Abstract: This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in the management of learning process through academic supervision with individual techniques in the State Elementary School 056639 Service Makmur district Sei Lepan Langkat district semester 2 Year Lesson 2016/2017. The results of this study show an increase in the aspect of the assessment, with an explanation of the improvement on the aspects of preparing the implementation plan at the initial conditions of 54.00 with the criteria value less increased to 66.00 with sufficient value criteria and 76.00 with good value criteria, on the aspect the implementation of learning from the average value of 55.21 with the criteria of less value increased to 65.43 with sufficient value criteria and 75.43 with good value criteria in the second cycle, on the aspect of assessment of learning outcomes from the average of 53.58 with the criteria of value less become 65,42 with enough value criterion and 77,42 with good value criterion as well as on aspect of class management from 54,83 with criterion less value become 66,83 with enough value criterion and 75,83 with good value criterion. Can be concluded the implementation of academic supervision with individual techniques proved to increase the ability of teachers in the management of learning processes in SD Negeri 056639 Service Makmur district Sei Lepan Semester 2 Year Lesson 2016/2017. Keywords: supervision, pengelolaa learning process Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademis dengan teknik individual di SD Negeri 056639 Jasa Makmur kecamatan Sei Lepan kabupaten Langkat semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan menunjukan peningkatan pada aspek penilaian, dengan penjelasan peningkatan pada aspek menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pada kondisi awal dari 54,00 dengan kriteria nilai kurang meningkat menjadi 66,00 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 76,00 dengan kriteria nilai baik, pada aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari nilai rata-rata 55,21 dengan kriteria nilai kurang meningkat menjadi 65,43 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 75,43 dengan kriteria nilai baik pada siklus kedua, pada aspek penilaian hasil belajar dari rata-rata 53,58 dengan kriteria nilai kurang menjadi 65,42 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 77,42 dengan kriteria nilai baik serta pada aspek pengelolaan kelas dari 54,83 dengan kriteria nilai kurang menjadi 66,83 dengan kriteria nilai cukup dan 75,83 dengan kriteria nilai baik. Dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan teknik individual terbukti dapat meningkatkan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran di SD Negeri 056639 Jasa Makmur kecamatan Sei Lepan Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 Kata kunci: supervisi, pengelolaa proses pembelajaran

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of science learning outcomes of students on the material Static Electricity in class IX.2 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academc year 2016/2017. The subjects of this study are the students of class IX.2 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran as many as 34 people. The object of this research is the result of student learning using Pair Check model on Static Electricity material. The research instrument used is multiple choice test and observation. Based on the research results obtained pretest average value of 48.33. After giving the action on cycle I, there were 16 people (47,06%) from 34 students who reached the minimum completeness criterion with an average score of 69,41. In cycle II there are 31 people (91.18%) who reach the minimum mastery criteria with an average value of 85.29. It can be concluded that with the Application of Pair Check Learning Model Can Improve Science Results In Electrical Material Static in Class IX.2 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academic year 2016/2017. Keywords: pair check, electricity, static electricity Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa pada materi Listrik Statis di kelas IX.2 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX.2 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran sebanyak 34 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Pair Check pada materi Listrik Statis. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes berbentuk pilihan ganda dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 48,33. Setelah pemberian tindakan pada siklus I terdapat 16 orang (47,06%) dari 34 orang siswa yang mencapai Kriteria ketuntasan minimum dengan nilai rata-rata 69,41. Pada siklus II terdapat 31 orang (91,18%) yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum dengan nilai rata-rata 85,29. Dapat disimpulkam bahwa dengan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Pair Check Dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Pada Materi Listrik Statis di Kelas IX.2 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Abstract: The implementation of classroom action research departs from the background of the need for renewal in teaching and learning activities both conducted by teachers and by students in particular. Thus class action research is very important role in improving the quality of learning activities so that teachers always hold innovations or updates both on planning, implementing, evaluating, and analyzing learning activities. This study aims to determine the Efforts to Increase Learning Outcomes Through Jigsaw Learning Methods With Material PKn Learning Experiences in Class I Students SD Negeri 014673 Mekar Sari