Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial performance between PT. GAS NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk and PT.ANEKA GAS INDUSTRI Tbk, for the 2021period,using liquidity ratios,activityratios,and profitability ratios. This research method use in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using literature and documentation by accesing the related web to obtain secondary data. the data analysis technique use use is liquidity ratio analysis, which consists of the current ratio, quick ratio, activity ratio, namely the account receivable turnover ratio and inventory. Turnover ratio while the profitability ratio consists of profit margin (PM), and return on asset ( ROA).the results of the study show that the overall financial performance of PT.GAS NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk, is better than the financial performance of PT.VARIUS GAS INDUSTRY Tbk. PT.GAS NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk, has more ability to pay its short term debt obligations and its long term liabilities compared to PT. VARIUS GAS INDUSTRY Tbk.based on the 2021 financial report, PT GAS NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk, LIQUIDITY RATIO, both the current ratio and the fast ratio, are recorded or more than 160%. Meanwhile, PT VARIUS GAS INDUSTRY Tbk, is more effective in collecting accounts receivable, compared to PT.GAS NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk and PT. VARIUS GAS INDUSTRY Tbk.Are experiencing positive performance growth in 2021. Because the two companies are able to record a steady profit.

Abstract

The research entitled The Use of Pop Up Book Digital Media in Learning History of Khulfaur Rasyidin in Grade 6 SD. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of digital pop up book media on the effectiveness of learning the history of the Rashidun Khulafaur history. This study used the Design and Development (D&D) method by developing the ADDIE development model. Based on expert reviews from media experts, material experts and students at SDN Sukamaju digital learning media pop up books have an average pressure that shows a value of 83% with an interpretation of "very good" on expert judgment and shows an average promotion of 87.2% with the interpretation of "very good". The results of the study showed that there was an effectiveness of pop up book media in supporting the history of the Khulafaur Rasyidin in grade 6 SD as much as 80% in expert assessment and as much as 82% in student assessment. The ease of accessing material in this learning media shows a very good percentage of 80% in expert judgment and 81.1% in student assessment. Thus, pop up book digital learning media is an excellent medium to support learning in grade 6 elementary schools.

Abstract

Gadgets are very influential in human life, it can even be said that gadgets are able to seize various things from human life so that many people make mistakes in using these gadgets, especially in early childhood during this pandemic. Where gadgets are supposed to be used for school purposes but in fact many young children do not use them according to their needs. The purpose of this study is to find out how parents provide pastoral assistance to early childhood in using gadgets and for children's spiritual growth so that children do not get carried away in addiction to playing gadgets and even damage children's brain, senses and mentality. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in order to help provide enlightenment and understanding to be able to understand the purpose of this paper. Gadgets can be seen from the negative and positive side and it is believed that from the positive side it can make humans to access and know various things but if viewed from the negative side it will damage humans, especially children and make children more inclined to be lazy. This is where parental pastoral assistance is needed in supervising and monitoring children in the use of gadgets so that they are not excessive. Then have a commitment and be consistent with the child so that the child does not continue to spend time only playing gadgets. Therefore, the role of parents is very important to provide understanding and enlightenment to children about the impact of playing gadgets in the long term so that children can realize the dangers of gadgets. Presumably through this article, we can all know how to use gadgets.

Abstract

Culture Shock is a cultural shock event experienced by someone when faced with a new environment. Culture Shock was also experienced by PMM 2 students who are domiciled in North Sumatra and made an exchange to Java Island. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences between the respondent's domiciled and the respondent's PMM location. The instrument used in this study was distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the study found that there were significant differences between the culture in the respondent's domiciled location and the respondent's PMM location

