Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the teacher’s efforts in instilling a religious attitude in Islamic learning during the covid-19 pandemic and to describe the problems faced in Islamic learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at MIN 1 Tangerang which is located on Jl. Bitung Cisereh Rt003/003, Kadu Jaya Village, Curug District, Tangerang-Banten Regency. This research method uese descriptive qualititative method. While the data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. In instilling religious attitudes, there are aspects of religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of trust and sincerity, the value of morals and discipline, and the value of exemplary. From the result of this study, aspects of the value of worship are sunnah and fardhu prayers, tadarus al-qur’an, istighosah, reading prayers before and before learning, and reading surat al’ashr. The values of rauhul jihad are helping, helping Islamic holidays, and muhadoroh. The values of amanah and ikhlas are charity, responsibility, and please help. Moral and discipline value are 5 S (Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Polite and Courteous), comply with health protocols, and are good. The problems faced by teachers in Islamic religious learning are the lack of teacher knowledge on the use of sosial media less objective assessment, and teh influence of the outside environment on students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of cases showing an increase in risky behavior syndromes among adolescents, including pregnancies outside of marriage, juvenile crime, and drug abuse. One of the efforts to overcome risky behavior syndrome is through peer counseling. This counseling is seen as quite effective because it fosters self-efficacy from and for adolescents towards risky behavior. Adolescent self-efficacy towards risky behavior is the adolescent's belief in being able to refuse risky behavior. The purpose of this study was to prove the effectiveness of peer counseling in increasing adolescent self-efficacy towards risky behavior. This article is anaction research. The focus of this research lies in the actions that will be carried out in class XI TKJ 1 students of SMK Negeri 6 Malang in the form of peer counseling in an effort to increase adolescent self-efficacy towards risky behavior. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Malang. The subjects of this study were 5 students who participated as peer counselors and 30 students of class XI TKJ 1 who were given peer counseling. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire methods (pre-test and post-test), focus group discussion, and observation. The results showed that there was an increase in the self-efficacy of the research subjects in terms of their cognitive, motivational, affective and behavioral tendencies.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI TKJ 2 are not as expected. The things that are suspected to be causing the results of learning mathematics in class XI TKJ 2 SMK Negeri 6 Malang are that the teacher still uses the lecture/monotonous method, the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, the activity of students in participating in the learning process is low, learning motivation and low student self-confidence. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, the following data were obtained: (1) students discussed material or lesson assignments that had been prepared by the teacher intensively in groups with an average of 66.66% (good category), (2) a pair (two people) of each group visits other groups on average reaching 83.33% (very good), (3) Two people who live in each group are in charge of sharing their work and all information with their two guests an average of 66.66% ( good category), (4) Guests excuse themselves and return to their groups on average reaching 91.66% (very good category), (5) A pair (two people) who visit again discuss giving all the information obtained from other groups on average - an average of 75% (good category) (6) All group members match and discuss their work results together an average of 66.66% (good category), (7) Individually students receive quizzes or tests from the teacher and can be done by students on average reaching 83.33% (very good), (8) The teacher gives awards to each group, based on the acquisition of individual improvement scores from basic scores to test or quiz scores reaching 83.33% (very good) . And the level of mastery of student learning on average has increased each cycle, namely cycle I reached 74%, cycle II reached 75%, and cycle III reached 77%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning of the almsgiving earth tradition in people's lives and the correlation of the meanings of the almsround earth tradition in the perspective of the value of environmental protection and management. This research method uses normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. As for the results of the research that the almsgiving earth tradition in people's lives in principle has values including the values ​​of hablum minallah, hablum minannas and hablumminal alam, while the meaning of the alms earth tradition has a correlation with the values ​​or principles of environmental protection and management, namely with some values ​​or principles include; the value of sustainability and sustainability, the value of harmony and balance, the value of integration, the value of utilization, the value of prudence, the value of justice, the value of participatory and the value of local wisdom, from this correlation it is hoped that the values of almsgiving can encourage the birth of habits from human awareness as khalifatul fil ardhi to position the environment as a subject that has fundamental rights (human rights as nature/environment) as well as human positions to be protected so that in the end between the environment and humans protect and love one another.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of problems that occur in the learning process in elementary schools from an Islamic perspective. One of the efforts to increase knowledge and understanding regarding Asmaul Husna is through the use of the MARBAH Application learning media (Let's Learn Asmaul Husna). Learning media products for the MARBAH application are designed according to the needs and characteristics of students in elementary schools. Making media products for the MARBAH application aims to assist teachers in teaching Asmaul Husna material and is expected to help improve the competence, motivation and achievement of students in elementary schools. The MARBAH Application learning media contains PAI material, namely Asmaul Husna which contains material, readings and their meanings, videos containing Asmaul Husna songs and quizzes related to Asmaul Husna material. The method used in this study is the Design and Development (D&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The trial of the MARBAH application product involved grade VI students and teachers as research subjects. The results of the validation test from the research subjects indicated that the learning media product of the MARBAH Application was feasible to be used in the learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the development of teacher professionalism as a result of the principal's academic supervision activities. The research methodology employed is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used as data gathering methods. Also, a qualitative analysis was performed while the activities of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making were in progress. The findings of this investigation suggest that school principals as supervisors have attempted to develop the potential and competence of teachers through teacher certification program activities which are attended by most teachers. The coaching program carried out by school principals for teachers consists of academic supervision activities, training (education and training), workshops, work meetings, PKG (teacher performance assessment), PKB (continuous professional assessment), technical guidance, and seminars. The outcomes of the teacher academic supervision activities carried out by the school principal show that the teacher development program activities through academic supervision activities have been progressing well. The problem preventing the principal's academic supervision from being put into effect is the learning method which is still teacher-centered so that it is monotonous and students become passive. The principal's strategy for achieving effective academic supervision is to conduct class observations and assign assignments to the teacher so that the teacher's academic abilities can be seen.

