Abstract

This study aims to determine of firm value with firm price as intervening variable. This research was conducted on the official website Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) namely www.idx.co.id by using secondary data sourced from company financial reports registrered on the official IDX website, news, journals, and books related to sharia financial and accounting report analysis. This study uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique used is ultiple linear regression with statistical software Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that the determinant of firm value with firm price as an intervening variable indicates that the research conducted has an effect on capital structure on stock price and capital strukture has an effect on firm value which is mediated by stock prices and stock prices have an influence on firm value. So this study explains that capital structure is a determinant that has more influence on firm value mediated by firm prices.

Abstract

Morality is very important for human life. In the modern era like today, there have been various advances in all aspects of human life, but some of these advances have not been accompanied by progress in human morality. So it is known that most educational figures, especially two figures who offer ideas about moral education such as Al-Ghazali and Emile Durkheim. There are 3 foundations put forward by Durkheim to become a moral human being, namely discipline, group attachment, and autonomy. Everyone must have these three factors to become a moral individual. Moral education is a way of teaching someone to behave well so that they become good people and are accepted in social life. Through society, moral education can be grown in a person, especially in the growth and development of a child. Morality plays the most important role, because morality in all its forms can only exist in society. In addition, morality is not born from individuals but from society and is a symptom of society. The existence of moral discipline not only supports moral life itself, but has a wider impact. This moral discipline also plays an important role in the formation of character and personality in general

Abstract

Thisistudy aimsito describe the system and strategy of socialichange as the basis for innovation in Islamic learning at SMP IT Al Marjan. Theimethod usediin thisistudy is a qualitative description using triangulation analysis. The results of the study state that the changei that occuriin humanilife affect the socialirelations of one human being with another human being. Change has benefits for human survival. Abstract

Improving the quality of learning in schools is determined by several factors, namely facilities and infrastructure, environment, competence of school principals and teachers, administrative staff, librarians, and a conducive climate in schools. One factor that has received less attention is the competence of the school component in managing school archives. In this regard, archive management skills training is seen as a good strategy to improve the quality of learning. This training aims for all school components to have the same vision and skills in viewing the importance of managing archives. This research was conducted for 5 months with the target of all components of SD Muhammadiyah Karangploso school. The aspects that are the focus of this research are the training process, and the practice of managing records in schools and their learning practices. Instruments used include questionnaires, interview guidelines, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are expected to benefit all components of the school, especially SD Muhammadiyah Karangploso.

Abstract

The success of a learning activity is supported by the ability of students to build curiosity through appropriate learning methods. Learning for children with special needs when receiving and conveying information, they use sign language as a means of receiving and conveying information. A fixed and precise method is needed for deaf children. The researcher chose MMR "Reflexive Magernal Method" and android as the media. These methods and media are applied at the Deaf SLB B Karya Ibu Palembang. By using the Mixed Methods approach, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods together. The research model used is sequential exploratory, in the early stages using qualitative and quantitative methods. Data obtained from observation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of research using the SPSS application with the T Test. There is a significant difference, namely 77.92 <85.48, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected, the difference is in the average value of the control and experiment. Output Group Statistics average value, namely the experimental class and the control class. It was concluded that there were differences in learning outcomes before and after using the MMR method in class XI students at Deaf SLB B Karya Ibu Palembang. While the effectiveness can be seen from the F test obtained 0.05 <0.216 meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, significant effectiveness in the MMR method.

Abstract

Geometry ability is an ability that needs to be learned from an early age. Mini cinema games can be one of the simple games designed to help children aged 4-5 years recognize geometric shapes. This study aimed to determine the influence of mini cinema media on the ability to recognize geometric shapes in TK Aisyiyah 2, Mandau Duri District. The research used was experiment conducted with a one group pretest-posttest research design, namely experimental research conducted in one group. The data analysis technique was paired samples t-test using the Statistical Program for Social Science software (SPSS version 25). The results of this study indicated that there is a very significant effect of using mini cinema media on the ability to recognize geometric shapes before and after carrying out the experiment by giving treatment in the form of mini cinema media in children aged 4-5 years at Aisyiyah 2 Kindergarten, Mandau Duri District. The effect is equal to 71.42%, and based on the Normalized Gain assessment criteria, it is in the medium category.

