The growing number of video game industry has made video game developers to take advantage of the opportunities to develop video games that have interesting gameplay. One being to utilize in-game purchases to create a more engaging experience. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of immersion and telepresence on interest in in-game purchase among teenagers in Batam, and to find out the factors to be considered by video game development companies in leveraging their in-game purchase. This research is conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents throughout Batam. The results were analyzed using linear regression method through SPSS. The results showed that immersion did not affect the increase in interest in-game purchase among teenagers in Batam. However, the results showed that telepresence has a significant effect on increasing the interest of teenagers in in-game purchase. It is implied that game development companies should consider telepresence as a factor that promotes in-game purchase in their video games.

The amount of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is getting bigger every year. Therefore, the village has an obligation to make financial reports on the accountability of the realization of the budget for the funds that have been used. The report is also expected to comply with the principles of accountability and transparency, in order to realizegood governance and can cause accounting to be quickly accepted and recognized. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the research data source technique was using snowball sampling technique. This type of research approach is in the form of qualitative research. Based on the results of the research, Accountability carried out by the Bedanten Village Government has been running quite well and has realized Good Governance. The Village Government has implemented the Village Fund Allocation Program in accordance with the rules and involves elements of government and accountability principles, but there is still a need to improve accountability to village communities.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the money supply, interest rates and the rupiah exchange rate on inflation in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. The method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling and macro time series data published by Bank Indonesia during the 2018-2021 period covering data on the money supply, interest rates and exchange rates for the monthly period. The results of the study, namely based on the F test, showed that the model used in the study was correct with a significant level below 0.05, namely 0.000. This shows that the variables of the money supply, interest rates and exchange rates if tested simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on inflation. The t-test shows that the money supply and the rupiah exchange rate have no effect on inflation with a significance value of 0.741 and 0.052, respectively, while interest rates affect inflation with a significance value of 0.008 0.05. The money supply, interest rates and rupiah exchange rate affected inflation by 59.6%.

Social responsibility is included in the fields of economics, law, ethics that must be fulfilled in order to fulfill the expectations of stakeholders. Disclosure of social responsibility is done so that the company achieves the desired profit in order to improve the environmental economy. In order to provide feedback to the environment, companies are required to implement CSR. This includes companies in the telecommunications sector that are required by the government to implement CSR. This is regulated in Law number 4 of 2009 article 108 paragraph (1). This study uses a deductive-quantitative approach. The TLKM company as a registered telecommunications company has complied with Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies article 74 which requires companies engaged in natural resources to carry out social responsibility. However, the disclosures made by most of the listed telecommunication companies are still minimal. In fact, the graphics are still unstable. However, related to corporate social responsibility carried out by TLKM, it is quite large with an average of more than 400 billion. In addition, TLKM also saves water and energy use in the productivity of its company.

In Indonesia, MSMEs have an important role in the economic sector which is expected to improve the country's economy. MSMEs are a wide choice of job providers in various fields that can reduce the number of existing unemployed. Sidoarjo Regency which is dubbed as the city of MSMEs has hundreds of thousands of MSMEs in various fields. Based on data from the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of East Java Province, from 2016 to 2018 cooperatives and SMEs in East Java contributed more than 56% to GRDP. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of human resource competence, financial literacy including debt management literacy and budgeting literacy, financial capital, and social capital on MSME performance. The population of this research is Sidoarjo Regency with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 110 SMEs. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS using the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of human resource competence, debt management literacy, and social capital affect the performance of MSMEs. However, the literacy variables for budgeting, and financial capital have no effect on the performance of MSMEs. Digital strategies that must be carried out in the new normal era by MSME owners to maintain the economic stability of a business they have, change the way of working from a different perspective with the aim of keeping the organization going during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The digitalization strategy provides views for MSME owners to make decisions in determining the right company's vision and mission in dealing with this Pandemic. Qualitative research with case studies on nine MSMEs in Klungkung Regency, researchers conducted direct interviews in terms of MSME productivity and their new way of working. The results of this study produce a scientific model that describes the state of MSMEs during a pandemic where most of the employees have been laid off, and productivity has drastically decreased. The role of the Government is also very important to support MSMEs in product marketing to support the Bali economy and with the support of MSMEs by the Bali Provincial Government, MSME owners must certainly be able to take advantage of the situation to find ways to survive and rise from this situation by using SWOT Analysis. Product development in innovation of new ideas, such as selling cloth masks with Endek motifs and also marketing carried out using digital media such as sales through e-commerce and social media such as existing marketplace platforms and business actors are required to be able to adapt to changing market situations in order to produce products. modern and latest in accordance with the trends in the market so that it will be in demand by everyone.

Company value is a form of company achievement seen from the point of view of several parties such as investors who attribute the value of a company to its share price. There are several factors that can influence the firm value, including profitability, liquidity and dividend policy. In this study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020 by using "purposive sampling" a sample of 51 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and path analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 . software. The results showed that (1) profitability had no significant effect on dividend policy, (2) liquidity had no significant effect on dividend policy, (3) profitability had no significant effect on firm value, (4) liquidity had no significant effect on firm value, (5 ) dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value (6) profitability through firm value has a significant effect on dividend policy, (7) liquidity through firm value has a significant effect on dividend policy.

In the midst of competitive conditions in the industrial world which is full of uncertainty, competitors that continue to emerge, and the intensity of change is so high, it forces the company to always continue to make improvements and innovations, in order to remain relevant to changes that are constantly happening. One of the ways that organizations can take, in order to be able to make continuous improvements, as well as spawn breakthroughs that are liked by consumers, is to increase the competence of their employees, so that they are motivated to perform better, in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance in the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar. The research method used is associative quantitative research method, where the data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar totaling 61 people. Sampling was done by saturated sampling method. Data processing using SPSS version 26 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the competence variable had a positive and insignificant 6% influence on the performance of the employees of the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar; (2) partially the motivation variable has a positive and significant 53.52% influence on the performance of the employees of the production department of PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar; (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between the competence and motivation variables of 59.3% on the performance of the employees of the PT. Prakarsa Alam Segar.

An effective leadership style application of work discipline in managing human resources in a company will affect the work behavior of employees which will ultimately affect the overall performance of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in the city of Malang. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 30 employees of PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera respondents in the city of Malang. Analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has no effect on employee performance, while work discipline has an effect on employee performance.

In an organization or company, Human Resource Management (HRM) is one element that has a strategic function that supports the success of an organization or company to achieve its goals. The influence of organizational culture and career development in its function, namely managing human resources and providing facilities to these employees in a company will affect employee work behavior which in turn will affect the overall performance of a company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance at the Surabaya Wonocolo Tax Service Office. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents, employees of the Surabaya Wonocolo Tax Service Office. Analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance, while career development has an effect on employee performance.
