Abstract

The purpose of conducting research based on a review of the formulation of the problem is to analyze and determine the factors of production, economic value, and the role of the government which have a simultaneous and partial influence on the interest in rabbit farming business in Malang Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research, namely research based on the philosophy of positivism and data collection is carried out using research instruments. The sampling method was carried out by surveying the people who had livestock and ornamental rabbits. The technique used in this study is a sampling technique with the condition that the sample used is broiler and ornamental rabbit breeders in Karangploso District, Malang Regency, which has a population of 20 rabbits and a minimum of 3 years of experience in raising livestock. The respondents were 30 farmers. Data processing is carried out through 3 stages, namely validity test, reliability test, and then multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

The importance of evaluating performance is a reference for empowering human resources, to assess how far an institution is supported by the strength of its human resources and knowing the results. Without an assessment of the performance of an organization/institution, the organization will not know how much it has achieved based on the resources it has. This type of research uses quantitative data. The population in this study amounted to 150 permanent employees at PT. Phapros, Tbk. Semarang. In this study, the sample as well as respondents to the questionnaire were 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data obtained through questionnaires.The results of the research conducted indicate that : (1) Work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Empowerment has a negative but significant effect on employee performance. (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Phapros, Tbk Semarang.

Abstract

Puspresnas as an institution that always strives to provide technical assistance and optimal expertise to to the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The picture of the future that is the goal of Puspresnas is the realization of excellent and maximum service to students and educational units throughout Indonesia. The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires human resources who are able to adapt and are competent in the use of technology in the office. This study aims to analyze the correlation between competence, adaptation, and skills of the employees’ service performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires to Puspresnas employees. The results show that the coefficient value for the constant is not significant, and the constant values of the Competence, Adaptation, and Skills variables are 0.416, 0.354, and 0.224, respectively. The regression equation for service performance above shows that the three independent variables have a positive impact on employee service performance. From the results of the analysis, the increase in competence, adaptation, and skills have an effect on improving employee service performance. The results of the study stated that the competence, adaptation and skills of employees were closely related to the service performance of employees at Puspresnas in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. In the transformation of change to an all-digital era, it is necessary to periodically train employees so that they can adjust their skills with increasingly rapid technological developments.

Abstract

The Influence Of Organizational Culture Of Leadership Style And Competence On Employees Performance (A Study at Social Service of Majalengka Regency). The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture of leadership style and competence on the performance of Social Service employees of Majalengka Regency. The method used in this research is a survey, data collection using a questionnaire then analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the organizational culture partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Service employees (sig = 0,000); (2) the leadership style partially has a negative influence and has no significant influence on the performance of Service employees (sig = 0.246); (3) competency partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Service employees (sig = 0,000); (4) simultaneously the organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. As for the leadership style variables has negative simultaneous and has no significant influence on the performance of Service employees. Organizational culture, leadership style and competence give an influence of 64.2% on the performance of Social Service employees (R2 = 0.642), the remaining 35.8% was influenced from other variables.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: To determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Ternate Customer Service Implementation Unit. The number of samples in this study were 55 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ternate. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression) using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) 23 as a statistical test tool. The results showed that: simultaneous testing of the influence of leadership and work discipline variables together had a significant effect on employee performance variables at PT. PLN (Persero) Ternate Customer Service Implementation Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of locus of control, personality, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 86 respondents. The technique used for sampling in this study was saturated sampling, which took the entire population as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, R2 test, and T test. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that locus of control, personality, and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the leading sector, changes and shifts in economic sectors, the strength of growth and employment in the leading sector in Central Java province. The methods used in this study are, Analysis of LQ, SS, MRP, and RTK. The results of LQ analysis there are 7 basic sectors of the processing industry memilihas the highest base value of 1.63. The results of the SS analysis showed that there are 12 sectors that have changed and the processing industry hasai perubaha high contribution of 6 395.78, while sedanthe information and communication sector has the highest shift value of 7 793.58. than the sector. The results of MRP analysis showed that the transportation and warehousing sector hasribusi nilai a high ter valuetinggi of 4.18 dicompared to other sectors. And the results of the RTK analysis there are two sectors that have the highest value above 10%, namely the water supply sector, waste treatment, waste and recycling of 18.86 and the Real Estate sector of 29.67, these two sectors are able to absorb more labor compared to other sectors in Central Java province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of determinants of sustainability reporting (empirical study on participating companies in the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT)). Determinants of sustainability reporting are classified into 2, namely: financial performance and corporate governance. Financial performance includes: company size, profitability, and leverage. Corporate governance includes: board of directors and audit committee. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of sustainability report data, annual reports and financial statements of companies listed on the Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT) in 2018-2020 with sample selection using purposive sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical methods using multiple linear regression test. The results of the study show that firm size, profitability, and leverage have no effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. Meanwhile, the board of directors and the audit committee affect the sustainability reporting disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of regional economic growth, revenue-sharing funds, general distribution funds, and local revenue growth on regional spending growth. The study analyzed data by multiple linear regression and was conducted in 23 district/municipal governments in Aceh. The results show that regional economic growth, revenue-sharing funds, general distribution funds, and regional revenue growth simultaneously and partially affect regional spending growth. These results suggest that increases in regional spending are likely to occur as a result of higher local income levels and economic growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value with earnings quality as a moderating variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling, where 42 samples were obtained from companies. Processing the data in this study using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 program application. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage affect firm value, while firm liquidity has no effect on firm value. Earnings quality does not moderate the relationship between profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value.
