Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bintomo Properti Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach, with the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data, namely questionnaires and bibliography. The research sample was 105 employees, using non-probability sampling technique. The analysis used is path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the commitment variable based on the results of the questionnaire is obtained with a mean of 344.1, this shows that the average respondent's answer is in the criteria of moderately agree, the work discipline variable based on the results of the questionnaire is obtained with a mean of 341.5, this shows that is in the criteria of moderately agree, the employee performance variable based on the results of the questionnaire is obtained with a mean of 340.4, this means that the average employee's answers are in the criteria of moderately agree. The results of hypothesis testing there is a correlation between commitment and work discipline of 0.748, which means that there is a strong correlation. The results of the partial hypothesis test that commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis that commitment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The r2 test for commitment and work discipline on employee performance obtained R Suare of 0.902, meaning that 90.2% of employee performance was influenced by these two variables, while 9.8% of employee performance was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Fluktuatifnya hasil produksi padi sawah dan menyusutnya lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Malang mengakibatkan sulitnya petani memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi pertanian untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, peluang dan ancaman, serta strategi yang tepat dalam produksi komoditas padi sawah di Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang selama Februari-April 2022. Dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT, peneliti berhasil menggali secara komprehensif bagaimana faktor kekuatan, peluang, ancaman memberikan strategi yang baik dalam peningkatan produksi padi sawah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tertinggi terletak pada luas lahan pertanian yang cukup, sedangkan kelemahan tertingginya terletak pada modal operasional petani yang terbatas. Peluang tertinggi yaitu tingginya permintaan pasar, sedangkan ancaman tertinggi terletak pada alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Strategi yang tepat dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi komoditas padi sawah di Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang yaitu memperluas pemasaran produk ke mancanegara, memanfaatkan Informasi dan teknologi pertanian terbaru, memperbaiki kualitas padi dan membuat aneka macam produk olahan pad, membuat regulasi hukum di tingkat desa untuk melindungi kegiatan produksi padi sawah, melakukan inovasi-inovasi terbaru, serta menguatkan kelembagaan kelompok tani.

Abstract

In this study, the author takes the title "Influence of Income on Household Consumption Expenditure Patterns in Sibolga City in 2022 (Implications of Keynes Consumption Function)'. This topic was raised based on the increase in income that will affect household consumption spending patterns, both for durable goods and non-durable goods. The main purpose of this study is to estimate how income variables can affect household consumption expenditure patterns in Sibolga City in 2022. The data used are cross-sectional data (data according to time) collected from 40 households throughout Sibolga City. While the variable to be estimated is the pattern of household consumption. Based on the estimation results using the multiple regression method using SPSS 25 software, the measure of goodness of fit (R2) is 49.6%, the independent variable is household consumption patterns (KRT) and is significant to household income (PRT). Meanwhile, partially household consumption has a positive and significant effect on household income in Sibolga City.

Abstract

Abstract: Banking profitability is influenced by several factors, especially from financial performance factors and macroeconomic factors, therefore the author conducted a study entitled Analysis of Financial and Macroeconomic Performance Against Islamic Banking Profitability in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial and macroeconomic performance on the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data analysis uses the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results show that in the long run the variables of NPF, FDR, CAR, Interest Rates and Industrial Production Index affect ROA while for inflation and Covid-19 do not affect ROA. In the short term, only the FDR, CAR and Industrial Production Index variables have an effect on ROA, while the NPF, Inflation, Interest Rate and Covid-19 variables have no effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study was made to investigate what factors can have an impact on work productivity. The investigation here focuses on knowing whether there is an effect of the variables of work facilities, compensation and welfare on the work productivity of employees, both productivity in certain aspects and overall. This research was conducted at MSME Bakso Bakar SS Malang City which has 30 employees. The type of approach that will be applied in the research is the quantitative method and saturated sampling of all MSME employees without exception will be involved as the research sample. From the data that has been further processed, it shows that the provision of compensation does not have a significant impact on increasing employee productivity as evidenced by the t arithmetic value which is smaller than t table and the significant probability value parameter obtained above 0.05. The variables that actually have a more significant effect on the work productivity of employees are supporting facilities and welfare insurance. This is proven by the value of calculated f which is higher than f table and the significance probability value is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine differences in the productivity of red chili farming before and after the pandemic. The researcher used probability sampling technique with 201 red chili farmers as the sampling population with a data collection error rate of 0,10% in order to obtain 66 research samples. The parameter of analysis is productivity before and after the pandemic using the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the significance value was obtained (0,004<0,05), then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the productivity of red chili farming before and after the pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially and concurrently assess and analyze the effect of lifestyle, halal brand image, celebrity endorser, and price level on purchase decisions of Wardah cosmetics by economic education students at Makassar State University. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with a sampling method using the slovin method. After being formulated, it is known that the number of samples in this study were 80 active female students from the 2017-2021 class of Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Then it will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. In this study, it was found that the tests carried out at the Economic Education Study Program, Makassar State University partially, lifestyle variables, halal brand image, celebrity endorser and the price level of each variable affect the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics at Makassar State University Economic Education students. Meanwhile, simultaneously, lifestyle variables, halal brand image, celebrity endorser and price level together have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics on Economic Education Students, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy, human capital, and financial technology on the performance of MSMEs in Sleman Regency. In addition, this study was also conducted to reveal whether financial literacy, human capital, and financial technology can increase the income of MSMEs. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a research instrument and focusing on the object of 100 culinary SMEs in the Sleman Regency area. The tests used in this study include the Multiple Linear Regression Test conducted using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, human capital, and financial technology have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Sleman Regency. This is indicated by the SPSS calculation with the significance value of each variable <0.05.

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by a decrease in the work motivation of employees of PT. Parsintauli Karya Perkasa in 2019-2020. In an organization employees play an important role so that every organizational leader must have the best leadership style for his employees so that these employees have high work motivation. This study aims to determine participatory leadership style, employee work motivation, and the influence of participatory leadership style on employee motivation at PT. Parsindauli Karya Perkasa. The research method used is descriptive and causal associative research methods. Respondents taken in this study were employees of PT. Parsindauli Karya Perkasa, ie 58 respondents. Then processed using validity test, reliability test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination test. Participatory Leadership Style at PT. Parsintauli Karya Perkasa is in good category. And Employee Work Motivation at PT. Parsintauli Karya Perkasa is in good category. Participative Leadership Style (X) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation (Y) at PT. Parsintauli Karya Perkasa, with a correlation coefficient of 0.757 means that it has a "strong" influence. While the results of the coefficient of determination of 57.3% and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and explain whether service quality and agency image partially or simultaneously affect patient satisfaction at the Adiarsa Karawang Public Health Center. This study uses quantitative methods of descriptive analysis and verification, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, testing hypotheses, providing conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study used incidental sampling technique with incidental sampling method as many as 273 people using Likert scale technique and path analysis. The results showed that the correlation between service quality and institutional image was 0.845, which means the correlation is strong, positive and significant. The partial effect of service quality on patient satisfaction is 17.1%. The partial effect of institutional image on patient satisfaction gets a value of 68.4%. The simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Institutional Image on patient satisfaction obtained a value of 85.5%, the remaining 14.5% was influenced by other variables not examined
