Abstract: The challenge in eradicating poverty in rural areas requires innovative development approaches supported by the roles of actors within the pentahelix dimension. The pentahelix dimension consists of actors including the government, businesses, academia, communities, and the media, who support the development of a smart village in Kertayasa Village. This study analyzes the network of actors within the pentahelix dimension in relation to the development of a smart village, which brings about transformative impacts through the roles of interconnected actors. The research adopts a qualitative study approach, focusing on Kertayasa Village in Sindangagung Sub-district, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province. The analysis employs the social network analysis framework, which utilizes graph theory to measure the interconnectedness of actors and identify the involvement of interconnected actors within the pentahelix dimension. The adoption of the smart village concept applied in Kertayasa Village, analyzed through the use of social network analysis theory, demonstrates support among actors within the pentahelix dimension, leading to transformative impacts on indicators within the smart village encompassing smart governance, smart economy, smart mobility, smart environment, smart people, and smart living. Keywords: Actor network, smart village, pentahelix, social network analysis

Sampling using the Total Sampling technique The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents. The analysis method used is a statistical test using the Kendall tau test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a relationship between understanding the type of surgery with the willingness to rehabilitate in patients after femur fracture surgery, the coefficient value of the p-value is 0.011 <0.05 with a closeness value of 0.471. (2) there is a relationship between the level of anxiety with the willingness to rehabilitate in patients after femur fracture surgery, the coefficient value of the p-value is 0.004 <0.05 with a closeness value of 0.555. The results of the hypothesis testing of the anxiety variable have a p-value of 0.472 and the understanding variable has a p-value of 0.014. Suggestion: Physiotherapy is expected to ensure that patients understand the type of surgery they are undergoing and to know the patient's anxiety level in order to increase their willingness to rehabilitate. Keywords: Understanding of types of surgery, anxiety level, willingness to rehabilitate

Abstract

Abstract: Non-Criminal Asset Forfeiture allows the state to confiscate the proceeds of crime without waiting for a court decision. Because it is not strictly regulated in Indonesia's civil law system, asset recovery is often hampered.  To address this gap, the law on asset forfeiture was drafted to strengthen the effectiveness of law enforcement, particularly in corruption cases. This research raises two main problem formulations: (1) the urgency of regulating asset forfeiture without a criminal judgment in the Indonesian legal system; and (2) the effectiveness of implementing the mechanism for prosecuting corruption crimes. The research method used is normative jurisprudence, with a legislative approach and literature review. The results show that the Non-Criminal Asset Forfeiture regime is important for accelerating the process of recovering state assets and closing legal loopholes that perpetrators of corruption often exploit. Although there are challenges in its application, such as potential human rights violations, this mechanism can operate effectively with strict legal oversight and protection. Keywords: Asset Forfeiture, Corruption, Asset Forfeiture Bill.

Abstract

Abstract: Cookies are a type of snack that is popular in all circles. However, excessive use of wheat flour can negatively impact health due to its gluten content. This study aims to analyze the effect of white sweet potato substitution as a partial substitute for wheat flour in the manufacture of chocochips cookies. This experimental study used a complete randomized design with four white sweet potato substitution treatments (0%, 15%, 30%, and 45%) and three repetitions. Product quality evaluation was carried out through organoleptic testing by 15 semi-trained panelists with a focus on shape, color, aroma, texture, and taste attributes. Data were analyzed using ANAVA and followed by the Duncan test while F-hitung > F-Tabel at the 5% level . The results showed that white sweet potato substitution had a significant effect on shape quality (neat), color,  and taste (sweet)  with an F-count value of 6,21 each; 6,24; and 6,21 > F-table 2.83, but had no significant effect on color, aroma, creamy texture, sweetness, and chocolate taste. The optimal treatment was found in the 30% substitution resulting in cookies with a neat shape (4.33), uniform shape (3.84), a creamy texture (4.31), and a strong chocolate flavor (4.49). This study shows that white sweet potatoes can effectively substitute some wheat flour in the manufacture of chocochips cookies, creating functional food products based on local commodities with sensory qualities that are acceptable to consumers. This research supports the development of healthier snack alternatives while promoting the use of local ingredients to reduce dependence on imported wheat flour. Keywords: Chocochips cookies, White Sweet Potato, Substitution, Quality.

Abstract

Female nurses face psychological stress due to their dual professional and personal roles. The role of family support in maintaining the mental health of healthcare workers has been highlighted in various studies. This study aims to examine the relationship between family social support and the mental well-being of female nurses in Pekanbaru, Riau. A quantitative design was used, involving 160 nurses in Pekanbaru, Riau. Mental well-being was measured using the 54-item MIDUS scale, while family social support was assessed using the 12-item ISEL scale. Data analysis using Spearman’s correlation showed a significant positive relationship between perceived family support and mental well-being (Rs = .166; p < .05). Analysis of variance further indicated that family social support significantly influences mental well-being, with a coefficient of determination of R² = .028. This means that family support accounts for approximately 2.8% of the variance in mental well-being. Although the contribution is relatively small, the findings reinforce that family support is an important factor in maintaining nurses’ mental health, especially in coping with work-related stress and emotional demands. Therefore, hospitals and related institutions should consider integrating family support aspects into strategies for improving nursing staff well-being.Keywords: Family, social support, mental well-being, female, nurses

Using a normative juridical approach and a case study of ODAC Family, the research finds that many franchise contracts are unilaterally drafted, lacking proportionality, and structurally disadvantage franchisees.