district Buntu Paane academic year 2017/2018. Classroom action research was conducted in class I, which amounted to 20 students. The subjects of this study were class I PKN teachers and first grade students of SD Negeri 014673 Mekar Sari, data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation studies. This classroom action research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of the comparison of teacher research observations in the first cycle were 21% while in the second cycle it was 29%. Keyword: Jigsaw Learning Method Abstrak: Dilaksanakannya penelitian tindakan kelas ini berangkat dari latar belakang perlunya pembaruan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar baik yang dilakukan oleh guru maupun oleh siswa khususnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Jigsaw Dengan Materi Pengalaman Pelajaran PKn Siswa Kelas I SD NEGERI 014673 Mekar Sari kec. Buntu Pane TP. 2017/2018. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dikelas I yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru PKn kelas I dan siswa kelas I SD NEGERI 014673 Mekar Sari, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, test, dan study dokumentasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil perbandingan observasi penelitian guru pada siklus I adalah sebesar 21% sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 29%. Kata kunci: Metode Pembelajaran Jigsaw

Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of inquiry learning methods in the learning process at SMP Negeri 5 Gunungsitoli academic year 2016/2017 on the subject matter of cooperation between countries in the field of economy using inquiry method. The results of the research as follows: (1) In the first cycle of the observation of the implementation of learning process for teacher respondents through the application of inquiry methods reached an average of 67.08% are at sufficient intervals, whereas in cycle II the results of observation of the implementation of learning process for teacher respondents through the method of inquiry reached an average of 82.94% was at a good interval. Observation result of student activity during learning process in cycle I average is 48,84% is enough and in cycle II average equal to 76,92% pertained good; (2) In the first cycle of student learning outcomes of 65.27% is quite enough, whereas in the second cycle the average of student learning outcomes is 79.79% is good; (3) Percentage mastery of students 'learning outcomes in cycle I of 41.67% while the percentage of mastery of students' learning outcomes in cycle II is 86.11%. Keyword: inquiry Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode pembelajaran inkuiri dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 5 Gunungsitoli T.P 2016/2017 pada materi pokok kerjasama antar negara dalam bidang ekonomi dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Pada siklus I hasil observasi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran untuk responden guru melalui penerapan metode inkuiri mencapai rata-rata 67,08% berada pada interval yang cukup, sedangkan pada siklus yang II hasil observasi pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran untuk responden guru melalui metode inkuiri mencapai rata-rata 82,94% berada pada interval yang baik. Hasil observasi aktifitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran pada siklus I rata-rata sebesar 48,84% tergolong cukup dan pada siklus II rata-rata sebesar 76,92% tergolong baik; (2) Pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 65,27% tergolong cukup, sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 79,79% tergolong baik; (3) Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 41,67% sedangkan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II sebesar 86,11%. Abstract: the purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes through the jigsaw learning model of control circuits on electronic subjects. Subjects in this study are students of class VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Pulau rakyat academic year 2016/2017. The results of research in cycle I obtained the average value of students by 75.61 with the percentage of classical learning completeness of 73.61%. The results of research in cycle II obtained the average value of students of 84.93 with the percentage of classical learning completeness of 92.3%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in learning outcomes through jigsaw learning model of the control circuit on the subjects of electronics in students of class VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Rakyat academic year 2016/2017. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-2 SMP Negeri 1 Pulau Rakyat Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Hasil penelitiaa pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 75,61 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 73,61%. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the application of jigsaw technique can improve the learning result of Bahasa Indonesia on the material of inference of speech, lecture, sermon in class IX.3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academic year 2017/2018. The subject of this research is the students of class IX.3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academic year 2017/2018. Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analysis result, it is found that the complete student has improved from the initial test until cycle II, that is the initial test (28,58%), cycle I (57,14%), cycle II (85,71%). The conclusion of this research is the application of jigsaw technique can improve the learning result of Indonesian students on the material of inference of speech, lecture, sermon in class IX3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran academic year 2017/2018. