Abstract

This study focused on Teacher Problems in the Implementation of Online Classes during the Covid 19 Pandemic in Thematic Learning for Class IV students at the State Elementary School 63/X Nibung Putih and efforts to overcome the problems found. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research method used is a natural object, where researchers go directly to the field to find out what problems are faced by teachers in the implementation of online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN 63/X Nibung Putih. The goal is to describe a situation that actually exists. The problems experienced by teachers in implementing online classes during the covid-19 pandemic in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN 63/X Nibung Putih were limited facilities and knowledge about technology, making online learning only possible through the WhatsApp application, not all students have smartphones, high internet quotas during the pandemic, unstable internet connections, lack of parental assistance during learning causes students to lack discipline, student complaints about assignments that are piling up. Efforts to overcome teacher problems in implementing online classes during the COVID-19 pandemic in thematic learning of fourth grade students at SDN 63/X Nibung Putih, namely providing assistance funds from BOS in accordance with government recommendations for purchasing internet quotas, parents must allocate availability of time to accompany children during learning, teachers can come to students' homes from time to time to provide teaching materials to students or contact students' parents directly to give assignments, teachers do not have to give a lot of assignments to students so they don't feel burdened remembering assignments are not from only one subject.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes for persuasive speech texts in class IX. 8 SMP Negeri 1 Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. This research was carried out using the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of two cycles, in each cycle consisting of; planning, action, reflection, and evaluation. It is carried out from August to November 2021. The data is processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II showed an increase. The value of students' knowledge increased from 74 in the pre-cycle to 81 in the first cycle and to 95 in the second cycle. The skill value also increased from 74 in the pre-cycle to 91 in the first cycle, and to 96 in the second cycle. The percentage of students' acquisition of knowledge scores increased from 35% in the pre-cycle to 79% in the first cycle to 86% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, the percentage of skill scores also increased from 38% in the pre-cycle to 86% in the first cycle to 93% in the second cycle. On the other hand, students who did not complete the percentage decreased. Based on the results of the second cycle of assessment, it can be interpreted that the implementation of the Offline Covid-19 Learning Model is quite effective in learning Indonesian. The implication obtained from this research is that the use of a scientific approach to the Covid-19 Offline Learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research above, there are several findings in this classroom action research that can be concluded, namely: 1) The average score of student activities relevant to learning has increased from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle of meeting 1, the average score was 60.92 (Uncompleted), the first cycle of the second meeting obtained an average value of 70.80 (Uncompleted), the second cycle of meeting 1 obtained an average value of 79.32 (Uncompleted). Completed), cycle II meeting 2 obtained an average score of 89.92 (Completed), showing a significant increase of 20 points. 2) The average score of student activities that are less relevant in learning has decreased from 17% in the first cycle of the 1st meeting to 0% in the second cycle of the 2nd meeting. It shows the success of the teacher's motivation with PBL. 3) The average score of student test results, in the first cycle of meeting 1 of 64.17 with an average percentage of learning completeness of 42%, the first cycle of meeting 2 obtaining an average value of 73.64 (Not Complete) with an average completeness student learning 46%, cycle II meeting 1 obtained an average score of 83.18 (completed) with an average student learning completeness of 83%, cycle II meeting 2 obtained an average score of 92.73 (completed) with an average completeness 100% student learning showed a significant increase of 28.56 points and 58% for learning completeness. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve students' ability to solve the problem of Akidah Akhlak material in class VII student learning at MTS Negeri 6 Padang Pariaman in the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

This article contains ideas about the implementation of high school level geography learning innovations in the 2013 curriculum as the heart of education and guidelines for learning. Geography is a science that studies the causal relationship of various phenomena and events that occur on earth, both physically and involving living things and their problems through spatial, ecological, and regional approaches. The results of the geographical study are directed to the interests of the program, process, and success of development. In the 2013 curriculum, geography subjects are grouped in the Social Sciences Specialization Subject cluster so that the study is more directed at the point of view of human existence and activities which are influenced by the dynamics of the physical nature. As a competency-based curriculum, the Geographys’ subject is set to have four Core Competencies (KI), namely competence in the aspect of living and practicing religious teachings, competence in affective aspects, competence in cognitive aspects, and competence in psychomotor aspects. Related to the study in this paper, curriculum makers must consider the scope and sequence aspects. The arrangement of geography material, both in scope and in sequence, will have an impact on the level of understanding and the knowledge construction process of students.