Abstract

Student productivity in higher education is still a problem. In the digital era, technology is increasingly developing and provides convenience for doing various things, including in terms of learning. The purpose of this study will be an analysis of the role of ChatGPT in helping to improve the quality of student productivity. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that ChatGPT can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of student productivity. This language model can help students in various ways, such as providing useful information and resources, helping to improve language skills, facilitating collaboration, increasing time efficiency and effectiveness, and providing support and motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence taxpayer compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises in Makassar City. The population in this study were 40,874 SMEs in Makassar City. The sample selection technique uses the probability sampling method using simple random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). This research was conducted at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Office using primary data sourced from distributing questionnaires directly to taxpayers registered at North Makassar KPP and secondary data sourced from news, journals, theses related to MSMEs and data from North Makassar KPP Pratama. This research uses quantitative methods and uses field research by distributing questionnaires addressed to individual taxpayers as a data collection method. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis tool used is SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study indicate that the reduction in tax rates has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. It can be seen that a significance value of 0.024 <0.05 is obtained, so hypothesis one is accepted. Understanding of taxation has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. It can be seen that a significant value of 0.023 <0.05 is obtained, so the second hypothesis is accepted. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. It can be seen that a significant value of 0.049 <0.05 is obtained, so the third hypothesis is accepted. Taxpayer awareness has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. It can be seen that a significant value of 0.047 <0.05 is obtained, so the fourth hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This case study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Islamic education renewal management system at MTs Negeri 1 Pringsewu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that MTs Negeri 1 Pringsewu had made various efforts to reform the Islamic education system, including curriculum development, improving the quality of human resources, and utilizing information technology. In curriculum development, schools have adopted the 2013 curriculum and developed extracurricular programs to optimize students' potential. Improving the quality of human resources is done through training and competency development for teachers and education staff, implementing a performance appraisal system and providing incentives for teachers who succeed in achieving targets. Utilization of information technology is also one of the efforts made by providing internet facilities and computer laboratories to support the learning process and curriculum development. However, there are still several obstacles in implementing Islamic education system reform management, such as limited resources and challenges in using information technology. With systematic and integrated management efforts, MTs Negeri 1 Pringsewu improved the quality of Islamic education held at the school.

Abstract

This study explores the use of Flipa Clip-based learning animation videos as digital media in learning Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools, one of which is as an interactive learning medium in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material Faith in Rasulullah SWT for Elementary Schools. student. This research was conducted using the Design and Development (D&D) approach, with a series of studies on the processes of analysis, design, development and implementation. Data were obtained through instruments in the form of field documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires which were distributed to Islamic religious education teachers in elementary schools and middle school students in elementary schools. Data processing is done quantitatively. The data shows that learning animation videos based on Flipa Clip as a digital media for PAI learning in elementary schools are very easy to convey learning because the video design is attractive and interactive where there are animated characters, there are songs about prophets and apostles in it. so that learning activities are more varied and attract student learning motivation. When watching the Flipa Clip-based learning animation video as a digital media for PAI learning in elementary school, most of the students felt happy.