Abstract

Bangko Pusako 3 Public High School students who take part in the men's volleyball extracurricular are the subject of this study, and the purpose of this study is to find out how variations of training affect the accuracy of the upper serve. This research was conducted in November and December 2022. Twelve students who took part in the men's volleyball extracurricular made up the population of this study. The total sampling method was used to select a sample of 12 students for research. AAHPER Service Accuracy is an instrument used to collect data. To determine the category of explanation of training variations on the accuracy of men's volleyball serve, the data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Using SPSS 25.0 statistics, the inferential analysis method uses three tests, namely the normality test with the Liliefors test, the homogeneity test with the Levene test, and the hypothesis test with the t test by comparing the mean between the pretest and posttest using the percentage increase. With and a significance level of , it can be concluded that the upper serve variation exercise has a significant effect on the accuracy of men's volleyball serves from the research that has been described.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a development research to determine the level of feasibility by experts, namely material experts, media experts and linguists as well as to find out student responses to the video tutorial media for Making Various Kinds of Kampuh in the Class X Fashion Subject at SMK Negeri 3 Kediri. The research was developed using 4D model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The data collection method uses a media feasibility assessment questionnaire by Material Experts, Media Experts and Language Experts as well as student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques to process data from the validation results of media feasibility and student response data.The results of research and development of video tutorials for making various kinds of kampuh show the following results, (1) The feasibility level of the media by the Material Expert with an average score of 3.31 which is declared Very Feasible to be tested. The level of eligibility of the media by Media Experts with an average score of 3.73 which was declared Very Feasible to be tested. The feasibility level of the media by linguists with an average score of 3.50 which was declared Very Feasible to be tested. (2) The results of student responses in a small-scale trial with 6 people obtaining a score percentage of 89% are included in the Very Good category. While the results of student responses in the large-scale trial of 31 people obtained a score percentage of 92% included in the Very Good category.

Abstract

to meet family needs but has opportunities to develop because it is supported by the availability of abundant fish resources and low production costs. This study aims to analyze the advantages of smoked fish processing carried out by smoked fish processing SMEs in Bone Regency and the feasibility of smoked fish processing businesses to be developed in Bone Regency. This research is a quantitative research conducted using financial analysis to find out the cost, income level, and criteria for income analysis for 2021. The results of this study indicate that the profit from processing smoked skipjack fish is Rp. 8,422,400/month. Financial Analysis Net B/C Ratio for skipjack tuna processing shows the number 1.10, meaning that this business is feasible to develop and the Break Event Unit (Kg) of smoked skipjack tuna is 576.49 units (Kg)/month and the Break Event Sales of smoked skipjack tuna is IDR 6,725,693. 75/month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, environmental cleanliness, and product variety on people's buying interest in culinary traders in the Tongas Rest Area. The research uses a quantitative descriptive research method which is carried out through data collection with primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the price (X1) has increased by one unit, then buying interest (Y) will have increased by 0.434 = 43.4%, the coefficient is positive, meaning that price and buying interest have a positive relationship. environmental cleanliness (X2) has increased by one unit, then buying interest (Y) will have increased by 0.197 = 19.7%, the coefficient is positive, meaning that environmental cleanliness and buying interest have a positive relationship. Product variety (X3) has increased by one unit, then buying interest (Y) will have increased by 0.132 = 13.2%, the coefficient is positive, meaning that product variation and buying interest have a positive relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference between micro income before and during receiving credit loans from PNM Madani to Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperative (UMKMK) actors in Probolinggo. The research used a quantitative descriptive research method which was carried out through data collection with primary and secondary data, a population of 53 and the sample in this study were 10 UMKMK actors who were registered for 3 years and still resided in Gending and made credit loans at PNM Madani for the period of 2020. The data analysis technique in this study was a different test of the average of two paired samples (t-test). The results showed that the difference in Micro Income before and during receiving Credit Loans from PNM Madani to UMKMK actors was seen from the data analysis with the t-test, the t-count value was 8,168 beyond the limit value of t table (8,168> 2,045) so it can be stated that there is a difference Recipients before and after receiving Credit Loans from PNM Madani to UMKMK actors in Probolinggo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision regarding the level of discipline of Civil Servants and to find out how the influence of supervision on the discipline of civil servants at the secretariat office of the DPRD district of Probolinggo city. In this study the hypothesis put forward is "Supervision has a positive effect on discipline in the Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat Office". The data were taken and obtained from 38 respondents who were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires/questionnaires, then processed through product moment correlation coefficient analysis and determinant coefficient analysis, which were then presented in the form of scientific analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that supervision had a positive influence on civil servant discipline and the effect was in the moderate category. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient, the results obtained are 0.425. then by calculating the correlation of the determinants obtained results of 18.06%. Which means that the increase in civil servant discipline by 18.06% is caused by the implementation of supervision, the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
