This study aims to determine the application of learning management learning cycle 5E integrated with Islamic values and how students work in working on HOTS questions after the application of the learning model. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. Observations, interviews, and tests were used in data collection. Observations in the form of teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets. The results of the research at SDN Dungkek I showed that the learning process with the 5E learning cycle model consisted of various activities carried out by teachers with stages of engagement, exploration, explanation, elaboration, and evaluation. In the process, the integration of Islamic values in mathematics subjects with integer material is integrated into moral values , including being patient and sincere, not having evil thoughts, being generous, brave, and always doing good deeds. This study has implications for the importance of managing learning design for teachers to optimize students' potential and strengthen Islamic values.

Lately, parents are faced with problems that should not be ignored, namely moral and moral issues, which will become a severe problem in the future. This article is here to explain clearly the implementation of uswah hasanah education in character building in Islamic boarding schools as exemplified by Rasulullah SAW in everyday life, especially in the dormitory of the new students of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 10 Jambi. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with case study. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that the role of the dormitory supervisor teacher and dormitory administrator in terms of good, especially the habit of living disciplined in all things and inculcating the spirit of ukhuwah Islamiyah is a vital instrument in the formation of the Islamic character of new students.

This study aims to analyze the direction of the 2013 curriculum development policy at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses a case study qualitative approach, where the researcher conducts interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain the desired data. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman flow, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results indicate that the direction of the 2013 curriculum development policy is aimed at strengthening learning that leads to integrative thematic learning, a scientific approach, strengthening character education, providing adequate facilities, developing student skills and talents, and learning assessment based on authentic assessment. This study has implications for the importance of determining policy directions to meet the needs of madrasah citizens to create superior and competitive quality education.

This study aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in conflict management in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are several ways or stages that are carried out by stakeholders in conflict management. 1) planning in the form of problem identification such as knowing the form of conflict and the source of the conflict. The form of conflict that occurs in elementary schools is a form of conflict that occurs between teachers, teachers, and students, between students, and between principals and teachers. Sources of conflict occur due to differences in perception, lack of attention, miscommunication, and misunderstanding. 2) determining the approach and application of conflict management methods including conflict resolution with the compromise method; 3) Evaluation. This study implies the importance of managing conflict so that existing conflicts become a source of strength for school change and progress by community expectations.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online learning management and teacher personality competence on strengthening students' character education. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach in education management with a descriptive-correlative quantitative method with data collection in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Subjects and research locations are teachers and students at MAN Cimahi City. The results of this study. This study uses the Simultaneous F-Test, which means testing the effect of the X variable together on the Y variable. The basis for decision making, if the value of Sig> 0.05, then Ho is accepted. However, if the value of Sig < 0.05, then Ho is rejected. The Sig value for Regression is 0.042 b. This value is smaller than 0.05; then Ho is rejected. The R Square value of this study was 0.105 or 10.5%. So it can be said that Online Learning Management and Teacher Personality Competence together give an effect of 10.5% the rest (100% - 10.5% = 89.5%) is influenced by other factors.

This research focuses on the process of understanding the stages of evaluating Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMA Negeri 2 Jember through the Learning Management System platform. This study aims to analyze the design of digital-based PAI learning evaluations through LMS organized by SMAN 2. This research uses a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data in observable behavior, written data, and oral data. At the same time, data analysis is carried out through the interactive technique of Miles, Hubermann, and Saldana. The conclusion of this research states that the design of PAI learning evaluation through the use of LMS at SMA Negeri 2 Jember uses a blended evaluation design that integrates the LMS Moodle (Attendance register; Assignment; Chat; Feedback; Database activity) and evaluation through mutaba'ah sheets. This composite evaluation design ultimately leads to the achievement of students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies but remains adaptive to the demands of educational innovation in the current COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the application of LMS as an online learning platform in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic has an urgent position to be studied and analyzed in depth.

This study aims to describe the development of strategic issues at STAI Miftahul Huda Subang based on an analysis of the stages of strategic plan management. This research belongs to the qualitative by using a case study approach (case study). The results showed that the strategic planning of STAI Miftahul Huda was carried out by assessing the strategic issues outlined in the Strategic Plan by conducting various internal and external analyses and relevant to the vision, mission, and goals that had been formulated. Then related to the study of strategic issues, conditions, and directions for the development of STAI, along with the ongoing industrialization process in the Subang area, it becomes an opportunity for institutions to provide the required human resources. In addition, the provision of a digital-based information system to maximize various academic service functions is an essential plan for institutional development, considering that scientific advances, especially in the field of technology and information, are a crucial issue in entering education management in the 4.0 era.

The issue that schools, parents, and the community still lacks attention to the independence of blind children and even stereotypes of blind children who are considered to be dependent on others for their whole life becomes the basis for this research. This study aims to obtain an empirical picture of the internalization of the value of independence through orientation and mobility programs for blind children at extraordinary school. This research uses a qualitative with case study. Researchers used interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain accurate and accountable information. The data analysis technique is carried out in stages, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the internalization of the value of independence through orientation and mobility programs for blind children began with planning, implementing, and evaluating the program's success. This research has implications for the importance of strengthening the value of students' independence through innovative and superior programs arranged in a planned and systematic manner so that the desired goals can be achieved optimally.

This study aims to understand the implementation of excellent service in increasing public trust at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out through data reduction, data exposure, and concluding. The results showed that excellent service at SMA Nurul Jadid was implemented to increase public trust through; tangible modality, creating good communication, in-service training, the interconnection between employees, and an integrated approach to quality service. This research has implications for the importance of excellent service for every educational institution to ensure the loyalty of madrasa residents both internally and externally.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management based on ISO 21001-2018 in realizing superior Islamic boarding school-based university governance. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The results show that strategic management based on ISO 21001-2018 is carried out through quality planning, control, and quality improvement. In quality planning, the quality control work unit and stakeholders formulate and prepare higher education governance plans according to ISO 21001: 2018 standards. In the quality control process, universities establish requirements and recommendations for design and quality assessment. Meanwhile, universities carry out continuous quality improvement by evaluating improvements that focus on Lean and Six Sigma techniques at the quality improvement stage. This research has implications for the importance of quality orientation carried out by higher education institutions in order to create public trust and customer loyalty.
