Abstract

Poor Student Assistance is very helpful for students to meet the needs in learning activities and in completing the students themselves is very supportive in government programs that have to study nine years (preferably up to the upper secondary level), to help smooth the Poor Student Assistance which is directly to students and this does not aim for students who excel because it considers the condition of students. To find out the pattern of determining poor students' assistance recipients can be done by utilizing student data and poor student aid recipient data. Searching for patterns of determining students who receive aid from poor students is expected to be able to analyze the factors that greatly affect the recipients of poor student assistance. The method in accordance with the above problems using the Description Method, Description is one of the uses of data mining to explore and collect a lot of data. Abstract

This study aims to find out that the administrators of Masjid Al Muslimin' carry out accounting practices and Islamic theology correctly. About how mosque administrators disclose and report all activities related to mosque financial management and whether mosque administrators carry out the management of mosque finances in an accountable manner to worshippers. This type of research uses a qualitative type of research. The type of data used in this study was primary data obtained directly with the speakers, namely the mosque administrators and worshippers of Masjid Al Muslimin'. Data sources are derived from interviews, documentation, and observations. The analysis technique used is Logic Analytic, which is to adjust various observations with interviews with the theories used in this study. The results of this study the accounting practices used in Masjid Al Muslimin' are very simple but the administrators really maintain the mandate that has been given by the pilgrims to manage the mosque finances well to the administrators. Although the pilgrims have great confidence in the administrators, in practice the administrators are still accountable (accountability) with what is done and open (transparency) in terms of delivery and recording. In addition, the rule of law of islamic teachings must be the standard basis for carrying out accountability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of banking and labor loans on small business income and to find out and explain how the role of small businesses in regional development. As a source of data and information for banking policymakers in terms of providing small business loans, especially to support regional development in the city of Medan. The results of this study can be used to formulate wisdom programs and as a basis for making predictions of regional development in the city of Medan. The results of this study can be used as a tool to evaluate economic policies in the banking industry that have been implemented in the city of Medan. The regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 0.838 + 0.106 X1 + 0.261 X2, Where: Y = Total small business income per month X1 = Amount of banking capital / credit received X2 = Number of workers. Based on the equation above, it can be concluded, that the significant value between the amount of bank credit received and the total income per month (small business income) of 0.059 shows the result of the correlation of these two variables is significant which means that these two variables have a related relationship. The significant value between the number of workers and the total income per month of 0.000 shows that the correlation between these two variables is significant, which means that these two variables have a related relationship. In the appendix table, we can see that column R shows the correlation coefficient number, which is 0.702. This shows the relationship between the variables is very strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Power of Two method on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 067240 Medan in the academic year 2024/2025. This study is a quantitative study with a Quasi Experimental Design research type in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this study was 13 students of class IV A and 13 students of class IV B. The instrument used was a multiple choice test. This research technique uses the t-test statistical method. The results of data analysis show that the average learning outcomes using The Power of Two method in the experimental class is 82.69, while the average learning outcomes not using The Power of Two method in the control class is 70. In the normality test with the provision that if sig > 0.050 it is known that the results of the pre-test and post-test of the experimental class and the control class are normally distributed with the acquisition of values ​​in the experimental class pre-test, test results = 0.433 > 0.050 and in the post-test results, test results = 0.227 > 0.050 while in the control class pre-test, test results = 0.155 > 0.050 and in the post-test results, test results = 0.487 > 0.050. The results of the homogeneity test of the research data, it is known that the research data comes from homogeneous samples with the acquisition of homogeneity test values ​​in the pre-test and post-test obtaining significant values, namely 0.758 and 0.325, which means more than 0.050 (Sig.> 0.050), then it can be concluded that both data are said to be homogeneous. Data analysis with hypothesis testing using the independent sample t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05 and degree of freedom (df) = 24. From the results of the hypothesis test, tcount> ttable (5.500> 2.308) or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be stated that there is a significant influence between the application of the Power of Two method on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 067240 Medan Academic Year 2024/2025

