Abstract

This research on distance learning aims to show how to evaluate the implementation of online learning activities in universities that are faced during the covid-19 pandemic. Research on distance learning is part of a qualitative descriptive study with a survey method conducted online. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires to 30 respondents for lecturers who experienced the impact of the pandemic during the covid-19 period. In addition, the supporting data is secondary data from the results of the document filling out the google link. There are how many articles related to online learning during covid 19. The results of this study are from online learning, namely independent learning which seems forced to make students feel bored quickly and slow in online learning. Maximum practice is needed in independent study or group assignments so that students can be disciplined in learning. The weakness in online learning is the lack of communication between lecturers and students due to the encounter with the Zoom application with online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the local wisdom of the Banjar community on the banks of the Martapura River, Banjarmasin City and the hinterland of Baduy-Banten; (2) Describe the strategies for increasing the ecological intelligence of students through educational comics as a learning resource. The longterm objective of this research is to build the character of the nation (Nation and Character Building). Through exploring the values ​​of the life of the Banjar people on the banks of the Martapura river, Banjarmasin city and the Baduy-Banten tribe. The value of life of the Banjar and Baduy people who consider the river as a source of livelihood is very potential in shaping identity as a cultured nation through the transformation of character education. The research method used a qualitative approach with ethnoscience study methods. The research subjects were the community, community leaders, students and teachers. The research location is on the banks of the Martapura river, Banjarmasin city and the interior of the Baduy tribe of Banten. The uniqueness referred to is the pattern of life and interaction of people who rely on rivers and land. Collecting data by means of observation, interviews and document studies/ethnoscience. This research is also intended to obtain information about local materials which include local wisdom, local potential and local environmental problems. The results of this study indicate that there are 9 identified local materials that can be used as learning resources, namely the category of local wisdom which includes the habits of the people living at home as a place to live; the community's habit of storing their crops in a shroud; and the custom of the people to protect the river as a source of water for their daily needs. The category of potential/local environmental resources includes the freshwater aquaculture pond ecosystem; tree nurseries, biodiversity, rice field ecosystems; and waste treatment. The results of this study can be a reference for teachers in carrying out thematic learning of local wisdom and can be used as a reference in developing textbooks in the form of educational comics that are sourced from local materials.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of local taxes and regional levies on the original income of the Sorong City area (case study of the Tanjung Kasuari tourist area). Regional Native Income (PAD) is one of the financial resources owned by the regions. Revenue comes from various components such as local taxes, regional levies. This type of research is iresearch research i(field iresearch) idengan i use icualitative proximity, yes, it explains the effect of local taxes and regional levies on the original income of the sorong city area by means of imwa interview, observation, idan itelaah idokumen. This research was carried out at the Regional Revenue Office (DISPENDA) of Sorong City. This research uses the iprimer idan isekunder type of idata iprimer idan. The results of the research show that the contribution of local taxes and regional levies shows that regional taxes and regional levies greatly contribute to regional financial income every year, as evidenced by regional income from regional taxes and regional levies which have always increased over the past five years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Mariat Hotel in Sorong City. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. significant test through (t-test), using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination (R2). The population in this study were all customers of the Mariat Hotel in Sorong City. the sample amounted to 54 respondents. Primary data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. From the results of data processing simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS for windows version 25 program, the regression equation Y = 4.239 + 0.840X, the regression coefficient value of 0.840 means that every time there is a change and an addition of one percent in the service quality variable, the Customer Satisfaction variable will increase. of 0.840 if the service quality variable is zero, then Customer Satisfaction has a value of 4.239. In the coefficient of determination test obtained R square 49.6%. meaning that the quality of service affects passenger satisfaction by 50.4%. while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. The results of the t-test, where tcount 7.157> from ttable 1.6939, it can be said that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tadabbur Al-Qur'an is one of the teaching programs in the junior high school environment which aims to foster and develop polite and harmonious relationships between students and Allah, between students and each other, and between students and their environment. Many factors influence the success of a person's life, one of which is having good morals such as wisdom, generosity, renewal, steadfastness, chivalry, justice and others. The Al-Qur'an Tadabbur Program at MI Al Fithrah Surabaya is a form of madrasah program in an effort to shape student morality, the authors submit this evidence after the authors conducted research at the madrasah. The type of research used in this research is quantitative "pre-experimental design" technique, namely research using "one group design pre-test post-test" design which is then followed by statistical analysis of the "t" test (Fisher's Formula) to analyze the data. The results showed that there were significant differences between the morals of the students in the experimental group and the control group. Based on the analysis of the data obtained: the Al-Qur'an Tadabbur Program category is quite good so it is said to be effective. This difference can be seen from the increase in the average score of the Experiment group from 82.50 (Pre-Test) to 87.5 (Post-Test ) and the control group from 6.67 (Pre-Test) to 12.5 (Post-Test). This shows a significance level of 5. In the calculation results of the t test, it is obtained to be 45.83. This figure is far greater than tt at a significance level of 5%, namely 2.71 and a significance level of 1%, namely 2.02 (2.71 <45.83> 2.02). Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Al-Qur'an tadabbur program is quite effective in improving the morals of class 1 MI Al Fithrah Surabaya students.

