Abstract

The material of the set is one of the basic concepts that must be mastered by students of class VII in order to facilitate students in learning other mathematical material. The purpose of writing this PTK report is: 1) To know students' understanding of the material set in class VII A SMP Negeri 1 Cisarua, West Bandung Regency before and after using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach. 2) To find out the effectiveness of the effective CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach is used to improve students' understanding of the set material in class VII A SMP Negeri 1 Cisarua, West Bandung Regency. 3) To find out the differences in the results of increasing students' understanding of the material set in class VII A SMPN 1 Cisarua, West Bandung Regency before and after using the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts in improving student learning outcomes in class XI IPA of SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Timur with a model of learning project base learning through the assignment of making vlogs (video blogging) of simple trigonometric equation material. The method used is classroom action research, in which the subject of this study consisted of 30 students with a total of 14 male students and 16 female students, where an increase in student learning outcomes was obtained by changing the value above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 11 Students (36.67%) to 24 Students (80%).

Abstract

This study aims to see the changes that occur from the motivation and student learning outcomes by using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model of the set material in class VII-G students of SMP Negeri 1 Cisarua. The population used in this study were students of class VII-G SMP Negeri 1 Cisarua as many as 34 students consisting of 14 male students and 20 female students. The method used in this research is classroom action research which is divided into 3 (three) cycles. In this case the overall cycle can be obtained that the motivation and student learning outcomes by using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) model of the material set for students of class VII-G SMP Negeri 1 Cisarua can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine about "The relationship mathematical critical thinking skills and Self-Regulated Learning of Cimahi High School students". This research is an experimental study with one sample class, namely the experimental class. The population in this study were all high school students in Cimahi City, while the selected sample was class X as the experimental class. The instruments in this study include, instrument tests consisting of 5 items of mathematical critical thinking and 30 items of Self-Regulated Learning questionnaire. The research method used is a method of correlation with quantitative approaches. Data analysis techniques used normality test and correlation test to find out the relationship between critical thinking and student Self-Regulated Learning. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in critical thinking skills mathematically by using the Self-Regulated Learning of Cimahi High School students. The results are seen that the value of Pearson correlation is 0.802 indicating the strength of the relationship between students' critical thinking mathematically and student Self-Regulated Learning, because of the Sig. for 0,000 less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the strength of the relationship between students' critical thinking mathematically and student Self-Regulated Learning is significant.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepercayaan diri siswa di sekolah tersebut dalam memahami materi kubus dan balok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP di salah satu sekolah yang terletak di kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 16 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk soal angket mengenai kemampuan self confidence yang berjumlah 24 soal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa siswa kelas VIII di sekolah tersebut memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang rendah dalam materi balok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the confidence of junior high school students of class IX on geogebra application assisted material. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive study with the population of all middle school students in West Bandung regency. The sample used was class IX students of SMPN 3 Cihampelas as many as 36 students on space building material. The instrument used was a student confidence scale with 14 statements that had positive and negative responses about learning using the geogebra application. This scale is used to look for responses from respondents on the confidence of junior high school students on building materials with learning assisted by geogebra applications. With the results of the questionnaire answered by students showed that students' confidence in learning materials to build space with geogebra application media showed positive results with an average response showed a strong category with the acquisition of a percentage of 68.25%. The average was obtained from the data of each indicator Student confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning interest of MTs students in Rajamandala in mathematical learning with the help of geogebra aplication on cylinder material. This research user descriptive qualitative method, which is a study that aims to contain descriptions, images or paintings systematically, actually, and accurately about the nature and relationship between the phenomena studied. The sample of this study was grade IX students at MTs Almuktariah in the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 23 students. The test used in this study is observation and the provision of interest in learning questionnaires. The results showed that 1) indicators of feeling happy with the highest percentage of positive statements 69,22% answered agreeing with good learning interest catagories, while for negative statements only 30,77% of students who answered strongly disagree; 2) indocators of student interest with the percentage of postitve statements 38,46% of students answered in agreement, whereas for negative statements 15,38% of students answered agree and disagree, while negative statements 15,38% who answered strongly disagree. Tujuan dari peneilitain ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat belajar siswa MTs di Rajamandala dalam pembelajaran matematik dengan berbantuan aplikasi geogebra materi tabung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, akurat dan aktual mengenai sifat serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diteliti. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX di MTs Almuktariah tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 23 orang siswa. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan pemberian angket minat belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) indikator perasaan senang dengan persentase tertinggi pernyataan positif 69,22% menjawab setuju dengan kategori minat belajar baik, sedangkan untuk pernyataan negatif hanya 30,77% siswa yang menjawab sangat tidak setuju; 2) indikator ketertarikan siswa dengan persentase pernyataan positif 38,46 % siswa menjawab setuju, sedangkan untuk pernyataan negatif 15,38% siswa menjawab sangat tidak setuju; 3) indikator keterlibatan siswa untuk pernyataan positif 38,46% menjawab setuju dan tidak setuju, sedangkan pernyataan negatif 15,38% yang menjawab sangat tidak setuju.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the learning interest of class VII Junior High School students in mathematics learning KPK and FPB byusing indicators of learning interest namely feeling happy, student interest, study involvement, diligent in learning and doing mathematical assignmens, diligent and learning discipline in learning. Research methods for analysis using descriptive qualitative methods, with the instrument used ini the form of quaestionnaires containing positive and negative statements to analyze student’s interest inlearning mathematics. Sampel subjects in the study were seventh grade SMP IT Daarul Fikri Bandung totaling 22 people. The result obtained from the study that the interest in learning mathematics assisted by VBA Excl on the material of KPK and FPB is good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause low interest in students' learning in mathematics at MTs Ulul Albab. The method used in the research is the survey method. The research technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed descriptively. Questionnaire consists of 24 items related to 1) feelings (11 questions), 2) attention in learning (5 questions), and 3) interest in the material and the teacher (8 questions), with 2 alternative answers to the questionnaire namely "Yes" and "No". The population of this study were all MTUL Ulul Albab students, while the sample was 60 students from various grade levels, consisting of 30 VII grade students, 30 VIII grade students, and 30 IX grade students. The results showed that the causes of low student learning interest in mathematics subjects were influenced (41.53%) at a moderate level enough to determine the low interest in learning mathematics, this condition is expected to increase again for the future

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze student interest in learning with the media ICT based VBA excel on theory KPK and FPB which is conducted method using method descriptive qualitative This research was conducted at Cokoaminoto Integrated Middle School in West Bandung Regency with a population of 20 students of class VII. The research instruments provided were Questionnaire interest in learning consists of 20 questions with 5 indicators related to ICT media -based Excel VBA and provided 4 student answer choices namely strongly agree (SS), agree (S), disagree (TS) and strongly disagree (STS. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained. namely, with indicators of feeling happy reaching 74.1%, indicators of student interest reaching 74.5%, indicators of student involvement reaching 72.8%, indicators of diligence in learning reaching 66.7%, indicators of perseverance and discipline reaching 73.7%. Then it can be concluded that by using ICT medi a -based Excel VBA can influence student learning interest in ongoing learning.