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product intended for use in the educational process and to evaluate the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of Figma-Based Literacy Teaching Materials in the Indonesian Language curriculum for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 104205 Tembung. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, utilizing the ADDIE model, which encompasses five distinct phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this research are fourth-grade students utilizing the Figma-Based Literacy Teaching Materials within the Indonesian Language subject. Data collection instruments include observation, interviews, material validation questionnaires, media design validation questionnaires, educational practicality questionnaires, and assessment tests. The findings from the development of the Figma-based literacy teaching materials for the Indonesian Language subject indicate that the material validation received a percentage score of 88%, categorizing it as "Very Valid." Additionally, the validation conducted by media design experts yielded a score of 90.5%, also classified as "Very Valid," thereby confirming that the media is suitable for implementation in the educational process. In terms of practicality, feedback obtained from teachers through questionnaires resulted in a percentage score of 95%, categorized as "Very Practical." Effectiveness assessments, conducted via pretests and posttests, demonstrated an average N-gain of 66.9%, which is classified within the "effective" range.

Abstract

This study reveals how difficult it is to teach poetry appreciation to students. The research used in this study is research and development (R&D). The subjects in this development research were 30 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 137957 Tanjungbalai in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. While the object of this research and development is the Indonesian Language module based on local wisdom of Tanjungbalai city on poetry material for fifth-grade elementary school. The data collection technique for this study used interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The analysis technique of this study tested the validity analysis module, and the effectiveness analysis of the module. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that simple teaching materials based on local wisdom in Indonesian Language learning chapter 10 topic b "Creativity" material "Poetry" for fifth grade was delivered "very appropriate" with a percentage of 90.4%, thus it can be used as a supporting tool in teaching and learning activities in fifth grade of SD Negeri 137957 Tanjung Balai city. Regarding the effectiveness of the teaching materials, it can be concluded that the improvement in student learning outcomes before and after the use of simple teaching materials based on the local wisdom of the Tanjung Balai community was 73.34%, which was considered "very effective" for use. The results of the responses from educational practitioners obtained a score of 45 out of a maximum score of 48, with a percentage of 93.75%, categorized as "very practical." Based on the results of the student response questionnaire, a percentage of 92.12% was categorized as "very practical." This indicates that the teaching materials successfully attracted students' attention, facilitated their understanding of the material taught, and had a positive impact on the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to produce valid, practical, and effective Canva-based animation video learning media in Indonesian language subjects on compound sentences in class VI SDN 166321 Tebing Tinggi. This research is Research and Development using a 4D development model consisting of define, design, development, and disseminate. The subjects of this study were 22 class VI students of SDN 166321 Tebing Tinggi. The data analysis technique in this study was qualitative data obtained from interviews, responses, and suggestions from material validators, media, and education practitioners, while quantitative data was obtained from questionnaires given to material experts, media experts, and education practitioners. The results of the study showed that the assessment of validity by material experts obtained a score of 46 (90%) with the criteria of "Very Eligible", and the assessment by media experts obtained a score of 79 (92.94%) with the criteria of "Very Eligible". Furthermore, the assessment of practicality by grade VI teachers obtained a score of 69 (92%) with the category of "Very Practical". The results of the assessment of effectiveness by grade VI students showed an increase as evidenced by the pre-test results obtaining 43.1% and the post-test results obtaining a score of 82.27%. Based on the effectiveness of the use of Canva-based animated videos using N-Gain, it obtained the criteria of "Effective" with a percentage of 86%. It can be concluded that this research and development produces a product in the form of a valid, practical, and effective Canva-based animated video used in the learning process in grade VI of SDN 166321 Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas V di SDN 106804 Percut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SDN 106804 Percut telah berjalan dengan baik, dengan penerapan metode pembelajaran yang variatif dan interaktif sehingga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa siswa, baik dalam aspek membaca, menulis, mendengarkan, maupun berbicara dengan nilai post-test siswa kelas eksperimen 88,56, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol 80,35. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang perlu diperbaiki untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi guru untuk terus mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan agar hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia semakin meningkat.
