<![CDATA[Di antara berbagai jenis serangan di bidang Teknologi Informasi, serangan DDOS adalah salah satu ancamanterbesar bagi situs internet dan menimbulkan risiko yang menghancurkan keamanan sistem komputer, terutamakarena potensi dampaknya. Oleh karena itu mengapa penelitian di bidang ini berkembang pesat, dengan parapeneliti yang berfokus pada cara-cara baru untuk mengatasi deteksi dan pencegahan intrusi. Machine learningdan Artificial Intelligent adalah beberapa tambahan terbaru dalam daftar teknologi yang diteliti untukmelakukan klasifikasi deteksi intrusi. Studi ini mengeksplorasi perilaku dan penerapan dataset DDoS untukpembelajaran mesin dalam konteks deteksi intrusi. Alur dalam penelitian ini, pertama adalah mengumpulkandataset DDoS mentah dari sumber yang memiliki reputasi baik. Setelah data diperoleh, kumpulan data akhirdibuat untuk pemodelan. Manajemen data melibatkan pembersihan data, transformasi tipe data dan pertukarandata pada pengumpulan data. Proses seleksi disertai dengan model. Dua algoritma terpisah, random danadaboost, digunakan untuk melatih model dengan dataset. Model divalidasi dan dilatih ulang dengan k-foldcross. Model tersebut akhirnya dievaluasi menggunakan data yang tidak terlihat. Hasilnya ditentukan olehberbagai ukuran keluaran. Dalam percobaan, dataset DDoS digunakan: CICDDoS_2019 Performa deteksiintrusi set data ini dianalisis menggunakan dua model pembelajaran mesin. Dataset dibagi dalam rasio 80:20untuk pelatihan model, validasi dan pengujian. Model pembelajaran mesin dipilih secara sistematis dan hatihatiuntuk memastikan bahwa eksperimen dilakukan dengan cara yang tepat. Hasilnya dianalisis menggunakansekumpulan metrik performa, termasuk akurasi, presisi, recall, f-measure, dan waktu komputasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Many MSMEs have begun embracing online marketing platforms to sell their products and services in the current digital era. This is because online platforms facilitate MSMEs' access to a larger market and streamline the transaction process. With so many online platforms accessible today, it is tough to determine which is the best for MSMEs. Hence, a decision-making method is required to aid micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in identifying the online promotion platform that best meets the evaluation criteria. Using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, the primary purpose of this study is to aid micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in selecting the online platform that best meets their business objectives. The ranking results demonstrate that decision-making processes can be utilized to rank the most effective internet promotion platforms for MSMEs. From the final results, it is determined that the criteria for segmenting consumer reach and ease of use of applications are important in determining online promotion platforms, with the results of platform prioritization indicating that Instagram and Whatsapp chat media continue to dominate as an alternative online promotion platform for MSMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[Reading is an activity or process of applying the skills of processing reading texts to understand the contents of the reading. Research over the last 20 years found that Indonesia has experienced a decline in the habit of reading books. Likewise, students at PKBM An-Nahar are still very difficult to attend lessons when told to read. Therefore, it is necessary to create a culture of reading so that students' interest in reading increases. One of them is by creating a School Literacy Movement in the PKBM An-Nahar environment. So in this study, the authors wanted to find out how much influence the existence of the school literacy movement had on students' reading interest at PKBM An-Nahar compared to before the literacy movement existed. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is by collecting data, grouping data, processing and analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, students' interest in reading prior to literacy activities was still classified as lacking interest in reading. Meanwhile, after the existence of the literacy movement, students' reading interest increased to sufficient and high. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the Literacy Movement at PKBM An-nahar greatly influences the reading interest of students and other school members.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the result of an interview with one of the teachers while doing Field Experience Practice at PKBM An-Nahar. The results of the interviews revealed that students were still lacking interest when given writing assignments. Learning is done by lecture method. Meanwhile, students do not hone material outside of learning. Material arrest and consequences of students are very limited. practicing in writing skills training from students is expected to have a solution. This solution must also be able to foster passion and interest in writing. Based on the above, researchers will conduct research on efforts to improve the drama writing skills of PKBM An-Nahar students using the Guided Exercise Method. This research is included in the class action research (CAR). The research subjects were An-Nahar PKBM students, Kuwarasan, Kebumen. The variable taken in PTK is the skill of writing drama scripts with guided practice techniques. The indicators taken are in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Based on the results of the research, data were obtained on the process aspect of growing students' interest in writing as many as 22 students (88%). In the aspect of the process of finding ideas as many as 20 students (80%). In the aspect of the process of financing the elements in writing, there were 20 students (80%). In the aspect of the writing process, it can be seen from the rules of writing a script as many as 18 students (72%). And in the aspect of whether students are conducive to writing, there are also 22 students (88%). From these data, it means that students experience a significant increase after learning with the guided practice method. It can be concluded that efforts to improve writing skills using guided practice methods have been successful.]]>

