The implication of the right organizational culture, supported by a good work environment and the right leadership style in its function of managing human resources in a company will have an impact on the work behavior of employees in a company which will ultimately affect the performance of a company as a whole. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment organizational culture and leadership style on employees at PT Trustlog Total Solusindo in Surabaya. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 40 respondents employees of PT Trustlog Total Solusindo in the city of Surabaya. Analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership style have no effect on employee performance, while the work environment affects employee performance

Shopee's success as a marketplace cannot be separated from the existence of strategies and innovations in the implementation of digital marketing which are applied to website quality, product reviews, and payment methods, resulting in purchase decisions. the population adopted the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) where the number of research indicators carried out was 17 x 10 = 170, the number of samples in the survey was determined to be 200 respondents with a purposive sampling technique approach which data collection used primary data online via a google form. SmartPLS data analysis method. The results of the research website quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product reviews have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, payment methods have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, website quality has no significant effect on online shopping satisfaction, payment methods have a significant effect on online shopping satisfaction, purchasing decisions significant effect on online shopping satisfaction, site quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by online shopping satisfaction, product reviews have no significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by online shopping satisfaction and payment methods have a significant effect on purchasing decisions mediated by online shopping satisfaction.

The advantages of Scarlett Whitening beauty products in marketing are collaborating with various artists as brand ambassadors so that they become the company's strength both digitally and directly in attracting consumers of Indonesian women. The purpose of this research is to reveal the increasing sales of the Scarlett Whitening product brand through brand ambassadors and to prove that the price and product quality variables are constructs that have been widely studied and have a relationship with buying interest and influencing brand image. From the distribution of the questionnaire based on the specified period and determined a sample of 150 respondents who meet the requirements. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or PLS. The results of testing the research hypothesis prove that the exogenous brand ambassador variable does not significantly affect brand image and buying interest, while the exogenous price variable is significant to buying interest, the exogenous variable product quality is significant to brand image and buying interest and buying interest is significant to brand image.

The purpose of this research is to test influences of Organization Culture, Leadership Style toward Job Satisfaction. The samples of this research consisted of one hundred employees’s Hotel Best Western Premier the Hive Cawang. Analysis technique use SPSS software. The result of the analysis showed that Organization Culture and Leadership Style contributes an positive influence which is significant to Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction contributes an positive influence which is significant to Organizational Commitment, Organization Culture contributes an positive influence which is significant to Employee’s Performance, Leadership Style contributes an positive influence which is significant to Employee’s Performance, Organization Culture, Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction contributes an positive influence which is significant to Employee’s Performance using Organizational Commitment . This empirical result indicated that in order to raise the standarts of a Organization Culture, Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction, because the lower of Employee’s Performance, management should focus on factor such as Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment because leverage Organization Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee’s Performance depend on it. Theoritical implications and suggestions for future research have been elaborated at the end of this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand equity, and product quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Dear Sisters outlet in Sidoarjo, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking respondents from Dear Sisters outlet customers in the Sidoarjo branch, East Java. This study used random sampling with a total of 50 respondents from the Dear Sisters outlet. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, the brand equity variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the product quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. And the variables of service quality, brand equity and product quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the world, dragging countries into a slump. The impact is not only on the world of health but also spreads to economic problems. The policy of social or physical distancing is an external factor everyone must obey. This study aimed to determine the role of social media and food delivery applications for MSMEs in Salatiga and how MSMEs appropriately determine social media and food delivery applications. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This research was conducted in Salatiga City, Central Java, with the object of culinary business SMEs utilizing social media and food delivery applications as a strategy in increasing their marketing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research findings: By using social media and food delivery applications, MSMEs can increase the number of customers, expand market coverage, have promotional media, earn income, save time, improve service quality and increase credibility. The use of social media and food delivery applications, both by application and non-application, has become a necessity for SMEs in Salatiga and consumers.

This research was conducted to find out whether consumer attachment affects the loyalty of Holland Bakery consumers, especially in North Cikarang Ruko Plaza Roxy Jababeka in the midst of increasing competition by prioritizing quality, so this study wanted to find out how much influence consumer attachment has on consumer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents. This study uses a probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type based on consumers who have made purchases more than once. This type of research is descriptive research, which is a writing that describes the actual situation about the object under study. The test was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) supported by the AMOS 2.2 software program and IBM SPSS statistics 22, the results showed that consumer attachment had a positive and significant effect on consumer forfeiture.

Seaweed is one of the potential fishery commodities to be cultivated. Seaweed has multiple functions in various industries such as food, beauty, pharmaceutical, textile and agriculture industries. This study aims to analyze the effect of income for Sakol (E. cottoni) Seaweed Cultivators in Plantang Village, Pahungan Lodu District, East Sumba Regency. The type of research conducted in this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional study design. The research location is in Plantang Village, Pahunga Lodu District, East Sumba Regency. The population in this study were 145 seaweed farmers. The sample in this study was 102 seaweed cultivators. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the income of seaweed cultivators according to household needs was 41 (40.20%) cultivators and the income of seaweed cultivators who were not suitable was 61 (59.80%) cultivators. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a very significant effect between the number of hours worked (p = 0.038) and the capital of the farmer (p = 0.041) and the income of the seaweed farmers, while the results showed that there was no effect between the level of education of the farmers (p = 0.107). with seaweed farming income. The conclusion of this study is that there is a very significant effect between the number of hours worked and the capital of the farmer and the income of seaweed cultivation.

Human resource is important because it plays a significant role in an organization in order to achieve the organizational goals. Other than achieving the goals, human resource are also able to help determine goals that can be achieved through human resource owned by an organization or a company. Good management of the human resource is a must for a company if an organization wants to maintain its existence, develop, and compete with other organizations. Furthermore, good resource management will be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company in carrying out its functions. In the effort to improve the performance of the employee, there are numerous influencing factors, including Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational culture. This research was conducted in Tap-Water Company (PDAM) of Kediri Regency applying a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this study was 80 employees with a proportioned random sampling technique. Data were collected directly from respondents by using a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (4) Organizational Culture indirectly has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

This research was conducted in the manufacturing industry where it is known that if a manufacturing company is not careful in managing its assets and dividend policy, it can affect stock prices and investor confidence in the issuer of the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether partially and simultaneously independent variables affect stock prices. The research approach used is deductive, the type of research is quantitative and descriptive. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The population in this study amounted to 193 companies and there were 16 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this study is based on purposive sampling. The results of this study partially show that business risk, sales growth, and asset structure have no effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2020 while company size and dividend policy have a partial impact on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2020. Simultaneously, business risk, company size, sales growth, dividend policy, and asset structure affect the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2020 with an Adjusted R Square value of 52.7% of stock price variations which can be explained by 5 independent variables and the remaining 47.3% is explained by other variables, such as profitability, liquidity, and others.