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan tekhnik jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa pada materi penyimpulan pidato, ceramah, khotbah di kelas IX3 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Abstract: This study aims to improve the motivation and learning outcomes of class VII.1 of SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru by applying the model of picture and picture to the material of Diversity of Living Beings. The study was conducted in February-April 2016 with the research subjects being 38 students of class VII.1 12 Pekanbaru State Junior High School in the 2016/2017 school year. Learning outcomes in the cognitive and affective domains were obtained from the posttest results as well as observation sheets. Learning motivation results were obtained from the results of the initial questionnaire and the final questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using mixed data analysis (quantitative and qualitative). The results showed that the application of the model of picture and picture on the material of Diversity of Living Beings could improve: (1) Student learning outcomes in the material Diversity of Living Beings with the acquisition of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain from an average score of 60.42 first cycle to 80.42 in the cycle second and the percentage of achievement of KKM from 65.79% in cycle first to 86.84% in cycle second and affective domain learning outcomes 0% in cycle first to 60% and (2) Motivation to learn students on material Diversity of Living Beings with a high category increase from 69.56% to 100%. Keyword: picture and picture, learning outcomes, learning motivation, classification of living things Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII.1 SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru dengan menerapkan model picture and picture pada materi Keanekaragaman Makhluk Hidup. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-April 2016 dengan subyek penelitian adalah 38 siswa kelas VII.1 SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Hasil belajar ranah kognitif dan ranah afektif diperoleh dari hasil posttest juga lembar observasi. Hasil motivasi belajar diperoleh dari hasil lembar kuisioner awal dan kuisioner akhir. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data campuran (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model picture and picture pada materi Keanekaragaman Makhluk Hidup dapat meningkatkan: (1) Hasil belajar siswa pada materi Keanekaragaman Makhluk Hidup dengan perolehan hasil belajar ranah kognitif dari rataâ€“rata skor siklus I 60,42 menjadi 80,42 di siklus II dan persentase pencapaian KKM dari 65,79 % di siklus I menjadi 86,84% di siklus II serta hasil belajar ranah afektif 0 % pada siklus I menjadi 60 % dan (2) Motivasi belajar siswa pada materi Keanekaragaman Makhluk Hidup dengan peningkatan kategori tinggi dari 69,56 % menjadi 100%. Abstract: Identification of problems that occur in Tapung Hilir 4 Public Middle School are as follows, specifically related to teachers: the small number of teachers who compose the learning outcomes test grid both independently and collaboratively, there are still many teachers who choose shortcuts to compile test results through copy paste, so that mistakes often occur, for example multiple questions, writing questions is not in accordance with the rules of writing the results of the study. Through this research, researchers used the workshop activities with a directive approach to improve the quality of learning outcomes tests and in accordance with the rules of writing questions and tests in accordance with Subject Competency Basics. The study was conducted in two cycles with the duration of the meeting as many as 4 meetings. This research was conducted for 3 months, July to September 2018 which was held at Tapung Hilir 4 Public Middle School. After a workshop with a directive approach in preparing the learning outcomes test each cycle has increased. Work cycle I behavior with good (3) and very good categories (4) in cycle I 49.45% increased in cycle II 97.80%. For the value of the results of the performance in compiling the grid test the learning outcomes of the first cycle 30.77% increased in the second cycle 84.62%. Keywords: Teacher Behavior and Performance, Directive Approach Abstrak: Identifikasi masalah yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 4 Tapung Hilir diantaranya sebagai berikut, khusus yang berhubungan dengan guru : sedikitnya jumlah guru yang menyusun kisi-kisi tes hasil belajar baik secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi, masih banyak guru memilih jalan pintas untuk menyusun tes hasil belajar melalui copy paste, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan, misalnya soal ganda, penulisan soal tidak sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan tes hasil belajar. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tindakan kegiatan workshop dengan pendekatan direktif untuk meningkatkan mutu tes hasil belajar dan sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan soal serta tes sesuai dengan Kompetensi Dasar Mata Pelajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan durasi pertemuan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, Juli sampai dengan September 2018 yang dilaksanakan pada SMP Negeri 4 Tapung Hilir. Setelah dilakukan workshop dengan pendekatan direktif dalam menyusun tes hasil belajar setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan. Perilaku kerja siklus I dengan kategori baik (3) dan sangat baik (4) pada siklus I 49,45% meningkat pada siklus II 97,80%. Untuk nilai hasil kinerja dalam menyusun kisi-kisi tes hasil belajar siklus I 30,77% meningkat pada siklus II 84,62%. Kata kunci: Perilaku dan Kinerja Guru, Pendekatan Direktif

