Abstract

In a competitive business environment, organizations need to adopt efficient systems to maintain operational continuity and continue to modernize their operational systems and procedures. Human resource management (HR) is the key to improving the company's overall performance by focusing on managing and improving the quality of HR in all departments. Job training, career development, and organizational culture have an important role in influencing employee potential and performance. This research was conducted to explore the impact of job training, career development and organizational culture variables on employee performance at PT. Srikandi Jaya Property. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that job training, career development, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This confirms that investments in job training, career development, and improving organizational culture can increase overall employee productivity and performance. The research conducted by the author provides important insights for companies to develop more effective HR management strategies, increase employee satisfaction and retention, and strengthen their competitive position in an increasingly complex market. Abstract

Electronic Parking (E-Parking) is an innovation of parking services to realize safe, convenient, and transparent parking. The implementation of E-Parking aims to reduce the leakage of parking fees and illegal parking attendants so that it can increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Ponorogo Regency. This study analyzes the perceptions of parking attendants regarding the effectiveness of the E-parking trial on public roadsides on increasing PAD. Primary data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation were used in the descriptive qualitative methodology of this research. The informants in this study are parking attendants who are on duty at the points used as E-Parking trial points. The effectiveness of the E-parking trial based on the perceptions of parking attendants was ineffective because there were still parking attendants who were reluctant to operate the parking equipment because parking attendants felt that E-parking made the work inefficient and slowed down the work because the parking equipmen was always constrained. The effectiveness of the E-parking trial as an effort to increase PAD has been effective, this can be assessed from the increase in PAD from parking fees doubled when the trial was implemented compared to before the trial was carried out. Abstract

This study aimed to look over the effect of Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and reference group on usage decisions mediated by Attitude. This study of the population is quantitative in nature, namely Generation Z, which is all e-wallet users. There were 125 samples used in the study, which were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the Smart PLS version 4.0 program. This study found the results that Perceived ease of use and reference group have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions, perceived usefulness on Attitude has a positive and significant impact, Perceived ease of use on usage decisions mediated by Attitude has a noteworthy and favorable impact, and reference group on usage decisions mediated by Attitude has a positive and significant impact.

Abstract

Technological developments have created new innovations in non-cash payment methods, namely QRIS. QRIS issued by Indonesian banks allows various electronic payment applications to use the same QR code to facilitate payment transactions, so that QRIS users continue to increase every year. However, the increase in the number of users cannot be separated from the driving factors that make users interested in making transactions using QRIS. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perceived convenience, lifestyle and trust on interest in using QRIS among accounting students. Data was obtained from 91 respondents who were accounting students from the 2020-2022 class at UPN "Veteran" East Java using the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The research that has been carried out shows the results that the variables of perceived convenience, lifestyle and trust have a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS among accounting students at UPN "Veteran" East Java.

Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar seharusnya berorientasi pada keberhasilan untuk memberikan rangsangan kepada peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif. Namun, pada saat pelaksanaannya tidak semua peserta didik terlibat secara aktif dan bersemangat pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, yang menyebabkan proses pembelajaran tersebut kurang efektif disebebkan oleh rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara konsep diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat belajar peserta didik baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (i) konsep diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat belajar ekonomi sebesar 11,5% secara efektif dan 28,9% secara relatif, (ii) lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat belajar ekonomi sebesar 29,4% secara efektif dan 71,9% secara relatif, (iii) konsep diri dan lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar sebesar 40,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59,1% yaitu dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Minat belajar harus lebih ditingkatkan dengan cara fokus pada pengembangan konsep diri yang positif seperti meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan tanggung jawab terhadap proses belajar. Memanfaatkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung di rumah dengan mengatur waktu belajar secara konsisten dan mencari bantuan saat menghadapi kesulitan. Komunikasi terbuka dengan orang tua juga penting untuk mendapatkan dukungan emosional dan akademik yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Bukae North Luwu. The study employs a quantitative method approach, and the research population consists of employees' performance at PDAM Tirta Bukae North Luwu. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling. A total of 78 samples were taken, but only 60 samples returned. To test the hypotheses, this research uses the simple linear regression analysis technique with the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 2023 software as the analytical tool. The research results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance with leverage, profitability, and firm size as control variables on firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility is measured by GRI G.4 for 2018-2020 and GRI Standard for 2021. Corporate Governance is proxied by the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) score. Sampling used a purposive sampling method and produced 100 selected samples. The data in this research is in the form of secondary data taken from the annual financial reports of companies listed in the CGPI rating for the period 2018 – 2021. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the research show Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on firm value. Tests on the control variable leverage have a positive and significant effect, while profitability and firm size have a positive but not significant effect on firm value.Keywords: Firm Value, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance, CGPI, Leverage, Profitability, Firm Size

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the performance of online shops at Marichashop Bekasi Stores in finding solutions and efforts that can be made to increase product sales using marketing mix strategies. Qualitative method with descriptive data analysis using the results of interviews with Marichashop Store owners to find out the details of the problems being faced and the author's views regarding marketing mix strategies in an effort to increase product sales at Marichashop Bekasi Store. The results showed that Marichashop did not carry out the performance process optimally, it was because Marichashop was still carrying out a conventional performance process where Marichashop only used WhatsApp media as a communication and promotion tool in selling. Selling with a distribution system and not utilizing the development of information technology now such as social media and marketplaces well. That caused sales for the last 1 year to fluctuate, even in May it experienced a significant decline of 85.45%. With that, you must consistently carry out a marketing mix strategy and adapt to the development of information technology. Mainly marketplaces and social media by creating Marichashop accounts, both social media accounts and marketplaces and using them as promotional media.

Abstract

As an archipelagic country, salt is one of the main commodities in Indonesia. In Kalianget Village, Sumenep Regency, salt farmers are starting to transform using modern production methods which use geomembrane media as a salt production table. These changes will certainly affect the total production costs and quality of the salt produced. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of production costs and the quality of salt products on salt business income in Sumenep Regency, especially in Karanganyar Village, Kalianget District. The research used a quantitative approach with 30 salt farmers as respondents. The instrument tests carried out were multiple linear regression tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests by testing production costs (X1), salt quality (X2) and farmer income (Y). The research results show that salt business income in Sumenep Regency is significantly influenced, both simultaneously and partially, by the total production costs and quality of the salt produced.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of PT XYZ's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in the Jabodetabek region. Focusing on MSME mentoring and revolving capital loans, the study aims to understand their effects on managerial capacity, work skills, financial capacity, and access to financing for MSEs. Utilizing a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews with PT XYZ's CSR & External Relation Division, ten mentored MSEs, and two facilitators are conducted, supplemented by secondary data from the company. Findings reveal that PT XYZ's MSE mentoring program offers practical training, mentoring, and financial aid, addressing financing challenges, enhancing product quality, and expanding market share. The revolving capital loan program also proves beneficial for various business purposes. Despite challenges like loan repayment and network expansion, these initiatives significantly contribute to local economic development, community well-being, and MSME growth in the Jabodetabek region.
