Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period in Indonesia lasts from 31 March 2020 to 21 June 2023 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Indirectly, this also affects returns from stock mutual funds, both conventional and equity. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the JCI produced higher returns compared to the Stock Mutual Fund Index with quite a large difference in figures. IHSG produced a return of 51.83% while the Stock Mutual Fund Index only produced a return of 29.73%. As an investor or potential stock mutual fund investor, this is an interesting concern because a good investment should be able to exceed the benchmark return. However, to comprehensively assess the performance of an investment, apart from looking at the returns generated, it is also necessary to consider the risks contained in the investment instrument. Unfortunately, there are still many investors and prospective mutual fund investors who still do not understand how to assess their investment performance. There are several methods for assessing investments in portfolio form, including Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, Jensen's Alpha and Information Ratio. This research aims to provide an overview of the mutual fund performance assessment process and analysis of this assessment. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is the performance of stock mutual funds during the Covid-19 pandemic in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. The conclusions of this research are as follows: In March - December 2020, it was discovered that Ashmore Dana Progresif Nusantara received the highest performance score using two methods, namely Sharpe ratio and Information ratio. In 2021, TRIM Bhakti Bangsa received the highest performance score using two methods, namely Jensen Alpha and Information ratio. In 2022, Bahana Primavera 99 Class S received the highest performance score with three, namely Treynor ratio, Jensen Alpha and Information ratio. In January – June 2023, Syailendra Dana Ekuitas Sejahtera received the highest performance score using two methods, namely Jensen Alpha and Information ratio. However, if you look at the mutual fund that received the highest performance scores during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was Schroder Dana Prestasi Prima.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the traditional food business Surabi Kang Ayi Bandung City, this objective aims to find out to analyze the right strategy to be able to increase sales volume and to optimize the competitiveness of Surabi Kang Ayi Products with other competitors, which is analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. This study used qualitative research methods. The use of this qualitative method is accompanied by the descriptive analysis method which aims to explain and describe the data collected by providing explanations and recording all important information from a phenomenon under study so that a true picture of the phenomenon is obtained. The results of this study found that in an effort to increase its sales volume, Kang ayi surabi can implement several strategies, namely by improving the quality of its products, increasing online promotions, and differentiating its products by creating flavors, qualities and variants of surabi that are different from its competitors.

Abstract

Banking financial performance includes a number of indicators used to evaluate whether a financial institution is healthy or not. Financial performance refers to the evaluation and analysis of financial performance. Evaluation of financial performance involves a number of financial indicators and ratios that provide an overview of the company's condition. The financial sector, especially banking, has a very important role in supporting economic growth in Indonesia. Analysis of financial performance in commercial banks of BUMN uses ratios. profitability, which is one of the ratios used to determine the effectiveness of the company's assets and capital to generate profits which have an impact on the company's financial performance. In the profitability ratio in question, the author uses the Net Interest Margin (NIM), Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) ratios. Based on the results of the discussions that have been carried out, in general the financial performance commercial banks of BUMN for the 2018-2022 period, seen from profitability ratios, shows quite good financial performance, this is assessed from the achievement of NIM, ROA and ROE ratios which show positive numbers. This means that the company still generates profits by optimizing the assets and capital it owns. Apart from that, the NIM value shows a positive ratio, meaning that the company has bank interest income that is greater than the interest costs incurred.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on the level of customer loyalty at Laundry Sekha Clean Cianjur. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with the data collection technique used, namely the distribution of questionnaires distributed via google form. Respondents in this study totaled 55 people who were Sekha Clean customers who used laundry services at least 2 times during the last 6 months. This research is motivated by the decline in the number of visitors at the Sekha Clean Cianjur Laundry in the period January-August 2023. The decrease in the number of visitors to Sekha Clean shows a decrease in the level of satisfaction and loyalty of customers, one of which is caused by the quality of service provided less than optimal. The results showed that service quality had a 74.5% effect on customer loyalty. Based on the T test results, the t_count value is 9.446> t_table 1.673 with a significance level of 0.01 <0.05, it can be said that H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted, which means that Variable X (Service Quality) has an influence on Variable Y (Customer Loyalty).

Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the factors that can affect the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat Malang City through variables: working hours, compensation, job stress with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population used amounted to 45 people who came from employees of Bank Muamalat Malang City. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample method which is part of non probability sampling. The results of the study directly revealed that working hours affect employee performance, while compensation and job stress have no effect. In indirect research results through intervening variables, there is a partial mediation effect between work stress and employee performance, there is no mediation effect between compensation and employee performance and there is a full mediation effect between work stress and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of halal certification, halal product awareness and brand image on interest in repurchasing liquid products at PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative, descriptive and associative types. The population of this research is domestic consumers registered at the Distribution Department of PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia as many as 40 people using purposive sampling techniques. The research was conducted at PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia Ciwandan, Cilegon, Banten. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the three independent variables, namely, halal certification, halal product awareness and brand image, ihave a positive and significant effect on interest in repurchasing liquid products at PT. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia. This means that the halal certification, halal product awareness and PT brand image are getting better. Nippon Shokubai Indonesia has resulted in higher consumer repurchase interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel upah, tingkat pendidikan, dan PDRB sektor jasa terhadap tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja di Surabaya pada tahun 2008 hingga 2022. Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa PDRB Sektor Jasa tidak memberikan pengaruh apa pun terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Sektor Jasa, karena banyak kota-kota besar telah mengadopsi kemajuan teknologi yang mengakibatkan pengurangan tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu, asimilasi pekerja di sektor jasa tidak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan mereka, karena bekerja di sektor jasa tidak memerlukan tingkat pendidikan yang sangat tinggi. Selain itu, upah mempengaruhi penyerapan pekerja di sektor jasa secara positif; oleh karena itu, peningkatan upah akan mengakibatkan peningkatan penyerapan pekerja di sektor jasa.

Abstract

The Performance of the Cicinde Community Health Center employees during the observation period appeared to be less than optimal. This can be seen from the performance results data for 2022-2023 attached. The research aims to determine employee performance which can be influenced by internal communication, employee performance which can be influenced by organizational culture and determine the simultaneous influence of both. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive verification approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS 27 analysis tool. Research data uses primary and secondary data, obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, while secondary data comes from departmental documents and related publications. The partial research results for the two independent variables are that there is no significant effect on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the research results can simultaneously influence employee performance positively and significantly. The implications of this research can help Puskesmas management in improving performance effectiveness through improving internal communication and a strong organizational culture. This research also contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee performance in health institutions.

Abstract

Current developments in information technology are very broad and useful. Technology is not only used for communication, information, or entertainment; it can also be used for other activities, such as online shopping. Indonesian e-commerce has increased from 2021 to 2023, but purchasing intentions have decreased in Tokopedia, Bandung City. The entire research sample consisted of 150 people who participated and were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. Various tests such as instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple regression tests, and the Sobel test were used as analytical tools. The research results show that Advertising Value influences Purchase Intention which is mediated by Brand Awareness with a calculated t value of 2.68149 and a significance value of 0.007.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kos-kosan merupakan aspek krusial dalam industri perumahan, yang menuntut responsivitas yang tinggi terhadap kebutuhan dan keinginan penghuni. Namun, penelitian yang komprehensif mengenai responsivitas pemilik kos-kosan dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan penghuni masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi responsivitas pemilik kos-kosan terhadap kebutuhan penghuni dan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan penghuni. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan, dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik kos-kosan dan penghuni. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan temuan utama terkait responsivitas pemilik kos-kosan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responsivitas pemilik kos-kosan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan penghuni. Komunikasi yang terbuka, tanggapan cepat terhadap keluhan, dan keterlibatan dalam perbaikan fasilitas menjadi faktor utama yang meningkatkan kepuasan penghuni. Responsivitas yang tinggi dari pemilik kos-kosan memberikan pengalaman yang positif bagi penghuni, membangun kepercayaan, dan meningkatkan loyalitas mereka terhadap kos-kosan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya responsivitas pemilik kos-kosan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan penghuni. Hasilnya dapat menjadi landasan bagi pemilik kos-kosan untuk meningkatkan praktik pengelolaan mereka, memperbaiki layanan, dan mempertahankan kepuasan penghuni dalam jangka panjang.