Abstract: Problems that exist in class VIA of SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir is whether using the Think Pair Share model can improve student learning activities and outcomes on social studies subjects in the VIIA class of SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir Academic Year 2016/2017. In general, the mastery of social knowledge of basic education graduates is relatively sufficient, but the mastery of values in terms of the application of values, social skills and social participation results are not encouraging. These weaknesses are certainly related or motivated by many things, especially the education or learning process, the managers and their implementation as well as influential factors. Therefore the teacher must be able to choose a learning model that can foster interactive, sense of togetherness, namely with the cooperative learning model. The activity of students who get the very good category in the first cycle is 23.33% in the second cycle to 53.33%, the group work is very good in the first cycle 20.00% in the second cycle becomes 56.67% and the average value increases the cycle I 65.75 to 89.15 in the second cycle, as well as the learning completeness aspects from 40% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle. From these data show that by using the Think Pair Share model can improve the activities and student learning outcomes so that this learning model can be applied by other social studies teachers in teaching and learning activities. Keywords: Learning Activities and Results Abstrak: Permasalahan yang ada di kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir adalah Apakah dengan menggunakan model Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Secara umum penguasaan pengetahuan sosial lulusan pendidikan dasar relatif cukup, tetapi penguasaan nilai dalam arti penerapan nilai, ketrampilan sosial dan partisipasi sosial hasilnya belum menggembirakan. Kelemahan tersebut sudah tentu terkait atau dilatarbelakangi oleh banyak hal, terutama proses pendidikan atau pembelajarannya, para pengelola dan pelaksanaannya serta faktor- faktor yang berpengaruh. Oleh karena itu guru harus bisa memilih model pembelajaran yang bisa menumbuhkan interaktif, rasa kebersamaan yaitu dengan model pembelajaran koopertaif. Aktivitas siswa yang mendapat kategori amat baik siklus I 23,33% pada siklus II menjadi 53,33%, kerja kelompok kategori amat baik siklus I 20,00% pada siklus II menjadi 56,67% dan rat-rata nilai meningkat siklus I 65,75 menjadi 89,15 pada siklus II, serta pada aspek ketuntasan belajara dari 40% pada siklus I menjadi 90% pada siklus II. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunkan model Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa sehingga model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan oleh guru IPS yang lain dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Abstract: The results of the identification of problems that occur in Bangkinang 2 Public Middle School are as follows, specifically related to teachers: the small number of teachers who formulate RPP independently or collaboratively, there are still many teachers choose shortcuts to have RPP through copy paste, low quality RPP in marked by the low quality of the learning process in the classroom. Through this research the researcher used workshop activities with a directive approach to improve teacher performance in preparing lesson plans. The study was conducted in two cycles with the duration of the meeting as many as 4 meetings. This research was conducted for 3 months, July to September 2017 which was carried out at Bangkinang 2 Public Middle School. After the workshop was carried out with a directive approach in preparing RPP, each cycle experienced an increase. Work cycle I behavior with very good value is 18.83% for cycle II, increasing to 75.33%. For the performance value in preparing RPP cycle I is 27.27% for cycle II is increased to 81.82%. Keyword: Workshop, Teacher's Behavior and Performance Abstrak: Hasil identifikasi masalah yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang diantaranya sebagai berikut, khusus yang berhubungan dengan guru : sedikitnya jumlah guru yang menyusun RPP secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi, masih banyak guru memilih jalan pintas untuk memiliki RPP melalui copy paste, rendahnya kualitas RPP yang ada di tandai dengan rendahnya mutu proses pembelajaran dalam kelas. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tindakan kegiatan workshop dengan pendekatan directif untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun RPP. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan durasi pertemuan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini dilaksakan selama 3 bulan, Juli sampai dengan September 2017 yang dilaksankan pada SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Setelah dilakukan workshop dengan pendekatan direktif dalam menyusun RPP setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan. Perilaku kerja siklus I dengan nilai amat baik adalah 18,83% untuk siklus II meningkat menjadi 75,33%. Untuk nilai kinerja dalam menyusun RPP siklus I adalah 27,27% untuk siklus II adalah meningkat menjadi 81,82%. Kata kunci: Workshop, Perilaku dan Kinerja Guru