Abstract

This research has a purpose in proving what result will be given by the leadership and organization culture to the worker’s performance. Using the people who works at Binar Academy Organization as the population of this research. Using questionnaire as the technique in collecting the data with the total of 60 people, and analyzing the data using SEM-PLS software with the inner and outer model. The result showed that there are significant relationships between :1. Leadership and worker’s performance, 2. Organization culture and worker’s performance, 3. Leadership and worker’s performance. And there is no significant relationship between leadership and organization culture.

Abstract

This research wants to find out whether there is an influence between the variables of financial planning, Social Shopping and Financial Behavior. This research is directed at students and sees whether student Financial Behavior is good enough which is influenced by financial planning and Social Shopping carried out. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The correlational design seeks to investigate the values of two or more variables and test or determine the relationships or interrelationships that exist between them in a particular environment. There is a not very strong influence between Financial planning and Social Shopping, there is a weak influence between Financial planning and Financial Behavior, there is a strong influence between Social Shopping and Financial Behavior and the mediating variable Social Shopping has a moderate influence on financial planning and Financial Behavior. Our findings suggest that Social Shopping can be a stimulator of financial planning and Financial Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial management in assessing the financial performance of the community self-managed group of the Kotaku Kampung Fraboh program for the 2021 fiscal year before and 2 years after the 2020 BPM funds in the Kotaku program of financial assistance provided from the center. The financial performance of the Kotaku Program community self-managed group is measured using financial ratios, namely: Current ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to equity ratio and. Debt to equity The community self-management group took one ksm for the sample in this study as many as 1 community self-management group selected by purposive sampling technique with the type of data collection carried out by collecting secondary data and analyzing financial management in assessing the financial performance of the community self-management group Kotaku program Kampung Fraboh for the 2021 fiscal year contained in the financial statements. These samples were analyzed using the Ratio method. The results of this study indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio and return on equity show a significant increase in financial performance after the Kotaku Program compares with BPM funds for the 2020 fiscal year. Meanwhile, the return on total assets, Total asset turnover and Current Ratio show no difference in recording community self-management group Kotaku program.

Abstract

Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, educational institutions must continue to provide instruction while adhering to health procedures. Distance online learning is one type of learning innovation practised. The implementation of this type of learning has both advantages and problems, particularly for students learning outside of their primary education major, as in this study, specifically students in the Midwifery study programme learning English. The purpose of this study is to determine the outcomes of online learning, such as student opinions and satisfaction, and to compare the results of learning outcomes between online and online learning in English courses. This research utilized a mixed method, with quantitative data supplemented by in-depth interviews with students enrolled in online programmes. This study included 20 students from the Midwifery study programme, with data gathered from secondary sources on students who had participated in offline learning before the pandemic (20 students) and primary sources received from students who participated in online learning. There was no significant difference in the average value of student learning outcomes between online and non-online, according to the findings. The majority of students are happy with the many types and methods of online learning. Further research on the clarity of learning outcomes is required, with larger samples and more detailed variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the actual cost pricing mechanism for determining murabaha, to find out and analyze the determination of murabaha margins, and to find out and analyze the implementation of actual cost pricing and murabahah margins carried out by Indonesian Sharia Bank, Makassar from a sharia perspective. To apply these objectives, data collection techniques were used through interviews, observation and documentation, with data analysis techniques using actual cost pricing analysis, murabahah margin determination analysis and comparison analysis of actual cost pricing and murabaha margins with a sharia perspective. The results of the study show that the actual cost price, namely the cost price in a sale and purchase transaction, is an agreement for Indonesian Islamic banks, Makassar in determining the selling price of murabahah equal to the cost price (buying) plus a profit margin. Then the determination of the profit margin/mark-up in financing under a murabaha contract is not carried out at the BSI branch office, but the authority to determine the profit margin/mark-up percentage is the head office and at the BSI Branch office only carry out according to the regulations including the system and every profit margin/mark up by BSI Syariah, the Makassar branch is only set for one transaction and payments are made in installments according to the financing implementation period agreed by the customer. Based on the results of the analysis regarding the actual cost pricing and margin/mark up in financing under a murabaha contract, it can be said that BSI, Makassar branch has carried out according to sharia principles. This is in accordance with the data analysis where in the implementation of the research it was found that there were no elements of usury, maisir, garar, haram and unjust.
