<![CDATA[MSMEs are an important sector in a country's economy. However, MSMEs in Indonesia still experience various problems. One of the factors that can affect the quality of human resources in MSMEs is work ethic. So, the role of religious education in improving the work ethic of MSME owners needs to be studied further. This study aims to explain the role of religious education in improving the work ethic of MSME owners and provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence work ethic in MSMEs and how religious education can help improve the work ethic. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study conclude that religious education can play an important role in improving the work ethic of MSME owners. The moral values and business ethics taught in religious education can help MSME owners to develop a good work ethic and build a sustainable successful business.]]>

<![CDATA[Dry system transportation using the principle of hibernation aims to suppress the metabolic processes of an organism so that in minimum environmental conditions the organism can survive. The survival of freshwater crayfish during transportation using the dry system is strongly influenced by the position of the lobsters in the packaging and the temperature of the media. This study examines the effectiveness of rice straw media in the transportation of crayfish with a comparison medium consisting of sponges and sawdust which are commonly used in the process of transporting crayfish. Research results on the survival rate of freshwater crayfish using rice straw media provide the most efficient survival results among other media. The process of transportation with different media had a very good survival impact on crayfish starting from treatment A using (sponge) with an average survival rate of 16.7 heads or (83.5%) of 20 heads. Treatment B used (wood powder) with an average survival rate of 17 or (85%) of 20 individuals. Treatment C used rice straw with an average survival rate of 18.3 individuals or (91.5%) of 20 individuals. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of (1) online shopping convenience and (2) self-control on consumptive behavior as well as knowing economic interest in moderating the effect of (3) online shopping convenience and (4) self-control on SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta students. The research design is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was 706 consisting of class XI and XII students of SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling with sample details of 63 from XII IPS, 65 from XI IPS, 63 from XII MIPA, and 65 from XI MIPA so that a sample of 256 was collected. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Validity test using Pearson Product Moment and reliability using Cronbach Alpha and analysis was carried out using (MRA). Through processing the research data, it was found that the ease of online shopping (0.353) and self-control (0.601) had no effect on consumptive behavior because both variables showed a Sig value > 0.05 with a coefficient of determination of 0.04%. Then it is known that the economic interest variable does not have a moderating effect on the ease of online shopping and self-control of consumptive behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[Salin tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus, Linn) Is a type of fish consumed in brackish water with an elongated body shape and flattened to the sides and blackish white in color. Tilapia aquaculture is a promising activity for the main actors in fisheries because the demand for tilapia is very high and tilapia aquaculture is an activity that is easy and fast to implement. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of intensive saline tilapia cultivation by the Perkasa Fish Farmers Group (Pokdakan) in Karangrejo Village, Manyar Gresik District. In this study, data collection methods were used including primary data and secondary data, to calculate business feasibility, financial analysis was carried out such as operational costs, net income and BCR. The difference in variable costs is influenced by the size of the business being run. The larger the scale of the business being run, the greater the variable costs incurred. Vice versa, the smaller the business scale, the smaller the variable costs incurred. To increase income, the population size should be increased because the higher the business population, the higher the income.]]>

<![CDATA[SMEs as the backbone of the nation's economy have great opportunities to enter international markets. The government's agenda for SMEs to upgrade from local to international levels shows government support for SMEs to expand the market to the global realm. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that seeks to explore the motivations of SMEs to enter the international market and explain the strategies for internationalizing SMEs. A case study approach is used to describe the experience of entering the international market. The participants in this study are the owners of PT. Puspa Mandiri which is engaged in the wood working industry and UD Sun Teak Garden which produces classic garden products. Interview transcripts were analyzed by breaking them down into several units and describing their relationship to the existing literature. Based on the results of the interviews, the two companies show a high entrepreneurial spirit marked by an international orientation and a strong commitment to grow and develop business overseas. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the conflict management that exists in schools. The research uses a literature study where all information is obtained from articles and books. The results and discussion obtained can be described that the school principal as an administrator (school manager) and educational leader (educational leader) should be able to consider various existing conflict management strategies. One thing that is recommended is to start from a passive attitude to an active orientation, and it really depends on the level of maturity of the parties experiencing the conflict. An understanding of how to change the attitudes and behavior of people who are led and also matters relating to power or authority is needed to better master conflict management. Another thing to consider in using conflict management strategies is the source of the cause. In principle, the principal must have the power and authority as an educational leader. He must be able to utilize the power that is in him and be able to take advantage of the authority that is in him to direct the attitudes and behavior of subordinates. Implicitly it cannot be generalized that conflict is something that is detrimental or beneficial. In order for conflict to increase the performance and productivity of an organization, the leader of the organization is required to have the ability to manage conflict. There are several conflict management techniques in all situations, where each approach has advantages and disadvantages. Conflict needs to be resolved in a way that is appropriate and appropriate against the background of the conflict. The causes of conflict are not solely internal to the organization but also external to the organization.]]>

<![CDATA[Vocabulary is a tool for the four skills of speaking, reading, listening, and writing. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methods. This study uses observation and interviews with an English teacher in an elementary school and focuses on the English teacher as an informant about teaching vocabulary methods in English Young Learners' (EYL) classroom. English Young learners' (EYL) are those between the ages of 6 and 12. It is clear from the research findings and discussions in primary schools that teachers use a variety of vocabulary teaching methods, including listen and repeat, listen and do, using songs, and playing games. The iterative, Listen & repeat and listen & do more dominant methods over the others. The solution to this research question is the first significant discovery made by the researchers. There are some inconsistencies between the theoretical and actual methods used by teachers to teach English vocabulary. The methods used in teaching vocabulary in the English Young Learners’ (EYL) classroom very widely. Based on the experience of conducting research, in this section the researcher would like to provide some suggestions that might be useful for further research. Further research development can be further deepened through the case study method and its solutions or through quantitative research, namely investigating English teaching methods and finding new methods in teaching English vocabulary to young learners.]]>

<![CDATA[The background to this analysis is that many companies require applicants to write their application letters in English. If a student wishes to get a job, a job application letter is required upon leaving school. The purpose of this study is to examine EFL learners’ application letters. This study uses a qualitative methodology and discourse analysis as its research design. The data used in qualitative research comes from a variety of application letters. Participants in this study were high school students at a vocational school. It consists of four students in grade 12—two boys and two girls. The research was conducted through an analytical process in which a student completed her application within one week. They are then collected and analyzed by researchers. The general structure of job application letters is analyzed, and formal and informal words in job application letters are recognized and noted. In general, the results of the above analyses show that two students met the criteria for writing a job application letter, while the other two students did not yet meet the criteria for writing a job application letter. Teachers should pay more attention to teaching writing subjects, especially in making sentences such as when writing a job application letter. If you find an error while writing, explain of the errors to avoid mistakes from happening again and reduce error at the start.]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, online classrooms are growing in popularity. Especially given the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, which has forced online learning. This study aims to investigate online learning in EFL learners’ writing classrooms. This study uses a qualitative method and a descriptive qualitative research design to examine in detail how teachers teach EFL learners in online writing. Researchers collected data through the technique of nonparticipant observation, and the researcher "observes from the sidelines" the action being observed. The results of this study reveal that the observed teacher's teaching method is not consistent with the four reference strategies employed by the researchers. The four strategies include; building knowledge of field, modeling of text, joint construction of text, and independent construction of text. Because, after being observed, the teacher employs only one strategy to teach writing, specifically building knowledge of field.]]>
