Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship projects on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMKS YPID. The approach used is quantitative. The population of this study consists of SMKS YPID Class XII students, with a total sample of 79 respondents. The data collection technique used a Likert scale-based questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The results showed that entrepreneurship learning has a positive but insignificant effect on student entrepreneurship interest. In contrast, entrepreneurship projects have a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurship interest. Furthermore, the combined impact of entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship projects on students' interest in entrepreneurship is also positive and essential. Based on these results, the most influential variable on student entrepreneurial interest in this study is the entrepreneurship project.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers on brand trust, considering gender as a moderating variable, with a focus on the use of celebrity endorsements for cosmetic products in Indonesia. Based on the Source Credibility Theory, this study employs a quantitative method using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with 115 respondents in Jakarta, who were obtained through a chain referral system technique. The results show that celebrity endorsers significantly increase brand trust, in line with previous findings that support the credibility of endorsers. A crucial finding is the role of gender as a significant moderator, where the influence of celebrity endorsers is more substantial on male consumers than female consumers in the context of women's cosmetic products. Managerial implications suggest that marketers consider gender dynamics in the selection of celebrity endorsers to optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness, even for products traditionally aimed at a particular gender. This study contributes to enriching the marketing literature by providing empirical insights from the Indonesian context regarding the role of gender in moderating the influence of celebrity endorsers.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of leadership style, workplace environment, supervisory support, employee motivation, and individual competencies on staff performance at PT. BTN nurseries. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all 30 employees (saturated sampling). The data were then analyzed using statistical methods to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that the combined factors of leadership style, work environment, supervisory support, motivation, and competence have a significant influence on employee performance. Specifically, leadership style was found to have a positive correlation with performance. At the same time, supervisory support appeared to have an inverse relationship with the outcome. Together, these factors account for a considerable portion of the variation in performance among nursery staff. These findings provide valuable insights for organizational management in agricultural contexts, particularly in terms of personnel development and workplace optimization.

Abstract

This study maps the scientific landscape of Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the ASEAN region through bibliometric analysis and network visualization. Using data from Scopus from 2009 to 2025, we identified 41 relevant papers from 36 different sources, showing an annual growth rate of 14.72% and international collaboration reaching 29.27%. The network visualization analysis revealed four main topic clusters: (1) a focus on SME/MSME digitalization, information technology, and business performance; (2) specific operational, decision, and manufacturing issues; (3) attention to sustainability and system dynamics; and (4) SCM core and economic aspects as a bridge. The most highly cited articles emphasized the crucial role of digitalization and big data analytics capabilities in improving SME SCM performance, particularly in Indonesia. A thematic shift from traditional operational aspects towards topics such as SME digitalization, sustainability, and resilience, with increasing contributions from ASEAN countries such as Indonesia, was also identified. The results of this study provide a comprehensive roadmap for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to understand the dynamics of SME SCM in ASEAN, identify trends, and direct future development efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2022 period by using four key financial ratios: liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. The research employed a quantitative approach using time series trend analysis and comparative analysis among companies. The results indicate that, in general, chemical sub-sector companies maintain adequate liquidity levels, demonstrating their ability to meet short-term obligations. In terms of solvency, most companies are able to keep their debt proportions within a reasonable range, although several firms still rely heavily on external financing. For the activity ratio, companies such as PT Indo Acidatama, PT Unggul Indah Cahaya, and PT Budi Starch & Sweetener exhibit high efficiency in utilizing assets to generate sales. However, the profitability ratio (ROA) reveals that most companies operate below the 5% threshold, indicating suboptimal profit efficiency. Overall, the financial performance of the chemical sub-sector remains stable but not yet optimal, highlighting the need for improved operational efficiency, debt management, and asset utilization strategies to enhance competitiveness in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of occupational health and safety (OHS) practices and leadership behavior on workforce performance at PT IB, with job satisfaction investigated as a potential mediating factor. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed to assess these organizational relationships. The findings reveal that OHS practices significantly enhance both employee performance and job satisfaction. At the same time, leadership behavior positively affects job satisfaction but does not directly impact performance. Contrary to expectations, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between OHS, leadership, and performance outcomes. These results underscore the critical role of robust OHS implementation and practical leadership approaches in fostering workforce satisfaction and productivity. These findings underscore the crucial role of robust OHS implementation and practical leadership approaches in boosting workforce satisfaction and productivity. Organizational management should therefore prioritize workplace safety and leadership development as key drivers of employee performance.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive systematic literature review to integrate the literature on the effect of tax holidays on renewable energy investments, namely the electric vehicle industry (Green Mobility) and natural sustainability. By analyzing 10 final articles from the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases published between 2020 and 2025, this study aims to analyze tax holiday policies in the context of green mobility and natural sustainability, assess their impact on green investment, identify obstacles or challenges and recommendations for sustainable fiscal policies based on data in accelerating the adoption and development of electric vehicles in Indonesia as part of the national green economy agenda. The results of this study show that tax holidays affect green investments in the electric vehicle industry (Green Mobility) and natural sustainability, as well as fiscal strategies to address the challenges of the electric vehicle industry towards a natural, sustainable Indonesia.