<![CDATA[A large number of people in the community are now running small businesses, which are discussed in this journal. The vast majority of people are self-employed, and small businesses have always been the foundation upon which larger enterprises have been built. The purpose of this study was to investigate the merits of working for oneself, specifically through the creation of a small business. Analyzing natural phenomena by way of qualitative research methods informed by post-positivism was the focus of this investigation. Since we ourselves are the primary research tool, authors employed a triangulation (combined) data collection method, drawing in part from interview and observational findings, and relying on inductive (qualitative) analysis to place more emphasis on specific meaning than broad generalizations. The results of this study show that although most respondents provided almost the same explanation and assessment of the value of digitization in the wholesale sector, namely avoiding unemployment, having a steady income, opening up job opportunities, and helping to increase family income.]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce helps busy people meet their demands. E-commerce marketplaces abound in Indonesia. Retailers like Yogya Grand Subang must give media for online shopping to compete. Yogya Grand Subang uses E-commerce to create Yogyaonline.co.id, an online shopping media. This study aims to determine the effect of online business on consumer purchasing power in retail stores, the elements of online buying and selling, the tendency of people to shop online or directly to the store, the online shopping media owned by Yogya Grand Subang, and the factors that encourage online buying and selling. The research method used is qualitative using primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques with interviews and secondary data by reading, reviewing, and analyzing the results of the same research. The results of this study indicate that online business has an effect on increasing consumer purchasing power and has a significant effect on increasing sales at Yogya Grand Subang. Factors that encourage people to do e-commerce because it is more efficient, more complete, cheaper, more practical.]]>

<![CDATA[In the era of the Information Technology Industry, the function of the post office experienced a shift and had a major impact on Indonesian society. The large number of new private companies engaged in the same field has created intense competition, therefore PT Pos has transformed public service innovations in maintaining its existence and competitiveness. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. The sources of data obtained are primary sources, namely obtained directly from informants and secondary sources obtained through previous journals, archives, articles and related books. The subject of this research is one of the Subang Post Office employees. This research is located at the Subang Branch Post Office. Data analysis used the Miles and Hubermas technique, starting from data collection, data presentation, reduction and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) Forms of service innovation at PT. Pos Indonesia Subang 2) PT. Pos Indonesia has succeeded in innovating because of existing service innovations, such as the Q9 service, the PosAja digital outlet application! And PospayMobile which has new characteristics that are more effective and efficient by utilizing online network technology so that it can be accepted by the service user community. 3) The condition of PT Pos is after Innovation. With innovation, you can improve the quality of services provided by the post office. <![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the effect of the No Work No Pay policy on employees of PT. Taekwang is in a pandemic. The object of the research was carried out at the company PT. Taekwang Industrial. The method used is a qualitative research method using field research with a narrative approach, namely by focusing on studies interviewing informants who play a role in these conditions based on their experiences. Based on the research, the authors see the influence of NO Work No Pay on employees and companies. The data was obtained from experienced informants, namely employees and former employees of PT. Taekwang so that the data obtained is more accurate. From the results of the research above, it can be explained that the implementation of the No Work No Pay policy is effective and very influential for employees and companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, by using the No Work No Pay policy, employees and companies are also affected. Starting from reducing orders for companies, and reducing working hours for employees who are still working, as well as laying off some employees who have worked for less than one year. From the description above, it can be concluded that the role of the No Work No Pay Policy is very important for employees and companies to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic]]>

<![CDATA[This study aim to describe the efforts made in meeting the standards of facilities and infrastructure in implementing school-based management in an Islamic school in East Kalimantan. The research also describes community empowerment in the school environment and describes the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing school-based management in meeting the standards of facilities and infrastructure. The place that the writer used as the research object was at one of the Islamic schools located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
