organization, with a sample consisting of individuals with varying levels of experience in HR management. Document review, direct observation, and in-depth interviews are examples of research instruments. The findings of the study demonstrate that thorough hiring and selection provide a strong basis for long-term productivity, and ongoing training and development improves workers' ability to adjust to changing work conditions. A transparent and productive work environment is produced by effective communication, and a work culture that emphasizes growth and higher success and improves employee performance is created by providing constructive feedback. Increased productivity, a healthy work-life balance, motivation, engagement, career development, and efficient performance management are all impacted by HR management methods on employee performance. Through the identification of critical variables influencing employee performance and the development of corresponding strategies, this research offers businesses direction and suggestions for navigating the intricacies of the contemporary business environment and achieving sustained success

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of earnings management and financial ratios on bond rating values (Study of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2022 period). This type of research is associative research. The population in this study were 44 financial companies that issued bonds. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, namely 44 bond issuing companies. The research variables in this study use Earnings Management proxied by Estimated Management Accruals (EDAit) and Solvency Ratio proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Activity Ratio proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TAT) as an independent variable, and Bond Rating Value as a variable dependent. The analysis method in this research uses Logistic Regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that Earnings Management (EDAit) has no effect on the Bond Rating Value, the Solvency Ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on the Bond Rating Value, and the Activity Ratio (TAT) has no effect on the Bond Rating Value.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are the ultimate goal of establishing a business to be able to dominate the market and gain profits from the business. Purchasing decisions themselves are influenced by several factors, including store atmosphere, quality service and buying interest. The purpose of this research is to determine the determining factors for purchasing decisions based on consumer perceptions at Tenun Endek Tinizhop. This research was conducted at Tenun Endek Tinizhop which is located on Jalan Kembang Matahari I Denpasar Bali, by distributing 200 questionnaires to Tenun Endek Tinizhop consumers. This research is quantitative research with data collection using the questionnaire method. Research findings show that purchasing interest and purchasing decisions are significantly positively influenced by store atmosphere. Furthermore, purchasing decisions and purchasing interest are influenced by service quality in a significantly positive way. The results of the mediation test show that the relationship between store atmosphere and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Tenun Endek Tinizhop is significantly mediated by purchase interest. This research is quantitative research with data collection using the questionnaire method. The results of this research show that store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and purchasing interest. The results of the mediation effects research show that purchase interest has a significant influence or strengthens the relationship between store atmosphere and quality service on consumer purchasing decisions at Tenun Endek Tinizhop
