Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. This study uses a sample of the total population of the number of employees in the office. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. And the variables of work motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking employee respondents at PT Era Mulia Abadi Sejahtera in Malang, East Java. This study uses a sample of the total population of the number of employees in the office. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variables of compensation and career development have a positive effect on employee performance. And the variables of compensation and career development simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategy, outlet facilities and prices on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Dear Sisters outlet in Sidoarjo, East Java. The research method used in this research is descriptive by using quantitative methods. This study uses primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires by taking respondents from the Dear Sisters outlet customers in the Sidoarjo branch, East Java. This study uses random sampling with a total of 50 respondents from Dear Sisters outlet customers. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, the outlet facility variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable has no effect on customer satisfaction. And the variables of marketing strategy, outlet facilities, and prices simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research begins with a decrease in the number of securities companies from year to year which is inversely proportional to the increase in the SID of individual investors. The decrease in the number of securities companies was caused by some companies being unable to compete due to the minimal number of customers. One of the factors that determine the level of success of a company is the company's ability to provide quality service to customers to achieve satisfaction. So this study will measure customer satisfaction in securities companies using digital-based indicators (e-service). Data collection was carried out on securities company customers in several investment galleries at private universities in the city of Bandung. Data processing using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, with the results of the processing concluded that the quality of securities companies perceived by customers is very satisfactory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermula dari fenomena pada tahun 2020 terjadi ketimpangan antara jumlah lulusan Sekolah Menengan Atas dan Kejuruan di Indonesia dengan yang diterima perguruan tinggi negeri dengan sebanyak 2.403.489 siswa yang menjadi pasar potensial bagi perguruan tinggi swasta. Hal tersebut menjadi peluang besar untuk diperebutkan menjadi mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta. Maka tujuan penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi hal-hal penting yang mendasari pemilihan perguruan tinggi swasta di Bandung Raya. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Bandung Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pemasaran marketing mix product, place, price, promotion, people, process, dan physical evidence. Hasil pengolahan data menyimpulkan bahwa variabel product, place, price, promotion, people, process, dan physical evidence secara bersama-sama maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan perguruan tinggi swasta. Hasil penelitian bermanfaat bagi perguruan tinggi swasta dalam menghadapi persaingan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pemerintahan terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing di negara ASEAN. Penelitian ini memakai data sekunder yang bersumber pada The Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) project. Data dianalisis menggunakan alat uji EViews 7 dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel di penelitian ini yaitu negara ASEAN yang berjumlah 10 negara meliputi Malaysia, Singapura, Indonesia, Filipina, Laos, Vietnam, Brunei Darussalam, Myanmar, Thailand, dan Kamboja dengan tahun pengamatan 2009 sampai 2013. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan indikator aturan hukum serta hak bersuara dan akuntabilitasberpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap PMA. Sedangkan indikator efektivitas pemerintahan, stabilitas politik, kontrol korupsi, dan kualitas regulasi tidak mempengaruhi PMA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of implementing big data analytics in auditing practices in companies. The design of this research is Sistematic Literature Review (SLR) uses a narrative method. The results show that through its capabilities, big data can maximize the forensic audit function to detect fraud. This can then be an answer to overcome agency problems that arise due to fraud. It is known that one of the factors that hinders auditors from detecting fraud is that the auditors have limitations in analyzing various unstructured data and non-financial data (such as contract details, meeting results, news related to management, and so on). This problem can be overcome by auditors by utilizing big data, through the function of data analytics tools.

Abstract

The Coronavirus is a global pandemic that occurs in almost all countries in the world. This pandemic indirectly attacked the economies of each affected country and caused a crisis. This study discusses to explore and analyze the communication of public relation at one of the government institutions, Bank Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. The type of data used is secondary data based on literature studies. The results of this study that Bank Indonesia already has a public relations division that handles crises and carries out communication strategies and media relations. The conclusion is that Bank Indonesia conducts crisis management quite well because it follows the stages and protocols in overcoming the crisis that occurred.

Abstract

Most of the tourism villages in Rumah Budaya Watulimo and Regencies only present the potential for local beauty of their respective regions, but have not yet touched on the development of creative industries by utilizing the existing potentials in those areas. The development of a tourism village generally has a positive impact on the life of the village community, especially the physical environment, economic, social and cultural conditions of the community around the tourist area. However, the addition of creative industries will be able to have a more positive impact on the people's economy. This study aims to implement community empowerment, especially for women and children as educational media in developing creative industry-based tourism villages in Trenggalek and districts. This research includes action research. The community empowerment strategy refers to the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) methodology or Asset-Based Community Assistance. In terms of implementation. The collected research data is then processed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the implementation of community empowerment was carried out through the fashion creative industry in the tourist village and training in the corncob craft creative industry. The involvement of women in the corncob creative industry training is given starting from the processing of raw materials to a variety of products, as well as training in packing models and marketing programs, so that they are not only able to produce but also able to do marketing. In terms of involving children, this training is provided in the form of providing education on knowledge and skills ranging from processing raw materials to various products, besides that children are also taught about the creativity of the exhibition or display of products from the handicraft.

Abstract

The impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred had an impact on the implementation of the digital economy, it also provided opportunities and challenges for the economic sector. In this study, we will review the application of the implementation of the digital economy to MSMEs, which can be an alternative solution to deal with these conditions. UMKM technology and digital business are defined as a type of venture involving the latest technology in its practices and development. The application of digital concepts in business development can create new business models, experiences and operational codes that will later help to influence consumerism in both products and services that are offered. From competition, networking and networking and are networked with umkm products advanced through classes and go international. This research is focused on UMKM in the culinary sector, namely a case study at the Rahma gift center in Kendalrejo Village which had previously been operating before the Covid-19 outbreak hit Indonesia.