Abstract

Cultural Arts at SMP Negeri 5 Penajam, PPU Regency applies Integrated Cultural Arts lessons which have been developed based on the 2013 Curriculum by considering, Complexity, carrying capacity, student context. In addition to the above, the diversity of students' talents and interests is also one of the reasons for the implementation of integrated Cultural Arts lessons. However, with the amount of material and the limited time for face-to-face hours, several obstacles arise related to students. Students find it difficult, especially in dance subjects that are rarely studied at the previous school level, causing a lack of interest and student participation in the learning process. These obstacles need to be considered and find a way out by the teacher as a motivator, facilitator and evaluator in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the teacher's efforts in the learning process to increase the interest of Class VII-3 students of SMP Negeri 5 Penajam in learning dance. 2) the teacher's efforts in improving student learning outcomes for Class VII-3 SMP Negeri 5 Penajam in dance lessons. This research will apply the Active, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning (PAKEM) approach which is divided into two cycles. Based on the results of classroom action research, the teacher's efforts by applying the PAIKEM approach combined with the Demonstration technique can increase students' interest and learning achievement in the arts and culture subjects of the dance branch with competency standards for expressing themselves through dance works, especially in the basic competence of exploring floor movement patterns. dance in pairs/local groups. In the first cycle of 32 students who completed it reached 59.37% or 19 students and who did not complete there were 40.62% or 13 students, and the average score was 74.53. While in the second cycle of the 32 students who successfully completed there were 30 students or 92.75%, and the average value was 79.84. Based on the conclusions above, the research was stopped until the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to disclose information and discuss about Improving Student Learning Outcomes on Science Content with the Theme of Always Saving Energy Through Problem Based Learning Models in Class IV SD Negeri 219/X Pandan Lagan. This research is included in the type of classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out in this research was carried out at SD Negeri 209/X Pandan Lagan. The time of this research was carried out in the odd semester of the academic year 2021 - 2022, which began in August 2021. The subjects in this study were grade IV students, totaling 20 people. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four stages of research starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation sheets, field notes, learning outcomes test sheets, and documents. Data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that through the Problem Based Learning Learning Model on the Theme of Always Saving Energy, it can improve student learning outcomes in grade IV SD Negeri 209/X Pandan Lagan which is marked by an increase from pre-cycle (30%), cycle I (45%), cycle II (80%).

Abstract

High Order Thinking Skill or Higher Order Thinking Ability is one of the abilities that is the goal in learning mathematics. Students are said to have High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) if they fulfill three aspects, namely analyzing, evaluating, and creating. It is necessary to get used to it from an early age, through various models, strategies, or learning approaches. There are several studies that have tested the effect of learning models, approaches, or learning strategies including through the application of Problem Based Learning, Web-Based Project Based Learning, scientific approaches and Problem Solving. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of learning models and approaches on HOTS. This study uses a meta-analysis method with a sample of 5 articles from national journals and in the form of a coding category instrument. This study proves that the effect of methods, models and approaches on HOTS, HOTS is more influenced by the Problem Solving learning method.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan model blended learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada muatan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di kelas V UPTD SDN 02 Sungai Beringin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan langkah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data penelitian berupa hasil tes, observasi pembelajaran, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi dari setiap tindakan perbaikan pembelajaran. Sumber data penelitian adalah proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Data diperoleh dari subjek terteliti, yakni guru dan peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 10 orang yang dilaksanakan bulan Juli s.d. Oktober 2021. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model blended learning dapat mengoptimalisasikan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan yakni 65,00 pada kegiatan prasiklus meningkat menjadi 78,00 di siklus I, meningkat menjadi 92,00 pada siklus II dengan peningkatan sebesar 28,00. Hasil belajar aspek keterampilan memperoleh rata-rata 67,00 pada prasiklus meningkat menjadi 77,00 pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 90,00 pada siklus II dengan peningkatan sebesar 23,00. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka kesimpulan dari penelitian menggunaan model blended learning pada muatan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia perlu diterapkan dan dikembangkan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to find out: Is cooperative learning the Team Group Tournament model able to improve social studies learning outcomes on natural and social features in Southeast Asia in class VI UPTD SD Negeri 06 Sariak Laweh, Akabiluru District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class VI UPTD SD Negeri 06 Sariak Laweh, Akabiluru District, Fifty Cities District, in the 2021/2022 academic year as many as 7 students. Data analysis used comparative descriptive analysis techniques by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle, and qualitative descriptive analysis of observations by comparing the results of observations and reflections in cycle I and cycle II. With the application of cooperative learning learning model Team Group Tournament (TGT) on natural and social features in Southeast Asia in class VI UPTD SD Negeri 06 Sariak Laweh, Akabiluru District, Fifty Cities Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year. At the end of the second cycle, it is known that there has been an increase in the class average of 31.47%, from the average initial condition test of 59.24 to 90.71. Meanwhile, student learning completeness has increased by 42.85%, from the initial conditions that were already completed only 3 students to 6 students. Thus, most of the sixth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri 06 Sariak Laweh experienced an increase in learning outcomes on natural and social features in Southeast Asia.
