Abstract

Rural Banks (BPR) are banks that carry out business activities conventionally or based on syariah principles which in their activities do not provide services in payment traffic. The activities of BPRs are much narrower than those of commercial banks because BPRs are prohibited from accepting demand deposits, foreign exchange and insurance activities. The role of BPR has a significant contribution to the economy in Indonesia. Based on the Indonesian Banking Statistics released by the OJK, the number of rural banks in Indonesia continues to decline. On the other hand, the development and growth of Fintech (Financial Technology) is very fast. The rapid growth of fintech is because this service offers various advantages to make financial transactions more effective and efficient. Based on this, there is an imbalance between the growth of BPR compared to the growth of fintech in Indonesia. Both BPR management and shareholders must anticipate changes and challenges to the BPR business going forward. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews with BPRs and fintech representatives. Abstract

Employee performance makes a very important contribution to the sustainability of an organization facing increasingly competitive competition. For this reason, efforts are needed to improve employee performance in an organization. Compensation, competence, and organizational culture are some of the factors that were found to affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method is quantitative using a questionnaire and the sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. The number of samples used as many as 34 pieces to test the three (3) hypotheses that have been set. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings of the study explain that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The implications of the findings prove that the better the compensation, the higher the competence, and the better the organizational culture can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan, retensi karyawan dan komitmen organisasi, serta menjelaskan peran mediasi retensi karyawan pada pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja dan komitmen organisasi karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Dwi Eka Bakti yang berjumlah 40 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel yakni sebanyak 40 orang karyawan PT. Dwi Eka Bakti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Hipotesis pertama diterima yaitu manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis kedua diterima yaitu manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Hipotesis ketiga diterima yaitu manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hipotesis keempat diterima yaitu retensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis kelima diterima yaitu retensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hipotesis keenam diterima yaitu retensi karyawan berperan sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis ketujuh diterima yaitu retensi karyawan berperan sebagai mediasi pada pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work culture, work discipline, job satisfaction in part and at the same time on employee performance. The sample for this study was 32 people. Informal analytical techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. According to the research results, work culture, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. The degree of influence of the independent variables on employee performance is 66.1.   Keywords: Company Culture, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research activity has a goal, namely to find out the effect of digital marketing variable aspects and electronic word of mouth variable aspects on the decision to stay. The researchers carried out the data collection process by usingThis research activity has a goal, namely to find out the effect of digital marketing variable aspects and electronic word of mouth variable aspects on the decision to stay. The researchers carried out the data collection process by using a questionnaire. The researchers have used the population, namely consumers (guests) whose age has reached 18 years and over. In carrying out the sample calculation process, a formula called Lemeshow will be used. The analysis technique used in this case is multiple linear regression and previously carried out the instrument testing process and the classical assumption testing process with the aim of knowing the accuracy of the results obtained with the help of support from the SPSS version 26.0 for windows program. The results of research activities show that (1) the variable aspects of digital marketing and electronic word of mouth variables simultaneously influence the decision to stay (2) the variable aspects of digital marketing show a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay and (3) The variable aspect of electronic word of mouth shows a positive and significant value influence on the decision to stay. Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of Experiential Value on Brand image and customer loyalty at PT. Yaska after the earthquake in the city of Mataram using the associative quantitative method with a sample of 40 respondents and using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data whose results were analyzed using smart PLS through the inner and outer model tests. The results of this study show significant positive results where the Experiential Value on Brand image and customer loyalty where the more positive the Experiential Value received by customers, the better the Brand image of a brand and increase customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy, Education Level and Gender on the Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Creative Economy Sector in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The data was collected using the survey sample method, and the number of samples in this study was 50 SMEs. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The independent free variables are Financial Literacy, Education Level and Gender, while the dependent variable is SME Growth. Technique Analysis data is multiple linear regression, which conducted using the 2016 version of SPSS. The results showed that financial literacy and education level have a positive and significant effect on SMEs growth. Meanwhile, gender has a positive, but not significant effect on the growth of SMEs. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Education Level, Gender and SMEs Growth

Abstract

Innovative work behavior can result in constructive conflict, innovation success, and a positive work attitude. Also there is an increase in performance, compatibility between demands and work abilities, job satisfaction, employee welfare, better interpersonal relationships, and increased personal growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work engagement on innovative work behavior. The sample in this study amounted to 65 samples. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work engagement have a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office. The work environment is able to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of employees of the Information Communication and Statistics Office of the Province of West Nusa Tenggara, while others say that the work environment has not been able to moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and work engagement towards innovative work behavior of employees of the Office of Information Communication and Statistics of the Province of West Nusa Tenggara. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product variety and celebrity endorsements on the buying interest of Mataram University students in Scarlett Whitening products. This research is a causal associative research (cause and effect) using primary data, the population used in this study were students from 10 faculties at the University of Mataram. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. With predetermined criteria, a sample of 104 respondents from 10 faculties at the University of Mataram was obtained. The data collection method in this study was an online survey by distributing online questionnaires via links that had been filled in with previous questions. The data analysis procedure uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. So the results of this study indicate that the variable Product Variation has a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Mataram University students on Scarlett Whitening products, and the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of Mataram University students on Scarlett Whitening products.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of digital skills and agile leadership that can affect organizational agility. Companies that have digital skills will influence organizational agility and are supported by agile leadership as a moderation, so they will be better prepared in facing the era of digitalization. This research was conducted by testing SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the help of SmartPLS statistical software. This research was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 250 MSMEs in Central Java, Indonesia. The results of this study have a positive and significant relationship between workforce transformation and e-readiness in digital skills. Agile leadership can moderate the relationship between digital skills and organizational agility of MSME in Central Java. The conclusion is that digital skills and agile leadership have a role in increasing organizational agility of MSMEs in Central Java.  Keywords: Workforce Transformation, E-readiness, Digital Skill, Agile Leadership, Organizational Agility, MSMEs   Penelitian ini membahas peran digital skill dan agile leadership yang dapat mempengaruhi organizational agility. Perusahaan yang memiliki digital skill akan mempengaruhi organizational agility dan didukung oleh agile leadership sebagai moderasi, sehingga lebih siap dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) menggunakan bantuan software statistik SmartPLS. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 250 UMKM di Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara workforce transformation dan e-readiness dalam digital skill. Agile leadership dapat memoderasi hubungan antara digital skill dengan organizational agility UMKM di Jawa Tengah. Kesimpulannya bahwa digital skill dan agile leadership berperan dalam meningkatkan organizational agility UMKM di Jawa Tengah.
