Reports and transparency need to be done by all leaders, so that everyone can know and be part of the supervision in the use of BOS funds. Not only is transparency done by developed regions, but transparency also needs to be done in remote areas. This study aims to examine the level of transparency and accountability in the management of School Operational Assistance funds in remote schools in the Bermani Ilir and Muara Kemumu Districts, Kepahiang Regency. Using a qualitative approach and a case study method, this research collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research findings indicate that the transparency of BOS fund management in these two districts is still low, as evidenced by the limited public access to financial reports and the low participation of school committees. On the other hand, the accountability of school managers is quite good, but they face constraints in timely reporting and limited human resources. Furthermore, constraints in the use of technology also hinder the effectiveness of financial reporting. To improve transparency and accountability, this study recommends increasing training for school managers and implementing information technology. The results of this study can serve as a basis for developing better BOS fund management policies in remote areas.

Effective classroom management strategies are essential for improving discipline and achievement within the Silat Student Activity Unit (UKM Silat) at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika). These strategies include the implementation of clear rules, positive reinforcement, and the management of a conducive learning environment. Firm yet flexible rules ensure that members understand their responsibilities, while positive reinforcement through rewards or recognition of achievements fosters motivation and enthusiasm. In addition, a supportive learning environment, both in terms of facilities and emotional atmosphere, helps create a sense of comfort and focus during training sessions. The application of varied teaching methods, such as match simulations, group training, or technical discussions, also contributes to increased member engagement. Periodic evaluations of performance and training strategies allow for adjustments to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of the members. These strategies not only enhance technical skills in silat, but also strengthen values such as responsibility, discipline, and integrity. Inspirational leadership from the coach and the ability to build positive interpersonal relationships among members are also key elements. By creating a supportive and collaborative training culture, UKM Silat Unsika can serve as a platform for talent development and character building, shaping students who are highly competitive both on and off campus. Synergy between the coach and members is the main key to building a harmonious, healthy, productive, and sustainable training environment overall.

Transnational Islam is a movement that is not limited by national borders, it has an influence on the thoughts, ideology and policies of a country. This article will discuss topics related to Transnational Islamic Infiltration in Indonesia by examining the historical development, ideology, and characteristics of transnational Islamic movements such as the Muslim Brotherhood, Hizb ut Tahrir and Salafi Wahabi. Based on a survey conducted by Alvara Research and Wahid Institute, it was found that some Indonesians show intolerant and radical attitudes influenced by transnational Islamic movements. This research uses a qualitative method and discourse analysis approach. This research tries to examine data from various literature related to Transnational Islam and its infiltration. In addition, this research also examines various surveys that measure the level of radicalism and intolerance in Indonesia. The results of this study show that Transnational Islam has a political agenda in the form of formalising Islamic sharia and establishing an Islamic caliphate that transcends national boundaries and contradicts the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This research recommends that in studying and understanding Islam, it is necessary to use a contextual approach in order to maintain harmonious values and Islam.

Providing training and provision of human resources in educational institutions is very necessary to build quality output. Strengthening human resources will also strengthen the institution, because having quality human resources is a valuable asset. This study aims to analyse the strategy for strengthening Islamic education management based on employment by referring to the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Rejang Lebong Regency for 2021-2026. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach using document analysis, applying SWOT analysis and the IPO-OI (Input-Process-Output-Outcome-Impact) framework. The findings indicate that regional employment policies hold significant potential to be integrated into the Islamic education system, particularly in strengthening value-based and skill-oriented curricula. Institutional strengths, funding opportunities, and the potential for cross-sectoral collaboration serve as strategic assets for developing Islamic education that is more relevant, contextual, and empowerment-oriented. Conversely, limitations in human resources, infrastructure, and the mismatch between education and labour market demands remain key challenges that must be addressed through digital transformation and inter-institutional synergy. The study concludes that Islamic education must transform into a strategic force, not only producing pious graduates in terms of personal faith and character but also individuals who are productive and capable of contributing meaningfully to regional social and economic development.