Abstract

Google Classroom for academic purposes supports an online learning platform. This research was conducted to investigate improving students’ reading comprehension by using Google classroom in STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. The questionnaire was responded by 30 undergraduate students in STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung who learned English courses. The questionnaire was analyzed used by the researchers using SPSS.Google Classroom is suitable for learning activities, especially teaching EFL learners. Google Classroom can improve students’ reading comprehension and enrich learning activities. It can fit with the necessity of students in STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. It make their job easier as students.

Abstract

Packaging design is fundamental for a company because it has a visual meaning that is implied both from the corporate culture, history, and positioning of a company. Every company has a packaging design, some are well-conceived and some are just perfunctory. Maintaining the consistency and quality of the brand image in the minds of consumers is very important so that it is easy to recognize the company in every communication. Products and services that are successful will be satisfying and easy to remember by consumers, as well as the company's brand. The packaging design in which there is a logo makes it the main identity for the launch of a newly established company or new organization. Without a visual identity, it will be difficult for consumers to identify the company. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs can be interpreted as businesses run by individuals, households, or small-scale business activities that drive the movement of development and the Indonesian economy. According to data from the Cooperatives and UKM Office of the City of Denpasar, for the type of Creative MSMEs, the Micro scale is specifically in the creative field of knitwear craftsmen. RH (Reta Handycrafts) doesn't have a packaging design yet, of course this will cause problems when introducing a product. A product that is sold has more value if it can be packaged very well, but not a few partners ignore it. able to support their business income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of the margel soil layer to distribute nutrients and restore soil health and fertility due to the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This method uses Smart Biosoildam (Biodam) technology which can be simulated to match the actual process (real time). From the observation of graphs and EC standards it can be seen that the ability of the soil to lower the level of acids and increase fertility. Janis this soil until day 42 the soil fertility rate has not reached = 900 uS/cm with microbial populations = 10 3/cfu to support the vegetative growth period as well as in the generative growth period, so that we will know when is the right time to do: soil recovery through nutrient infiltration, early planting of bulbs/flowers/fruits can begin to be conditioned. until mature based on nutritional value observed through sensors that convert analog parameters by the microcontroller into digital information transmitted via WiFi in real time. The initial condition before the simulation of soil fertility values with EC parameters was 444 uS/cm, the simulation results were: Simulation 1 : Nutrient content for generative growth was achieved on day 27 with fertility rate = 1025 uS/cm with Microbial Population 10 8/cfu. Simulation 2: Nutrient content for generative growth was achieved on day 42 at fertility rate = 1100 uS/cm with microbial population = 105/cfu. Simulation 3: the content of nutrients for generative growth cannot be observed

Abstract

Motivation is a concept used to describe the initiation, direction, and intensity of individual behavior. Motivation is the force that drives someone to do something to achieve a goal. Internal factors are factors driving desires from within while external factors are factors driving desires from outside oneself. Such as encouragement from family environmental factors, school environmental factors, and community environmental factors. Factors that play a very important role in influencing student learning motivation are external factors. This study aims to look at the external factors that influence student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City along with their indicators. This type of research is descriptive, the population for the assessment is students at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City, totaling 75 students who are all used as research samples. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire containing 26 statement items. The data obtained is processed using percentage analysis techniques. Some students stated that external factors influenced student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City on the family factor indicator with a percentage value of (59.2%). Some students stated that external factors influenced student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City on the school factor indicator with a percentage value of (64.6%). Some students stated that external factors influenced student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City on the community factor indicator with a percentage value of (59.1%). The results of the research based on the average percentage of the frequency of respondents' answers from 26 statement items show 61.2% of external factors that influence student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City
