Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerapan prinsip shiddiq dan amanah pada pengelolaan usaha jasa layanan internet di Kota Kendari. Sampel ditentukan secara cluster random sampling, dengan total 10 warnet. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Adapun indikator shiddiq yaitu: (1) jujur dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai kerusakan/gangguan jaringan, (2) ketersediaan tarif yang telah tertera; (3) penyampaian kenaikan tariff, sementara manah yaitu: (1) upaya pengelola memblokir situs yang mengandung pornografi dan pornoaksi; dan (2) tanggungjawab pengawasan terhadap terhadap upaya pembukaan situs yang mengandung pornografi dan pornoaksi serta kekerasan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan prinsip shiddiq dalam pengelolaan usaha jasa layanan internet di Kota Kendari berada pada penerapan syariah tinggi yakni sebesar 76.67 persen. Indikator shiddiq yang masih rendah diterapkan yaitu keterbukaan pengelola usaha dalam penyampaian kenaikan tarif. Adapun tingkat penerapan prinsip amanah dalam pengelolaan usaha jasa layanan internet berada pada kategori sangat rendah yakni sebesar 20.00 persen, disebabkan oleh rendahnya partisipasi pengelola dalam memblokir situs yang bertentangan dengan syariah, maupun dalam pengawasan akses situs yang dapat merusak moral generasi muda.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat menganalisis bagaimana kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari penggunaan online store shopee. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat kualitatif. Adapun pengambilan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Penentuan populasi melibatkan pihak internal dan pihak eksternal. Teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Dimana pihak internal melibatkan admin seller yang mempunyai akses secara langsung kepada konsumen sedangkan pihak eksternal yaitu mahasiswa yang berada dikawasan kota Palembang. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi internal berada pada koordinat 0.54, sedangkan dalam matrik faktor sedangkan pada sisi eksternal berada pada koordinat 0.37. Sehingga dari pemetaan matrik internal dan matrik eksternal menunjukkan bahwa Shopee masih berada pada posisi kuat dan masih memiliki peluang bisnis.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa dampak positif dalam dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Hadirnya platform digital marketing dapat memberikan keuntungan baik bagi pemasar maupun bagi konsumen. Tujuan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kualitas produk, promosi, harga, tempat, dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo berjumlah 402 Mahasiswa. Penentuan jumlah sampel yaitu menggunakan rumus Slovin pada tingkat presisi 5% diperoleh sebanyak 200 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa kualitas produk, harga, tempat, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian onlien, sedangkan promosi memiliki dampak positif signifikan pada keputusan pembelian online.

Inventory of goods is an important asset for the survival of the company. In large-scale inventory management, companies must manage inventory both in planning goods and in controlling to prevent inventory loss and damage to an inventory. Thus it is necessary to have internal controls that are carried out periodically with the aim of the company's existing inventory being managed carefully. It is possible that the company's assets will be well preserved. This study aims to determine the role of internal control over inventory at PDAM Tirta Dharma Salatiga. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The source of the data used by the author in the preparation is primary data. The data collection techniques used were interview techniques and direct research to the object for one month. The results of this study indicate that the internal control system for inventory goods at PDAM Tirta Dharma Salatiga as a whole is effective. However, the risk assessment component shows ineffective results because there are several items that have accumulated in the warehouse such as knives, boughs, and sockets that are stored in the barrel and if the inventory in the barrel is reduced, new supplies will be added. This can cause the knife, bough, and socket stock in the barrel earlier to toughen up.

Hotel syariah merupakan hotel yang memperhatikan nilai moralitas, adat, dan nilai agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan preferensi konsumen dalam memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember dan pengaruh variabel pengetahuan tentang hotel syariah, produk, tarif, lokasi, serta aksesibilitas terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data persepsi responden dan jumlah tamu menginap di hotel Kabupaten Jember tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi logistik yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga variabel yang merupakan determinan preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember yaitu variabel produk, lokasi, dan aksesibilitas. Variabel produk, lokasi, dan aksesibilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember. Sedangkan variabel pengetahuan tentang hotel syariah dan tarif tidak memengaruhi preferensi konsumen memilih hotel syariah di Kabupaten Jember.

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of serving leadership on employee performance mediated by trust. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 75 employees of PT Nesinak's production department. The analytical method for testing the hypothesis in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that serving leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the trust had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, serving leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through trust

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. PT Tenma Indonesia.

For companies to have high competitiveness in the era of globalization, one of which needs to be considered in the field of human resources. This study focuses on organizational culture in implementing its performance through job satisfaction. In the current era of globalization, competitiveness between companies has been so complex that it is no longer possible for companies to ensure that companies continue to exist in the business world. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture on the organizational commitment that mediates job satisfaction. The object of research at PT Nipro Indonesia, Karawang industrial area. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples obtained using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula is 57 respondents. The data was collected using a google form in filling out an online survey. The data analysis method used was the R-square test, Bootstrap, Path Coefficient, and specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture does not affect organizational commitment, organizational culture affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, job satisfaction can have a positive effect in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment at PT Nipro Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on job satisfaction mediated by job satisfaction. The object of research at PT ISS Cikarang. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by using a random sampling technique using the Slovin formula totaled 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using google form in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that compensation has an effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects employee performance, job satisfaction is able to provide a positive influence in mediating the relationship between compensation and employee performance in PT ISS Cikarang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial and non-financial ratios in the form of return on equity, return on assets, and firm size on the level of underpricing. The hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used in this research are annual financial report data, opening stock price on the first trading day, and closing stock price on the first trading day. Eviews 10 is an analytical tool used in research. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained data from 75 companies from 160 companies that carried out the Go-public process on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. The analytical method used is quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA) variables do not have a significant effect on the level of underpricing of the shares of companies that go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period, while the firm size variable has a significant effect. on the level of underpricing of shares of companies that went public on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2016-2019 period
