Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan,   keterampilan   kerja,   dan   sikap   kerja secara simultan   terhadap   prestasi kerja , dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis diantara ketiga variabel bebas tersebut yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan CV. Restu Guru Promosindo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan CV. Restu Guru Promosindo Lianganggang, Banjarbaru, Martapura, Pelaihari dan Banjarmasin. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi Pustaka, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara simultan tingkat pendidikan, keterampilan kerja, sikap kerja bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan secara parsial tingkat pendidikan , keterampilan kerja dan sikap kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan CV. Abstract

Based on the data processing hasi it is known that the selection in which the company has an influence on employee performance partially . The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees, especially in PT. Dian Bahari Sejati is the selection , the reason for the selection of variables having the largest value of the regression coefficient when compared with variable recruitment , so that the second hypothesis can be said to be proven . Simultaneously, it is known that the process of recruitment and selection simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) to variable Y ( company performance ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.727 . While the R -square is 0.528 or 52.80 % , showing approximately 52.80 % variable Y ( the performance of the company's employees ) can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of the recruitment process ( X1 ) to variable Y ( performance of employees ) is 52.80 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . The influence of X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient ( r xy ) of 0.655 . While the R -square is 0.429 or 42.90 % , showing approximately 42.90 % variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) can be explained by the selection of variables ( X2 ) , or in practice it can be said that the contribution of selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( employee performance ) is 42.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined .The influence of variables X1 ( recruitment ) and X2 ( selection) to variable Y ( the performance of employees ) indicated by the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.565 , while the R -square value is 0.319 or 31.90 % , showing approximately 31.90 % variable Y can be explained by the recruitment process variable ( X1 ) and selection (X2 ) to variable Y ( the performance of the employee ) is 31.90 % . The rest is influenced by other variables not examined . Or proposed hypothesis can be accepted or recruitment process and se ; of selection has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Dian Bahari Sejati.

Abstract

This research is amed to do serve the sales development of wood furniture and to test the factors that influence it. Variables that are taste in thie research are variable X1 = price level, X2 = product amount, X3 = product varity, X4 = supply amount, and X5 = sales promotion. The sales development, if seen through index, show that in the year 2012, 15 (75%0 of the samples gained the increase, hwile the rest suffered from sales decrease; then in the year 2013, 14 (70%) of the samples gained sales increase, the rest 6 company suffered from sales decrease. If observed through the calculation the aggregate inkdex reached over 100% in the year 2012 and 2013; this means that the sales of the whole company, used as research samples, increase than the previous year. The result of variable test that used the F test show that F ratio = 13.401, bigger than the table F = 2,71; this means that the price level, product amount, product amount, supply amount, and sales promotion simultaneously give significant effects to the sales amount variable, as can be seen through the p value, that p (?) value = 1.680E-08 is lower than p value = 0,05.Key words : sales amount, price level, product amount, production varity, supply amount, sales promotion

Abstract

The good performance of the legislature in this autonomy era is a necessity and necessity so that the institution can carry out its duties, authority and rights accountably, be more responsive and reliable. Good performance is certainly influenced by ability, leadership and work motivation and discipline of the board members themselves. On the basis of these reasons the authors are interested in discussing and knowing how the Effect of Ability and Motivation on the Performance of Banjarmasin City DPRD Members. This study aims to be able to describe the and motivation dominant influence on the performance of Banjarmasin City DPRD Members.The analytical tool used ability, work motivation and performance, then analyze the influence of work ability and motivation on the performance of Banjarmasin City DPRD Members then analyze the influence of the dominant variables between work ability in this study is to use used validity and reliability testing tools for the data, reliability testing was carried out by Cronbach Alpha test. To find out the influence between Ability (X1), Motivation (X2) and Performance (Y), simultaneous regression analysis methods are used as follows: Ability Test Results (X1), Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y) simultaneously on DPRD Members Banjarmasin. The analysis used is Linear Regression and tested using a distribution table.Based on the results of the research results, it can be stated that simultaneously it is known that for Ability t count = 2.914 *> t (45; 0.05) = 1.679 is significant and for Motivation t count = 0.944ns <t (45; 0.05) = 1.679 which means that work ability has a significant effect on the performance of Banjarmasin City DPRD members, while non-significant work motivation means ability and motivation can affect performance even though there are motivational variables that cannot influence the performance of Banjarmasin City DPRD members. Work ability is the variable that has the dominant influence on the performance of Banjarmasin City DPRD members, because based on the results of the ability test, motivation on performance simultaneously on members of Banjarmasin City DPRD, it is known that the ability variable has the most dominant influence, compared to the motivation variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource capacity and organizational commitment on the application of cash internal controls at the Regional Work Unit in the Banda Aceh City Government. The population in this study amounted to 36 SKPD and 108 respondents who were self from the Head of Service / Head of Agency / Head of Office as Budget Leaders and Users, SKPD Financial Administration Officers (PPK-SKPD) who examined payment request documents and made books on each SKPD cash expenditure , Treasurer of expenditure, Treasurer of receipt if there is cash receipt in the SKPD. Because of this research population, the nature of this research is census. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate simultaneously and partially the variable capacity of civil servant resources, organizational commitment and utilization of information technology affect the implementation of internal cash controls

