Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure and profitability (NPM) on stock returns and company reputation in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2020 period. This study consists of two independent variables regarding capital structure and profitability, and the dependent variable 1 regarding stock returns and the dependent variable 2, namely the company's reputation. The data used is secondary data which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. Hypothesis testing in this study uses panel data regression model. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant effect between profitability on stock returns. (2) there is no positive and significant effect between profitability on stock returns.3. there is a positive effect of stock returns on the company's reputation The purpose of this study is to contribute to potential investors, this research is expected to increase the knowledge of investors on the company's financial information, especially in the property and real estate sectors.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a way to face business competition and an effort to increase product sales to UMKM. This research was conducted to find out how the marketing strategy using segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) strategy analysis and SWOT analysis in the Imamgift.art Store business. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted to informants who have been selected from purposive sampling technique, namely to an owner and several consumers who have purchased products at the Imamgift.art Store. The results of this study are the segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies that are carried out to make the marketing strategy more focused in delivering products to consumers so that it has an impact on increasing sales at the Imamgift.art Store. From the SWOT analysis, the suggested strategy to use is the SO (Strength Opportunity) strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth potential of the existing sub-sectors in the agricultural sector of Lampung Province. This research uses Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift-Share (SS) analysis, and Klassen typology. The results showed that the location quotient in the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors was the highest base sector in Lampung Province. The agricultural sub-sectors included in the basic sector are the agricultural and hunting services sub-sector, the food crops sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, the fisheries sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, and the horticulture sub-sector. In the Shift-Share analysis, the agricultural sub-sectors that have a proportional shift (P) value in the progressive category are the fisheries sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, the livestock sub-sector, and the horticultural crop sub-sector. In the Differential shift (D) component, the sub-sector that has a positive value is the livestock sub-sector, meaning it has good competitiveness. Furthermore, in the Klassen Typology analysis, the sector that is included in the prime sector category is the livestock sub-sector. The sub-sectors included in the potential sector are the food crops sub-sector, the plantation sub-sector, and the fishery sub-sector. In addition, three sub-sectors are underdeveloped including the horticulture sub-sector, the agricultural and hunting services sub-sector and the forestry and logging sub-sector. Based on the three analytical methods, the livestock sub-sector is the leading sub-sector of the economic sector in Lampung Province. This is because the livestock sub-sector has a positive value from the three data analysis methods.

Abstract

Al Mumtaz Integrated Islamic Boarding School is one of the islamic boarding schools that has a pattern of thinking about economic-community science through the pesantren independence program. This is evidenced by the development of independence and business development, one of which is the Bakpia Al Mumtaz business. The purpose of this study is to provide a proposal for the right marketing strategy in the Bakpia business unit of Pondok Pesantren Al Mumtaz. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that contains a method to collect data in written form from people and observed groups aimed at making a descriptive or systematic picture of the observed object. The analysis used is SWOT Analysis. The use of SWOT analysis is carried out to find out the internal factors of the al Mumtaz islamic boarding school business unit in developing its business, so that it can be known what are the factors of strengths and weaknesses. As for external factors to find out the opportunities and threats faced by the bakpia business of the Al Mumtaz Islamic boarding school. The results of the research analysis obtained an IFE matrix value of 3.7 and an EFE matrix value of 3.75, this shows that Bakpia Al Mumtaz's efforts are in the position of quadrant 1, which means supporting aggressive strategies. This requires Bakpia Al Mumtaz's efforts to create alternative strategies that can be used to use internal forces in seizing opportunities that exist outside of Bakpia Al Mumtaz's business.

Abstract

At the end of 2020, there was a merger between three Sharia Commercial Banks, subsidiaries of BUMN Banks in Indonesia, under the name PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. The result of the merger was assessed by the Governor of Bank Indonesia to be able to boost the sharia economy and strengthen sharia banking in Indonesia, no exception also applies to the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) Kertosari, Banyuwangi, which is included in the merged bank. This merger can have a positive impact on existing employees, including the company being able to produce higher quality and highly dedicated human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork, communication, work environment and compensation on employee performance after the merger into Bank Syariah Indonesia. The sample used 17 employees of the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) Kertosari, Banyuwangi. Quantitative analysis of Multiple Linear Regression is used in this study. The results of the study explain that partially teamwork, communication, and work environment have no significant effect on employee performance, while compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion can provide important input for the management to remain concerned, or even to increase the compensation given, so that employee performance will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the complexity of the auditor’s task, competence and experience of auditors on audit quality in BUMN banking in the city of Palembang. The type of research used is associative research. The location of the research is on BUMN banking in the city of Palembang. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing assisted by the Statistical Program for Special Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the complexity of the auditor’s task and competence has no effect on audit quality in BUMN banking in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

The title of the research is Analysis of the Effectiveness and Contribution of Regional Tax Revenue Before and After the Application of the Tapping, Box System to Optimize the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Polewali Mandar City. This study aims to learn more about optimizing the use of the Tapping Box tool in PAD collection. Tapping Box is a tool owned by the local government and its use is left to the business owner who is subject to tax. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that uses secondary data. The sample uses data on the realization of regional income, targets, and PAD for Polewali Mandar Regency in 2018-2019. The data analysis technique uses the formulation of the effectiveness and contribution of the 2012 Halim regional tax. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness in the 2018-2020 every year increases by an average of 133%, so the tool is effective in tax revenue. Contributions in 2018-2019 with an average of 44.41% are very less because PAD does not only affect Hotel taxes, Restaurant taxes, and Entertainment Taxes, there are separated income and other legitimate PAD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of implementation accounting standard on the Performance Accountability in Government Institutions, (2) the influence of civil servant competency on the Performance Accountability in Government Institutions, (3) the influence of implementation good governance on the Performance Accountability in Government Institutions. The population in this study is the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Purposive sampling is used as a method of determining the sample in the form of primary data with data collection instruments using questionnaires. The sample to be used is a work unit that is directly related to the Performance Accountability In Government Institutions. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: (1) the implementation of accounting standards has a positive but not significant effect for the Performance Accountability in Government Institutions, (2) civil servant competency has a positive and significant effect for the Performance Accountability in Government Institutions, (3) the implementation of good governance has a negative but not significant effect for the Performance Accountability in Government Institutions.

Abstract

The company's operational conditions in Indonesia are still not optimal, so as a result they have not been able to increase their sales every period. This ex post facto study aims to examine the effect of customer acquisition cost on increasing sales in the cosmetics and household sub-sector industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. This study involved 10 companies and as many as 5 companies were selected as research samples. Thus, obtained 30 observational data based on purposive sampling technique. Secondary data in the form of company financial statements were collected through the www.idx.co.id page using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using simple linear regression and processed using the SPSS 23 program. The results show that customer acquisition costs have a positive and insignificant effect on increasing sales. Following up on these findings, the initial assessment of customer acquisition costs by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange needs to be carried out more optimally so that it can encourage an increase in company sales

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 limited people's mobility so that they could not make purchases directly to the market. Various advantages of e-commerce make online shopping the main choice of the public in meeting their needs, one of which is Tokopedia. Tokopedia was hit by an issue related to a case of hacking user data in 2020 as reported by CNBC Indonesia.com. Tokopedia is faced with choices when shopping offline and online, including consumers can assess directly and see product rating reviews from other consumers. Based on reviews, there are still low ratings by consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on consumer satisfaction of Tokopedia users. The population of this study was Tokopedia users living in Bandar Lampung, with a total sample of 110 respondents. The sample used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is a validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of the SPSS 26 application program. The results of this study show that the variables of service quality and trust have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
