Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya pengaruh harga, promosi, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Usaha Pojok Sate Taichan Prapto di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner/angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian  (1) Hasil uji t pada X1 (harga) memiliki nilai signifikan = 0.000 lebih kecil dari signifikan = 0.05 ini berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima maka variabel harga mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian(Y), (2) Hasil uji t pada X2 (promosi) memiliki nilai signifikan = 0.202 lebih besar dari signifikan = 0.05 ini berarti H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak maka variabel promosi tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian(Y), (3) Hasil uji t pada X3 (lokasi) memiliki nilai signifikan = <.001lebih kecil dari signifikan = 0.05 ini berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima maka variabel lokasi mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian(Y), serta F hitung sebesar 132.222 dengan sig <.001b lebih kecil dari sig 0.05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, serta dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan ada pengaruh harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian Usaha Pojok Sate Taichan Di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Padi merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Bengkulu, sehingga tanaman ini banyak diproduksi oleh petani. Produksi padi di Kota Bengkulu bersifat fluktuatif bahkan cenderung menurun dan tidak sejalan dengan luas panen padinya. Selain faktor biologis, faktor sosial ekonomi  turut berperan dalam produksi tanaman padi yang dihasilkan oleh petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh curah hujan, suhu rata rata , dan luas panen terhadap produksi padi  di Kota Bengkulu tahun  2017-2023. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, sampel data penelitian di tetapkan secara sengaja (purposive) selama 7 tahun. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data time series yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Bengkulu. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda  model logaritma natural dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS) versi 22. Hasil analisis  secara parsial pada taraf kepercayaan 95 persen dan α = 0,5 membuktikan bahwa: (1) Curah hujan berpengaruh negatif  terhadap produksi  padi di kota Bengkulu, besar pengaruh senilai minus 1,938 satuan, (2) Suhu rata-rata berpengaruh negatif terhadap produksi padi di kota Bengkulu, besar pengaruh senilai minus 3,690 satuan, (3) Luas panen berpengaruh positif  terhadap produksi padi di Kota Bengkulu, besar pengaruh senilai positif 1,355 satuan. Selanjutnya, dari hasil analisis secara simultan melalui uji F dan uji signifikasi terbukti bahwa  curah hujan, suhu rata-rata dan luas panen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh tehadap produksi padi di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), dan budaya organisasi (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Bengkulu. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji T. populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Bengkulu yang berjumlah 45 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  sampel jenuh dimana sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa, (1) Motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan (Y). (2) Disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). (3) Budaya organisasi  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Paylater features, the perception of ease of use, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on impulse purchase decisions on the Shopee application in the Banten community. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that simultaneously, the three independent variables had an influence of 52.5% on impulse purchase decisions with an R-Square value of 0.525. Partially, the results of the analysis showed that the Shopee Paylater feature did not have a significant effect directly on impulse purchase decisions (t = 1.116; p = 0.132). In contrast, the perception of ease of use had a significant effect (t = 2.032; p = 0.021), and FOMO had the most significant influence on impulse purchase decisions (t = 9.411; p = 0.000). These findings indicate that psychological factors and perceptions of ease of use of the platform are more dominant driving impulse buying behaviors compared to digital credit features

Abstract

The growth of the construction sector has increased the demand for building materials and intensified competition among building material distributors. This condition requires companies to implement appropriate business development strategies to remain competitive and improve sales performance. This study aims to identify the strategies applied in the business development of CV. Maju Mapan Sejahtera as a building material distributor in responding to the increasingly competitive business environment in Batang Regency. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation involving the business owner, employees, and retail partners of CV. Maju Mapan Sejahtera. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through the SWOT framework to examine internal and external factors affecting the company. The results indicate that the company’s main strengths include service quality, competitive pricing, strong business relationships, and a strategic business location. The identified weaknesses are limited product brand variety and the lack of promotional activities. Business opportunities are supported by the continuous growth of construction activities in the region, while the primary threats arise from intense competition and price sensitivity among retail partners. SWOT-based business development strategies are essential to enhance competitiveness and ensure business sustainability.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence audit delay in the banking sector listed on the IDX, as well as to analyze its impact on transparency, compliance with regulations, company value and financial market stability. With a deeper understanding of this phenomenon, it is hoped that it can make a meaningful contribution to development policy, manager practice, and further research in the banking sector. The research methodology used in this research is a method that was built systematically using deductive logic from the beginning of construction. hypothesis. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, which aims to investigate and study an event or phenomenon about something, and the unit of analysis is an organization with minimal participation from the researchers used. The variable Company Size has a negative and statistically significant effect on Audit Delay and The Profitability variable has a negative and statistically significant effect on Audit Delay. Company size has a statistically significant negative effect on audit delay. Profitability has a negative and statistically significant effect on audit delay. This research was conducted based on several research constraints that may affect archaeology. In other words, the nature of the data in this research is secondary data in the form of figures from securities reports published by the company.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, companies are faced with various challenges, such as climate change, resource scarcity, and demands from stakeholders to run a sustainable business. One of the efforts to overcome this problem is Sustainability Management. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of sustainability management to accelerate the achievement of PT company targets and objectives Anugerah Textile Labda This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is a literature study by exploring journals, books, sustainability reports, company policies and related operational data. The collected data was analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of total sustainability management (TSM) at PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil helps companies accelerate the achievement of company targets and goals. This success is based on the achievements achieved by PT. Labda Anugerah Tekstil over the last few years since this company was founded, one of which is achieving the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate and being recorded in the MURI record as the pioneer of the first digital printing company in Indonesia to carry an eco-friendly or environmentally friendly concept. TSM in a company can be said to be successful if it obtains profits that meet or even exceed targets, all parties who act as stakeholders are actively involved, existing obstacles and challenges can be overcome and provide benefits or positive impacts for individuals and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price feasibility on purchasing decisions for KFC consumers. The study used four variables, namely brand image, product quality and price feasibility on purchasing decisions. This research is a qualitative study using questionnaire data obtained from 144 respondents.  The data in this study were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0. The findings of this study found that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price feasibility has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions and price feasibility has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial skills and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMKN 3 Pekanbaru. The population in this study was class XII students with a total of 430 students and a sample of 82 students. The sampling technique uses a random sampling method. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses linear multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of class XII students at SMKN 3 Pekanbaru, while the family environment has no significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of class < 0.05 and the value of the family environment variable is 0.911 > 0.05. This means that if students have high entrepreneurial skills, their interest in entrepreneurship will also be high with an increase of 0.873. Meanwhile, the family environment has no influence on interest in entrepreneurship because the increase is only 0.014.

This research aims to determine the influence of social media usage, intrinsic motivation, and family economic education on students' interest in online entrepreneurship The study uses a quantitative descriptive method The population of this research is students from the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, class of 2020-2022 The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with 373 respondents Data collection is done through a questionnaire using a Likert scale distributed via Google Form The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 software The research results conclude that there is a positive and significant influence of social media usage, intrinsic motivation, and family economic education together on students' interest in online entrepreneurship
