Abstract

Augmented reality development has been growing significantly to help commercial industries in engaging with customers, providing new immersive experiences in shopping. With the rise of the global pandemic, more accessories businesses need to shift their activities into digital based. With the challenge in providing the best online shopping experience, augmented reality can be the solution tackling this challenge. This research wants to see the prospects of the adoption of augmented reality in the accessories industry by identifying the supporting factors and opposing factors of the technology adoption, along with recommendations to overcome the issues in augmented reality adoption. Through a qualitative method of in-depth interview research approach, this research collects the data by testing and validating the variables made based on the supporting theories from literature reviews with exploratory interviews with accessories business owners. By means of conducting data saturation and open coding, the findings based on the data analysis result can be confirmed that there are several concerns that affect augmented reality adoption that can be catered. This research has already made recommendations of improvements based on the insights and expects that augmented reality service providers can utilize this recommendation to provide better product development and innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Human Development Index, Islamic Banking Third Party Fund, Environmental Quality Index, and Special Allocation Fund on Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 476 district and city in Indonesia in 2018-2021. This research data uses secondary data obtained through the website of the Central Statistics Agency, the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, and the Financial Services Authority. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Human Development Index and Special Allocation Fund had a positive effect on Sustainable Development Goals. Gross Regional Domestic Product and Environmental Quality Index had a negative effect on Sustainable Development Goals. Meanwhile, Islamic Banking Third Party Funds had no effect on Sustainable Development Goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of compensation, motivation and quality of work life on the performance of employees PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya as many as 68 people. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. The data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire and documentation. The number of respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya as many as 68 people, but the returned questionnaires were 51 or 75%. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that compensation, motivation and quality of work life simultaneously affect the performance of employees PT. Liberro Indonesia Surabaya. Then compensation partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, e-service quality and prices on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample of this study were students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta who made purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace, the number of samples was 118 respondents. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis in this study indicate online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. purchasing decisions, and prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies used by the PIT A PAT brand in building consumer trust on Twitter social media. Consumer trust is crucial in online transactions because of the vulnerability of cyber crime. Therefore, it is necessary for companies to create and develop strategies to increase consumer trust, especially brands that use social media as a medium of buying and selling. The reason is that there are three factors that can shape consumer trust, namely ability, benevolence, and integrity of the company as a seller. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method based on the postpositivism paradigm. The research findings show that the strategy adopted by the PIT A PAT brand in building consumer trust is considered effective and successful, as seen from Twitter analytical data. The strategies carried out include marketing that displays the best design catalogs, creating credible account profiles, communicating with consumers intensely, and running a business with integrity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Company Size simultaneously or partially on Profitability (ROA) of Indonesian Conventional State-Owned Banks. The research population is Indonesian Convetional State-Owned Banks in 2012-2021 as many as 4 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 0.005. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR, Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO, Net Interest Margin (NIM) had an effect on Profitability (ROA). Meanwhile, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Company Size have no effect on Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of marketing performance with different marketing systems (online and offline) on organic vegetable commodities in the Sri Anom Mulyo farmer group 04 Glonggong, Temas Village, Batu City and analyze the impact of online marketing on business performance on organic vegetable commodities in the Sri Anom farmer group. Mulyo 04 Glonggong, Temas Village, Batu City. This research was conducted on the Sri Anom Mulyo farmer group 04 Glonggong, Temas Village, Batu City, the research time will start in October 2021 until December 2021. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method to explain the opinion of the farmer group before and after implementing digital marketing, Revenue (Q), Profit (π), Revenue to cost ratio (R/C), Break Event Point (BEP), comparative analysis (comparison) and partial test (t-test). The results of the study concluded that the results of the sixn (6) organic vegetable commodity cultivated by farmers in the Sri Anom Mulyo 04 Glonggong farmer group with the paired sample t-test t test method showed that there was a significant difference in business performance with online and offline marketing systems in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Commodities pakchoy, green andewi, carrots, broccoli, romaine lettuce and caisim show differences in business performance with online and offline marketing systems from 2019 to 2021 with a sig value for each commodity less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). These results can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Commodities marketed online have an impact on performance, this can be seen in the small quantity of commodities marketed but can offset the performance of businesses marketed offline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of financial ratios on financial distress in large trading sub-sector companies on the IDX in 2018-2020. In this case, the researcher uses financial ratios which include liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity. The projection of financial distress is the modified Altman Z-Scored formula. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. The number of samples is 26 companies. To test the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the four ratios have a significant positive effect on financial distress. The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.650, so the four ratios can predict financial distress of 65%.

Abstract

The success achieved by a trading business in running a business is related to the proliferation of purchasing decisions in the store, the trading business needs to pay attention to sales promotions and location so that purchasing decisions continue to grow rapidly. In research conducted at UD. Bintang Banggle aims to determine the influence of sales promotions and locations on purchasing decisions in UD. Bintang Banggle. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaires as a method of data collection. With a population of all consumers who make purchases in UD. Bintang Banggle, this study has a sample of 60 respondents by setting Accidental sampling technique. Primary data is the data used and Partial Least Square (PLS) is the analysis tool. The results show that (1) Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in UD. Bintang Banggle. Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently still in the developing stage so it is necessary to improve the quality of education so that the Indonesian nation can develop in a better direction. So improving the quality of learning at a level of education is very important in order to give birth to the next generation who excel. An effective learning process will make student achievement more meaningful and meaningful. However, students in the online learning process get high scores but when tested at school there is a decrease in student achievement scores. So there are several factors that can affect student achievement including online learning, learning motivation and parental support. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of learning achievement from these factors. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach with a research model using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that online learning has no significant effect on student achievement, parental support has a negative and significant effect on student achievement in MTs and the third hypothesis with parental support as a moderating variable is able to strengthen which results in a positive effect of online learning on student achievement in MTs. . Negeri 3 Tidore City of Tidore Islands. For parents and guardians of students to pay attention to providing support to students. The support provided must still pay attention to the independence of students in doing each task given by the teacher.