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an empirical evidence about the effect of work motivation, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and also to identity which variable has a dominant effect on employee job satisfaction at Djari-djari Art Of Refelexologi Banjarmasin. Population of this study were 36 people who were all employees. This study used a quantitative exploratory descriptive design . Analyzing data used the multiple regression Analysis. In testing hypothesis simultaneonsly, F test was used and T test was used in testing hypothesis patially. The result of this study showed that work motivation, leadership, and organizational culture simultaneonsly have an effect on employee job satisfaction . Whilepartially. Leadership has a dominant effect on employee job satispaction at Djari-djari Art Of Refeloxologi Banjarmasin. Key words : Work Motivation, Leadership, Organizational Culture. Job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is to fnd out what affect a person who is successful in entrepreneurship. In this study was obtain from questionnaires distributed to student using multiple linear analysis with SPSS 19.00 for windows software.The result of this study showed that variables of interes and talent ( 0.199), motivation ( 0.388) and science ( 0.270) in influencing success entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The company is basically established to create added value, especially in generating profits. But in general the company is not only oriented towards achieving maximum profit, but also trying to increase the value of the company and the prosperity of its owners by maximizing stock prices. High stock prices make the value of the company also high and increase market confidence in the company's prospects in the future. Company value can be influenced by several factors, including Company Size, Leverage and Profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Size, Leverage and Profitability on Company Value and to determine the effect of Company Size and Leverage on Company Value through Profitability. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) model. Sampling was taken using purposive sample method. A total of 8 Food and Beverage manufacturing companies in the 2013-2017 period were sampled. The results of this study indicate that Company Size has a significant effect on Profitability but has no effect on Company Value. Leverage has no significant effect on Company Value but has a significant effect on Company Value. Profitability is able to mediate the influence of firm size on company value. But profitability is not able to mediate the influence of leverage on Company Value.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analize factors that affect the inventory of Sasirangan business in Banjarmasin. The factors analized in the research are: selling amount (X1), product amount (X2), price level (X3), product variety (X4), material purchase amount (X5), lead time (X6), and inventory amount (Y). For about 25 samples that meet the requirements will be taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool that is used in this research is the multiple linear regression model; regression equations, that show the variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, simultaneously give significant effect to variable Y. This is shown in the test F result that the F calculation (11.244) is higher than the table F (2,66), and its probability value (2.947E-05) is lower than the value of alfa (? = 0,05). While the dominant factor that affects inventory amount of Sasirangan business in Banjarmasin is the selling amount (X1).Key words: selling amount, product amount, price level, product variety, material purchase amount, lead time, and inventory amount..

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of independent variabel : Current ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Total Asset Turnover (X3), Net Profit Margin (X4) and Return on Equity (X5) the Growth Profit (Y) in the period 2012-2016. The research is using secondary data that obtained from Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampling technique that used on this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research is about 7 company. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Result of the research shows that theres positive influence between variabel current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, net profit margin. Return on equity proved no significant effect on against the growth of profit in oil and word gas campany in period 2012-2016.
