Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and non-financial compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Tegal Jaya Makmur Sejahtera. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Tegal Jaya Makmur Sejahtera. Samples were taken by 75 respondents using random sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS version 24 tool. This analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, statistical tests through the F, t test as well as the coefficient of determination (R2) and classical assumption tests. The results of the F test indicate that financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. The t test results show that financial compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance, while non-financial compensation partially affects employee performance. The R2 test shows the Adjusted R Square of 0.386, which means 38.6% of the factors that affect financial compensation and non-financial compensation, while the remaining 61.4% is influenced by variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of employee work productivity on employee performance in the customer relations department. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how employee productivity, how employee performance, and how much influence work productivity has on employee performance in the customer relations department. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling was done by non-probabilty sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 53 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), it was found that the work productivity variable had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the customer relations department .Based on the coefficient of determination, it was found that the work productivity of customer relations department employees was able to explain the employee's performance by 68.8% and the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as remuneration factors and others.

Abstract

How Islamic Economics View Inequality in Economic Development in West Sulawesi Province in 2016-2020. This study uses secondary data, which was obtained from the total number of regencies/cities in West Sulawesi Province from the 2016-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the number of workers has a significant positive effect on inequality in economic development in Sulawesi province. West, (2) The Allocation of General Assistance Funds Has a Significant Positive Effect on Economic Development Inequality in West Sulawesi Province 2016.2020. The results of this study show that: the number of workers has an effect on the number of unemployed so that it has an impact on the growth rate of inequality in economic development in the province of West Sulawesi, then the amount of the allocation of general aid funds that are not evenly distributed causes development gaps in the regions, so this has an impact on the growth rate of inequality. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence given by the profitability, firm size, the proportion of independent commissioners, and the proportion of institutional ownership on tax avoidance. The sample in this study are manufacturing companies that listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method by applying certain criteria to obtain 80 samples consisting of 16 companies. The method used in this research is quantitative method with classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results show that the company's performance as measured by ROA has an effect on Tax Avoidance by the company. In addition, the proportion of institutional ownership also affects Tax Avoidance activities. However, the results of the study indicate that the variables of firm size and the proportion of independent commissioners have no effect on tax avoidance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity on the Toyota car purchase decision process, also to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction on the Toyota car purchase decision process and to find out that the consumer satisfaction variable as a moderating variable can strengthen or weaken the brand equity relationship to Toyota car consumer purchasing decisions in Ternate City. . Using the SmartPls type of research with 90 respondents, the results of the research on brand equity variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The variable of consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction can moderate brand equity on purchasing decisions, which means that customer satisfaction significantly moderates the influence of brand equity on purchasing decisions. in Ternate City.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect on interest in visiting Purwakarta tourism. In this study, self-concept and lifestyle variables were used as independent variables. Primary data collection using a sample of 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of research that has been done, it shows that partially self-concept and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on visiting interest. And all independent variables have a simultaneous effect on interest in visiting with a calculated F value of 20,927 with a significance level of 0.000. and the value of R square shows the result of 0.300, which means that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect of 30.0%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the potential for developing sheep in Padang Bolak District. The results showed that Padang Bolak District is an area that can be used as a center for sheep development, where the LQ value is 1.95942 with the economic density of sheep included in the rare category, namely 49.87 (< 50). The density of sheep farming in Padang Bolak District is still in the medium category, namely 0.74 (0.25-1). The density of sheep area is also included in the rare category of 4.72 while the availability of forage that can be produced by Padang Bolak District is 360,175 tons of dry matter per year. The sheep that can be produced based on the capacity of the Padang Bolak District are 2,466,777 ST. The results of the Carrying Capacity Index (IDD) assessment of Padang Bolak District are 1.00007, which means that this value is included in the critical area category so that the development of sheep with the LEISA concept cannot be developed in this sub-district.

Abstract

Decrease in the gap (convergence) of economic growth between regencies/cities in the province of South Sulawesi; (2) identify the spatial relationship of economic growth between regencies/cities in South Sulawesi Province. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The research subjects were 24 consisting of 21 regencies and 3 municipalities with a time span of 2011-2021. Convergence was analyzed using the Eviews 11 program, while the spatial linkage was analyzed using the Geoda program. The results showed that: (1) there was a divergence of economic growth based on the analysis of sigma convergence and beta convergence, as well as the addition of control variables in the form of HDI and PMTB in the conditional beta convergence test which also failed to show a decrease in income dispersion between districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province; (2) there is a significant spatial relationship between economic growth in Maros Regency, Takalar Regency, Pinrang Regency, and Luwu Regency based on testing using LISA Cluster Map and Moran's I Scatterplot.

Abstract

Pada Era pandemic pelaku usaha harus dapat melakukan strategi bisnis yang tepat agar usaha yang telah dijalankan dapat bertahan dan tetap dapat menjadi pilihan konsumennya sehingga dapat bersaing dengan usaha-usaha sejenis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang efektif yang dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM Tanahwari untuk mengembangkan usahanya agar meningkatkan daya saingnya pada usaha pesaing yang sejenis. Tanahwari merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di industri fashion dengan keunikan motif sejarah yang ada di Pulau Bangka. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan Pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling terhadap Pemilik, karyawan dan beberapa konsumen UMKM Tanahwari. Teknik Purposive Sampling diperoleh melalui proses Tanya jawab yang dilakukan Peneliti dan beberapa narasumber. Untuk mengetahui pengembangan usaha pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan variable pemasaran digital, inovasi produk dan kualitas SDM.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the economic exposure of various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic in the time span used is Q4 2019 to Q3 2020. With the number of samples used were 30 companies that had data. which will be used. Testing in this study uses multiple regression to see the influence of factors that can affect economic exposure. From the results obtained in this study. Show that the model used can be used to measure factors that help increase or decrease economic exposure, although if partially company size cannot be a determinant of economic exposure during this pandemic, only liquidity and market to book ratio can only be determinants of economic exposure. part of the company during the Covid-19 pandemic.
