This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Xavier Marks Premier Malang. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 57 respondents from a population of 195 people using the Slovin formula. The method used for sampling in this study is non-probability sampling using convenience sampling technique. Data collection technique is to use a questionnaire distributed to the research object. Data analysis technique using smartPLS application. The results showed that the organizational culture variable did not have a significant effect on work productivity with a p-value of 0.102 which is greater than 0.05, while the work discipline variable had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of PT. Xavier Marks Premier Malang employees with a p-value of 0.023 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that both have different effects based on the results of the p value of each variable.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world and this huge Muslim population brings great business potential. The restaurant business with halal certification is one of the businesses with great potential, along with the increasing awareness of Muslims regarding the obligation to consume halal food and beverages. The halal certification process of the restaurant business is regulated through the Law and involves the authority who is given authorization to conduct, control and certify the Halal Product Assurance System. Although there are many business opportunities that can be obtained from the halal restaurant business, there are also challenges faced, including the readiness of resources, the availability of the halal ecosystem, and the complication of the halal certification process.

UMKM are one of the business activities that can make a considerable contribution to state income and employment for the people in Indonesia. This study aims to prove whether the length of the business and the scale of the business affect the success of the business through the use of accounting information at bookstores in Surabaya. The population during 2020-2021 was 246 umkm’s bookstore in Surabaya. The determination of this sample uses a simple random sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results are that the length of the business has a positive effect and the scale of the business has a significant effect on the use of accounting information. the length of the business has a positive effect and the scale of the business does not have a significant positive effect on the success of the business. The use of accounting information has a significant positive effect on the success of the business. The variable of using accounting information is proven to be an intervening variable among the variable of business length and variable of business scale with business success. In other words, business experience affects business success through the use of accounting information

A good HR management system is needed to help smooth the operational activities of the organization. Good human resource management can mobilize and manage the workforce so that they are able to carry out predetermined directions. Performance measurement is needed because it will benefit many parties and become a benchmark for evaluating employee performance. To achieve maximum results, of course, the organization will require the application of attitudes of job involvement and self-efficacy in the organization when working. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job involvement and self-efficacy on performance through motivation as a mediation. This research method uses quantitative methods. Statistical procedures for data analysis. The measuring instrument in this research is a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 81 employees. This research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Bangkalan Regency. This study describes instrument test tools (validity and reliability), classical assumption test (normality and linearity), path analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and Sobel). The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between job involvement and self-efficacy variables on performance with motivation as a mediation.

The development of the internet from year to year continues to increase, this makes the growth of e-commerce businesses appear, one of which is Tiktokshop. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product, and flash sales to repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a variable moderating Tiktokshop. The research technique used is quantitative, data collection uses a questionnaire method and the sample in this study amounted to 100 people. The analysis in this study was assisted using SPSS and SmartPLS. The result is Price has a significant effect on repurchase decisions, product quality has a significant effect on repurchase decisions, a flash sale has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase decisions. Customer satisfaction does not moderate the effect of price on repurchase decisions, customer satisfaction does not moderate the effect of product quality on repurchase decisions, and customer satisfaction moderates the effect of promotions on consumer repurchase decisions at Tiktokshop.

This study aims to analyze the effect of innovative behavior, work motivation, and teamwork on the performance of the Lautan Cendikia Mulia Foundation employees. This type of research is quantitive research and the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The research uses 38 respondents as research samples who are employees of the Lautan Cendikia Mulia Foundation. The results show that innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Lautan Cendikia Mulia Foundation employees, while work motivation and teamwork have no significant effect on the performance of the Lautan Cendikia Mulia Foundation employees.

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, training, motivation on employee performance at PT ArthaLestari. This study aims to determine the effect of training on the performance of PT Artha Lestari employees, the influence of motivation on the performance of PT ArthaLestari employees, the effect of compensation on employee performance mediated by work-life balance, the effect of training on employee performance mediated by work-life balance, the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by work-life balance.The research model used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely by emphasizing hypothesis testing. The sample of this study was 171 employees of PT ArthaLestari. Sampling method with Likert Scale Method.

China Communications Services Corporation Limited (CCS) is a leading service provider providing integrated support services in the information sector, including telecommunications, media, and technology. PT China Comservice Indonesia Regional West Java primarily has contract employees because the company runs its business activities based on projects at consumers' request. This research aims to provide solutions to companies regarding existing problems. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach by understanding and describing an event that occurs in an organization. Based on the issue obtained by researchers at the company, companies often experience a shortage of human resources when there are new projects, causing a lack of effectiveness and efficiency in implementing subsequent projects. The researcher analyzes the company's data and the situation regarding human resource strategy related to human resource planning, recruitment and selection, talent management, and retention planning to find the root cause of the issue. From these issues, the researcher recommends the company create a program for talent management and retain planning for employees in the company, aiming to get employees who are competent and loyal to the company. These programs can help companies improve the company and their employees' performance.

This study aimed to analyze and get empirical evidence about influence of the level of leverage, size of board of commissioner, and ownership structure have affect to corporate social responsibility disclosure in the property and real estate company in Indonesia. ownership structure, which in proxy is managerial ownership, public ownership and foreign ownership. The research is done at property and real estate company which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from periode 2010 until 2014. This research used purposive sampling It was found 27 company at the research sampel ang then the total sampel for 5 years is 135 sampel . This research used Multiple Regression Analysis Method. The result this research showed size of board of commissioner, Publik Ownership and Foreign Ownership significant influence for corporate social responsibility disclosure while the level of leverage and m.anagerial ownership not significant influence for corporate social responsibility disclosure

This research was conducted..with the aim of..testing the effect of leverage, audit committee and KAP size on the integrity..financial statements of manufacturing companies that are..already listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. This study uses a population sample of manufacturing companies that have been officially registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2020 and there have been 526 manufacturing companies recorded. The sample selection..this research after..outliers is as many as 289 companies. This analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research analysis show that leverage and the size of the KAP have a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements. Meanwhile, the audit committee has no effect on the integrity of the financial statements.
