Abstract

Research done on employees of the University of Islamic Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin about person job fit (PJFit) and the person organization fit (POFit) against organization citizenship behavior (OCB) and The employee performance.From a population of 105 employees the University of Islamic Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, Banjarmasin, and by using the formula the census, then spread the now to as many as 105 people sample respondents.By using the software AMOS version 20.0 SEM model equations and use, so that research results obtained; The perception of the person job fit has no effect to the OCB and has no effect to the performance of employees.But the perception of the person job fit has effect to OCB and to on employee performance, if applied to the assumption that it is implemented properly in the process of recruitment of the employees in the form of the application of the jobs analysis, of the job description, and the job specification, as well as the assessment of the work or Jobs Evaluation.Furthermore the perception person organization fit significantly to effect the OCB and employee performance.Perception OCB significantly influential on performance of employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the market segment of android-based mobile users on college students in Banjarmasin. Sample used are 140 college Student. The variables used as a basis for segmentation are product attribute variables including indicators of quality, price, performance, durability, reliability, brand image, features, design, model, specifications, capacity, warranty and aesthetics. The analytical tool used is the K-Mean Cluster Analysis. The results showed that Cluster 1 is respondents who are concerned with price, performance, durability, features, specifications and warranty attributes. This cluster is named "Performance Cluster". Cluster 2 is the respondent who is concerned with all the attributes except the guarantee. This cluster is named "Product Cluster". Cluster 3 is respondents who are concerned with the attributes of features, models, capacities. This cluster is named "Cluster of Excellence". Keywords : market segment, quality, price, performance, durability, reliability, brand image, features, design, model, specifications, capacity, warranty and aesthetics  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis segmen pasar pengguna ponsel berbasis android pada mahasiswa di Banjarmasin. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 140 mahasiswa. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan sebagai dasar segementasi adalah variabel atribut produk meliputi indikator kualitas, harga, kinerja, daya tahan, kehandalan, citra merek, fitur, desain, model, spesifikasi, kapasitas, garansi dan estetika. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis K- Mean Cluster. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Klaster 1 adalah responden yang mementingkan atribut harga, kinerja, daya tahan, fitur, spesifikasi, dan garansi. Klaster ini  diberi nama “Klaster Kinerja”. Klaster 2 adalah responden yang mementingkan semua atribut kecuali garansi. Klaster ini  diberi nama “Klaster Produk”. Klaster 3 adalah responden yang mementingkan atribut fitur, model, kapasitas. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of net income and the Debt Ratio on Equity to Dividends at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk 2010-2017. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, which is listed on the IDX. And the sample from financial statements is available for 32 periods (quarterly). The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.253 can be interpreted that the effect of Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio to Dividend is 25.3%. The remaining 74.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.503, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio with Dividends. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.015 <0.05 which means that together the value of Net Profit (X1) and Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on dividends (Y). Based on the t test shows that Net Profit (X1) does not significantly influence dividend (Y), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) does not significantly influence dividend (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of motivational factors through the financial aspects, Work Environment and employee performance appraisals, the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. The hypothesis put forward is a hypothesis I, Simultaneously Finance, Working Environment Award and affect the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Hypothesis II partial financial aspect is more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Through a questionnaire submitted to the respondent on the financial aspects with 20 items of questions, aspects of the work environment with 11 items of questions, and aspects of the awards with 9 items of questions, with three alternative answers a, b and c with a score of 3.2, and 1. The questionnaire performance with 16 items of questions and respondents as many as 102 people. The results showed that the hypothesis I stating together the financial aspects, work environment and rewards affect the performance of employees at the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province, is acceptable. Hypothesis II stating financial has more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Provinceconvicted.Keywords: Finance, working environment, and Performance Award

