Abstract

This study aims to 1). find out the ability of school principals to develop programs to improve teacher performance; 2) knowing the ability of the Principal in Carrying Out Activities to Improve Teacher Performance; and 3) knowing the ability of the Principal in Conducting Evaluations to Improve Teacher Performance. This study uses a descriptive method, namely a qualitative approach by uncovering certain social situations that describe reality correctly, formed by words based on relevant data collection and analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the principal has the ability to develop programs, carry out activities and carry out evaluations to improve teacher performance at SD Negeri 50 Kota Ternate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of local government characteristics on audit opinion. The sample in this study were 16 provinces in Indonesia. The data collection technique used purposive sampling with LKPD data from 2008 - 2018. This study used binomial logistic regression data analysis methods assisted by SPSS software. Based on the research results, it is known that the size of the region, the level of dependence of the regional government, the level of wealth of the local government, and the level of regional government spending have a positive and significant effect on the audit opinion. The simultaneous test shows that the variables of Regional Size, Level of Regional Government Dependence, Level of Regional Government Wealth, and Level of Regional Government Expenditures jointly affect the Audit Opinion. The Nagelkerke R2 value is 0.305, which means that the Regional Government Characteristics variable consisting of Regional Size, Local Government Dependency Level, Regional Government Wealth Level, and Local Government Expenditure Level can be explained by the independent variable, namely audit opinion of 30,5% while the remaining 69,5% explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of corporate responsibility to stakeholders. PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Tarakan developed a mangrove conservation ecotourism program to avoid degradation in the area by involving the surrounding community. This study aims to find out whether CSR programs improve community satisfaction. The research uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The analysis used the Community satisfaction index (CSI) with 12 question indicators. The research sample comprised 30 community respondents in the Tanjung Batu area, Mamburungan Village, Tarakan City District. The results showed that the CSI value is 3.25, which after conversion got a value of 81.25, was in the range of 62.51-81.25 in the "GOOD" category with a quality value of "B". This result indicates that the community very welcomes the CSR program.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus which has swept the world and become a global pademic has changed the world order. The reduced social economic activities of the community to reduce social interaction that can accelerate the spread of the virus, resulting in a decline in the performance of economic sectors. Many industries experience a decline in revenue and can result in further cessation of company operations. The Covid-19 pandemic to date has not been able to predict how long it will end which causes uncertainty about the future. In order for a company to continue to exist and grow sustainably, it is very important to formulate a future strategy that is full of uncertainty. Pizza Hut is one of the American restaurants and international franchises founded in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas by Dan and Frank Carney. The company is known for its Italian-American food, including pizza and pasta as well as side dishes and desserts. This research aims to implement marketing strategies to achieve excellence in the midst of this pandemic. The results showed that the marketing strategy used by Pizza Hut can increase sales volume by staying, even if selling on the side of the road. As well as the presence of information technology provides many benefits for Pizza HUT, such as being able to alleviate complex business activities as well as produce information that is trustworthy, relevant on time, complete, understandable and tested in the framework of planning, controlling and making management decisions. The results showed that the marketing strategy used by Pizza Hut can increase sales volume by staying, even if selling on the side of the road. Abstract

The teacher is an agent of change who is the key to the success of education, so the success or failure of educational goals depends on the teacher's performance. Factors that influence teacher performance include work motivation and work discipline. Some teachers at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan have less motivation and discipline, which needs improvement, impacting performance. This is reflected in late arrivals, fewer hours to work, and inappropriate use of uniforms. From these problems, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on teacher performance and the combined effect of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population of this study was all teachers at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan with a total of 59 teachers, and the sampling technique used the entire population (Census). Data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate work motivation and discipline have a significant effect on teacher performance, and work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at Public Junior High School 1 Lamongan.

Abstract

Banks are financial institutions that accommodate funds from the public in the form of savings and return them in the form of credit to those in need in order to improve people's lives. Banks also do three other things: collect funds, send money or transfer money, and provide other financial services. Working Capital Credit is a credit facility from a financial institution that is extended to business actors to finance their production and operational activities so that they can expand their business. Through the provision of working capital loans, it is expected to grow the economy. This study shows the results that Third Party Funds have a positive and significant influence on Distribution of Working Capital Loans to Commercial Banks in East Java. Inflation has no positive and insignificant effect on Distribution of Working Capital Loans at Commercial Banks in East Java.Non Performing Loan does not have a positive and insignificant influence on Distribution of Working Capital Loans at Commercial Banks in East Java.Loan to Deposit Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Distribution of Working Capital Loans to Commercial Banks in East Java. Abstract

This study aims to test empirically competence and training on work performance in institution. This analysis uses independent variables, competency and performance. The dependent variabel is worK performance. The sample of this research are employees who work at the Education Office of West Java Province as many as 86. The sample was taken by purposive sampling metode. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis test statistic t. the results of this study indicate that competence significantly positively influences performance which ultimately leads to work performance. Based on hypothesis testing using the t test partially, it is obtained that H1 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.005 between competency varables on training. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.487, meaning that the contribution of competence and training variabels to work performance variable is 0.487 or 48,7%, while the remaining 51,33% is influenced by other variables which are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation of the Allowance for Impairment Losses (CKPN), the impact and suitability of applying PSAK 71 at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research methods, by analyzing the application of PSAK 71 related to CKPN at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. from 2019 to 2021. The results of this study indicate that, the calculation of Impaired Credit Loss (ECL) uses the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Method in accordance with PSAK 71. The impact of implementing PSAK 71 increases the amount of Allowance for Impairment Loss on credit due to several accounts in the financial statements affected by the transition to PSAK 71 namely financing receivables, finance lease receivables and deferred tax assets, thereby affecting the company's capital by decreasing retained earnings. Covid-19 pandemic PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. has implemented Credit Restructuring to reduce high CKPN balances in 2020 and 2021. In addition, there is no significant impact on changes in the classification of financial assets and PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. has implemented PSAK 71..

Abstract

One of the roles of Islamic banks in developing the economy of a country including Indonesia is very large, almost all sectors related to financial activities will require various banking services. Therefore, we really need the banking world now and in the future, both companies and individuals. Related to banking functions, namely as a financial institution that collects and distributes public funds and facilitates trade transactions. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is one of the forces that can drive economic growth. MSMEs are currently developing very rapidly so that Islamic banking has the opportunity to grow the economy of a region. The existence of Bank BSI (Btpn Syariah) KCP Surakarta provides results and impacts for micro and medium enterprises. Abstract

Abstract The success or failure of an organization within the company depends on its human resources. When resource management is good, then an organization's goals within the company will be achieved. Therefore, in order for the organization's goals to be met, it is necessary to have employees who have good performance, one of which the company must meet the psychological needs of employees, namely work life balance. This study aims to determine how the direct or indirect effect of work life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research type, which emphasizes theoretical testing on variables in numerical research and analysis. The measuring tools of this research are questionnaires and interviews. The object of this research is the employees of PDAM Malang City with a sample of 121 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data analysis test tool in this study used Path Analysis. The results of the study indicate that Work Life Balance has a direct significant effect on job satisfaction due to the significant value at 0.000 <0.05 or less than the specified significant level. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study indicate that work life balance has a direct effect on employee performance. Then the results of the first significant test obtained the results of the work life balance variable having a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. The results of the second significant test showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