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for managing financial statements at the Kapuas District Office of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism.The data used in this study are documentary data, while the data sources used are secondary data with data collection technique in the form of documentation technique, namely collecting written material in the form of data obtained from the Finance Department of the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Kapuas Year 2015 and 2016. Data analysis technique use qualitative analysis technique.The results showed that: (1) the Kapuas District Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office had financial management procedures as a guideline governing the financial management process that covered all financial aspects managed by the Kapuas District Culture, Youth and Sports Service. (2) In the financial management procedure owned by the Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism of the Kapuas Regency, it has complied with government regulations stipulated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 13 of 2006.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors determine the capital structure and firm value of manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchanges of countries that are members of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN). The operationalization of the variables used in this study include Return on Assets, Tangibility Assets, Growth Rate, Non-Debt Tax Shield, and Tobins Q. Meanwhile, from various empirical studies conducted, different results were obtained regarding the value of the company. Abstract

type of research is explanatory research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and is also a conclusive research. The population of this study was overall Consumers who use the Convenience Store in Kecamatan BanjarmasinTimur, that as many as 118.429 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of validity and reliability of all the variables are significantly related and reliable. Classic assumption test consisting of Multicollinearity test, test heterocedastity, Autokolerasi test, normality test showed no irregularities. After linear regression analysis consisting of t-test and Anova it can be concluded that the Service Quality and Consumers Satisfaction as intervening simultaneously significant effect on Consumers Loyalty at Convenience Store in Kecamatan BanjarmasinTimur, The size of the effect can be seen from the coefficient terminated or R2 = 0.297.Keywords :Service Quality,Consumers Satisfaction, Consumers Loyalty.

Abstract

Coffee Shop saat ini merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam sektor pariwisata, dimana mereka memiliki peminat khusus. Khususnya para konsumen yang tertarik pada cita khas rasa kopi yang unik. Perkembangan bisnis Coffee shop saat ini paling cepat di dunia dan menjadi tren. Berbagai gaya dan tema bermunculan untuk masing-masing coffee shop untuk menarik dan memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen. Mulai dari bahan baku kopi yang digunakan, create kreasi menu coffee yang ditawarkan serta menu makanan pendamping coffee. Semuanya dipikirkan betul-betul oleh pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.Metode yang digunakan metode non-probality Sampling dikarenakan jumlah pengunjung Peacock Coffee tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 87 sampel. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian mendukung semua hipotesis yang diajukan. Kualitas produk, fasilitas dan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan variabel lokasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan.

Abstract

The motivation of this research is research (Rosini & Gunawan 2018; B.Batchimeg 2017). In addition, the motivation of this study also continued the research of Sayekti Suindyah Dwiningwarni (1997). The purpose of this study (1) to analyze the development of corporate financial performance from solvency and profitability ratios; (2) to analyze the measurement of the company's financial performance using solvency and profitability ratios. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method.The results of the study (1) the development of the company's financial performance in terms of solvency ratios experienced good development, this is indicated by the value of the solvency ratio that is getting better / better in fulfilling both short and long term obligations; (2) the development of the company's financial performance in terms of profitability ratios from experiencing good development, this is indicated by the value of the profitability ratio that is getting better / better in generating profits or profits; (3) measurement of company performance in terms of solvency ratio shows solvable conditions, meaning the assets is greater than the debt. (4) measurement of company performance in terms of profitability ratios shows good conditions, meaning the level of profits obtained from year to year has increased. This means that the company is in good financial condition and sovabel.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analize to factors that success of business. The factors analize in the research are; X1 (net selling), X2 (cost expense), X3 (working capital), X4 (gross profit), X5 (profit margin), X6 (total assets), dan X7 (turnover assets). The analysis tool that is used in the research is the multiple linier regression model, regression equations that show the variables X1 , X2 , X3 , X4 , X5 , X6 simultaneously give sinigficant afferst to variable Y. This is show in the test F result calculation (2,897) is higher than the table F (2,17), and its probability value (1.778E-9) is lower the value of alfa ( ? = 0,05) While the dominant factor that affects sucsess of business is the profit margin (X5).Key words; net selling, cost expense, working capita), gross profit, profit margin, total assets, turnover assets.
